Abstract: 

In this study the interaction of metal ions (Tl+-K+) with methotrexate is discussed. Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) metal-to-ligand binding sites determined by means of UV spectroscopy was used to determine the constant link.References constant K, for the complexes mentioned Ability to represent the bond between the metal and the ligand are respectively: K (MTX-Tl) =2.54×104 M-1 and K (MTX-K) =1.95×105 M-1' s.Was determined using FTIR spectroscopy the best place to connect with methotrexate thallium ions are 33N and 9O situations. It was found that the best place to connect with methotrexate potassium ion position is 10N. Indirect interaction is situated in 18O.

Abstract: 

Origanum Vulgare L. is an important species of the genus Origanum which is belong to the family of Lamiaceae (Labiatae). Mentioned species was collected from Arasbaran protected areas-Ainaloo mountain. Essential oils were obtained from this plant by the method of direct hot water distilation in a Clevenger, The collected essential oils were kept in refrigerator and was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and analized by GC/MS. Also, traditional distilates was prepared by direct distilation. Organic compounds were extracted by chloroform, were dried and analyzed by the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS). By the way aquatic and organic extracts were afforded by soxlet, then extracts were subjected to rotary and for investigation about lost substances were injected to GC/MS. Various groups including flavonoids, Carbures, Aldehydes, Ketones, Terpenoids and other bioactive compounds recognised.

Abstract: 

Background: Water is the most basic needs of living things on earth. Therefore, to provide safe water and prevent the outbreak of various water treatment methods, particularly the elimination of pathogens that are often at different stages of chlorination of water treatment plant and distribution network is in use.Materials and Methods: After coordination with State health experts, one-day training class for all Technicians and experts in public health (for achieving uniform information) be formed in the province. After justify the project and its objectives referred to health centers in the city, and parts of water supply network of urban and rural areas chlorine measure done. To determine the amount of residual chlorine in municipal water networks using the DPD method.Results: The results of the analysis showed that 45, 526 of the total residual chlorine in water samples taken in urban centers, 89.71 percent favorable and 10.28 percent unfavorable and the total number of 157, 075 samples in rural centers, 74.71 percent favorable and 25.29 percent unfavorable and the difference was significant (P=0.00001). Comparing the first and second six-month period showed that the optimum level of residual chlorine in the water, there was no significant difference in the first half and second The difference is in favor of the second (P=0.00001), while in rural areas the difference is in favor of the first six months (P=0.00001).Conclusion: It is hoped that appropriate measures can be organized and excellent management of residual chlorine in poor rural and urban water supply network was reduced to zero So often undesirable residual chlorine in the distribution network can be reduced to zero.

Abstract: 

Regarding the importance of medicinal plants and the lack of sufficient study concerning the evaluation of different sources of fertilizer on evergreen medicinal plant, an experiment in a randomized complete block design with 3 replications and 6 treatments were performed in Meshkin shar, Ardebil in 2013. The experimental treatments include: wermicompost 3 t/he, Nytroksyn 3 L/he, phosphate fertilizer 10 L/he, combination of vermicompost 1, 5 t/he, phosphate 5 L/he, nytroksin composition 2 L/he, phosphate treated 3 liters per hectare and control (with on fertilizer). The measured traits include essential oil percentage, oil yield and percentage. The plants under vermicompost fertilizer had the most performance with the rate of (6033 kg/ ha). Harvest index and extract percentage were not used unter treat effects. The maximum diameter was gained Nytroksin phosphate composition.Most of the treatment with a combination of essential oils Nytrvksyn-phosphate, respectively, the highest yield of essential oil in the treatment combination Nytrvksyn-phosphate and vermicompost treatments were observed. Finally, the result showed a positive effect of biological and bio fertilizers on the most studied treatments.

Abstract: 

Clean Development Mechanism is a mechanism for international cooperation Under the Kyoto Protocol, which is based and important resources to achieve Sustainable development by promoting investment in environmentally friendly projects in developing countries will be provided. According to figures released by the UN convention on climate change, Iran in spite of having the required potential, just recorded seven projects in the Clean Development International. that has a very small share of the international market, in this paper, is mechanisms of applying mathematical results and comparative results for the two green house gases not a matter of the gas pipe line, the gases methane and carbon dioxide, the former due to the leak and the drain line and the latter the gas CO2 therefore burning natural gas pipelines into the atmosphere to be part of the first pipeline to transport gas across the country will prove.

Abstract: 

In order to study mineral ingredient medical plant urticadioca an experiment is conducted in a completely randomized design in three hydrologic units including Hajylarchay, Kalybarchay and Mardanqm done in growth region Arasbaran in 2013. The highest regions were Hajylarchay and Kalybarchay and lowest region was Mardanqm. mineral ingredient was including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zince, manganese, and copper. They were analyzed by used of sepectophotometr. The result of variyans analyze showed effect of hydrologic on nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zince, manganese, and copper was significant at the one perecent level. As the highest amount magnesium, manganese and zince were in Kalybarchay and phosphorus, potassium, calcium were in Hajylarchay and nitrogen, iron andcopper were in Mardanqm.

Abstract: 

The arial parts of Lavandula angustifolia were collected from Tazekand of Khosroshahr.Essential oils were prepared by hydro distillation of air-dried plants and analyzed by GC/MS methodFour different kind of essential oil were studied.The dominant constituents of first were: 1.8 cineole, Camphor, Borneol.The dominant constituents of second one were p-xylene, Docosane.The dominant constituents of third type were camphor, Iso-Borneol.The dominant constituents of fourth kind were 1.8 cineole, unde decanoic acid.

Abstract: 

Benzaldehyde is a potential hazard to human health and the environment. The sonochemical degradation of benzaldehyde in aqueous solution was investigated by a bath sonicator. The effect of main parameters such as pH of solution and time, frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic on the sonochemical degradation have been studied. It was found that the benzaldehyde degradation decreased with increasing the pH values and increased by increasing of time, frequency and amplitude ultrasonic.
