Abstract

Clean Development MECHANISM is a MECHANISM for international cooperation Under the Kyoto Protocol, which is based and important resources to achieve Sustainable development by promoting investment in environmentally friendly projects in developing countries will be provided. According to figures released by the UN convention on climate change, Iran in spite of having the required potential, just recorded seven projects in the Clean Development International. that has a very small share of the international market, in this paper, is MECHANISMs of applying mathematical results and comparative results for the two green house gases not a matter of the gas pipe line, the gases methane and carbon dioxide, the former due to the leak and the drain line and the latter the gas CO2 therefore burning natural gas PIPELINEs into the atmosphere to be part of the first PIPELINE to transport gas across the country will prove.
