Abstract: 

The aim of the present research was to study the lived experiences of primary school teachers of Jarqouye district of Isfahan province regarding the virtual education. It was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected using semistructured interview and focus group. Data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by in-depth and stratified study. Findings indicated that the lived experiences of teachers were classified in 5 categories: "educ ation and teaching", "students", "pare nts", "individual dimension" and "organization and government". The results showed positive and negative experiences of teachers on each category. In fact, the teachers realized the opportunities of virtual education and stated that for more effective education, infrastructure background and more education of teachers and families themselves, preparation of databases of educational content and adoption of special measures for nomadic students should be consi dered. Of course, in their opini on, in some conceptual courses, virtual education alone cannot lead to students' learning.

Abstract: 

Being in the Anthropocene era, despite the complexity and rapid changes, the world considers it necessary to speed up teaching-learn ing, practical measures, and its application, so that the traditional and pre-organized methods can no longer meet the needs of mankind in terms of education. This caused the new postqualitative approach, which is a nonlinear, non-radical, and free approach, with post-structuralist and post-manic structures to come to the fore. Due to the importance of curriculum plan ing as a fundamental pillar of change, transformation, and innova tion in education, the present research was conducted with the aim of examining the elements of designing and developing curriculum with a postqualitative approach using a docume ntary method and through internat ional, and Persian databases and scientific search engines. Finally, 8 articles were examined in detail. In order to increase the dependability, confirmability, and credibility of the data, the methods of "reviewing two evaluators and using the opinions of research colleagues and confirming them", "explaining the exact details of the process of data collection and analysis", "three-way perspective based on the diversification of related articles, analysis of negative and conflicting cases interpreted in the data" were used. The results showed that this approach has the necessary capacities to realize and meet the needs of the current human world. The current research is the first domestic effort in entering the field of educational sciences, curriculum designing, and development. There fore, considering the growth and expansion of this approach in the world and taking advantage of its opportunities, entering this field is suggested to the domestic researchers and the use of this approach is suggested to the trainers and teachers in the field of education.

Abstract: 

The training that employees receive can affect the service quality outco mes. Teaching programming to teac hers is a priority for effective learning and effectiveness. Innovative approa ches in training the human resources should be used so that the organization has knowledgeable and skilled human resources. One of the new methods that have been present ed in developed countries to strength hen the motivation and ability to solve problems in people is to teach the programming. The aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching programming for teachers based on "Kirkpatrick model. " The research population was all those who parti cipated in the in-service program mming courses for teachers who participated in these courses in the academic year of 2010-2019. The tool at the first, third and fourth levels was the standard questionnaire for evaluating the effectiveness of train ing courses based on Kirkpatrick's model. The measuring tool of the second level (learning) was a question nnaire designed by a programming expert. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were checked. Research questions were analyzed with one-sample t-test and correlated t-test. The results of the analysis of the data collected from the in-service programming course for teachers showed that with a probability of 95%, holding in-service program mming courses for teachers has an effect on the level of reaction, learning, behavior and results.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to explain the challenges of educational evaluation in electronic education in the era of Corona based on the lived experiences of primary school teachers in Behbahā, n city. In this qualitative research, descriptiveanalytical and survey methods were used. The research tool was a semistructured interview, the research population included active primary school teachers in Behbahā, n city in virtual education in the academic year 1400-1401 and the sampling method was random. In this study, after interviewing 14 teachers (7 males and 7 females), the data reached saturation point. To analyze these data, Smith's proposed model was used, and after analyzing the findings, five main themes were extracted. Findings of this research, based on the lived experiences of primary school teachers in Behbahā, n city, of the challenges of educational evaluation of students in the Corona era, indicate that evaluation in the electronic curriculum has challenges, some of which are: low internet bandwidth, low level of digital literacy of teachers, limitations in performing emotional and psycho-motor evalu ation and so on. The results showed that the evaluation system in the electronic curriculum needs to be reviewed and to be considered more carefully. Using modern educational technologies, it is possible to solve its challenges. So, in this research, solutions were proposed to solve the challenges of evaluation in the electro nic curriculum, some of which include e: developing weak and inappropriate technical infrastructure, improving the problems of Shā, d software, holding in-service meetings for teacher training and so on.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to measure the talent identification model of students with potential for teaching jobs in senior high schools of Iran. It was a quantitative study with a survey approach. The research populatio n included 2, 600 people from the executive and teaching staff of schools and professors of Farhan giā, n University. From among them 335 people was selected randomly as the research sample according to Morgan's table. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The questio ns and items of the questionnaire were compiled using literature review and the results of a qualitative study. In order to confirm the validity and reliabi lity of the questionnaire and also to confirm the validity of the model, the PLS algorithm has been followed. PLS modeling takes place in two stages. In the first step, the measurement model (external model) is examined through validity and reliability analyzes (Cronbach's alpha coef ficient and composite reliability), and confirmatory factor analysis. In the second step, the structural model of the research (internal model) was examined. The data were analyzed by Smart PLS software. The results indicated that the causal conditions, cont extual conditions, intervening fac tors and consequences were signifi cant in the talent iden tification model of students who have potential for teaching jobs.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to develop a favorable model for admission of applicants to Farhangiā, n University. Phenomenographic research method was used and the necessary data was collected through semi-structured interview. The research population consisted of all professors and specia lists in the field of educational sciences and psychology of Farhangiā, n Unive rsity of Mashhad and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, all students, teachers and graduates of Farhangiā, n University of Mashhad and all interviewees were selected by the Khor ā, sā, n Razavi Education Organization. The research sample consisted of 35 people who were selected through purposeful sampling method. After recording, implementing, analyzing, and coding the interview scripts, the categories identified in 4 steps, i. e., before entering the university, upon entering the university, during the university, and after the university, were developed in the form of a suitable model for selection and admission of student teachers at Farhangiā, n Univers ity. Finally, based on this model, resear ch and practical suggestions were made for the use of officials and those in charge of candidates' admission to the teaching profession.
