Abstract:

This study aims to measure the amount of heavy metal lead in the effluent Haft Tapeh and compare it with Dez River in winter 2010 and spring 2011. First nine water samples using a rope marked at the desired depth within the sampling depth of effluent technology cultured in three stations in Haft Tapaeh. Hence measuring the concentration of heavy elements using graphite furnace method and atomic absorption with model elements Atomic Absorbtion PG_990 concentration were determined. In this study, average lead concentration in water inflow to the plant was 197.0±511.0, average lead in the water discharged from the factory 40.0±92.1, average lead after water treatment 273.0±472.0. Lead concentration of water output after treatment compared with Dez River was lower (p<0.05). And limit the amount of lead metal, based on World Health Organization (WHO) was lower (p<0.05).

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of short-term starvation and re-feeding on various parameters such as Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Feed Efficiency Ratio (FER), Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER), Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Weight Gain (WG), Condition Factors (CF) and to investigate on the possible Catch- up growth mechanisms in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) with an average weight of 17.5±0.5 gr. This study performed in a controlled laboratory conditions and lasted for 8 weeks in a completely randomized design with three treatments and three replicates per treatment. Throughout the experiment control treatment fed fully without deprivation of food but the first and second treatment endured hunger for a day, after 2 days feeding and for a day after 4 days feeding, respectively during the study, biometry was done every two weeks. At the end of experiment according to the results no significant difference observed between treatments which were fed fully and treatments which endured hunger.

Abstract:

Three blends of probiotic bacteria includingyeast and bacillus, (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus lichenifirmis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae) isolated sturgeon gut bacillus were supplemented with experimental diets in three levels (1.5 ×106, 3 ×106 and 4.5 ×10 6CFU/liter) and were fed by common carp (Cyprinus carpio) larvae in 3 experimental treatments. The control treatment was fed on non-supplemented diet. The experiment was carried out in completely random design. The rate of feeding was on the base of the 5-6 percent of their body weight for 3 times a day. At the end of the period (35 days) group of fishes were body extracted and other group tested by thermal (40oC), NH3 (5 mg/l), alkalinity (12) and acidity (2) pH stress. In challenge test of thermal stress, maximum of survival time was obtained in treatment 1.5 × 106 CFU/liter. The results of the challenge tests with stress of acidity and NH3 indicated that total experimental treatments had significant difference with control (p<0.05).but test stress alkalinity no significant difference between the treatments with control (p>0.05) the result of body extract indicate that in the amount K, Ca, Na no significant difference in body extract observed between the treatments (p>0.05) but between treatment 4.5× 106 in the mount fasting blood sugar had significant difference with control (p<0.05). also Kortizol amount in treatment 3×106 had significant difference with control (p<0.05). results indicated that the survival time in some of challenge tests with stress were correlated to probiotic bacteria.

Abstract:

This study investigates the effects of replacement of fish oil by Sunflower oil and colsa oil as the vegetable oils, on growth and nutrition performance and survival rate of Rutilus frissi kutum with initial average weight 3.65±0.39 g over 8 weeks. Three diets were supplemented with 8.5% of either fish oil (control), sunflower oil, and colsa oil, respectively in triplicates. After the experimental period, there were no significant differences between different treatments in any of parameters (P>0.05). So can be concluded that the dietary fish oil of Rutilus frissi kutum can be replaced by sun flower oil and colsa oil without any negative effects.

Abstract:

The Investigation at Water quality of Kelaroud River by HFBI (Hilsenhoff’s Family–Level Biotic Index) method. In this research task to the water quality of Kelaroud river using biotic index HFBI and identifying the society of macroinvertebrates upon level of the family. Result of this index with other index compared: EPT/ Chironomidae,. This task was achieved with in the year 1389-90 with taking4 season sampling in six different stations as below I) Diva "1st station" II) Up stream of Bura "2nd station" III) Lower of Bura "3rd station" IIII) Sefid tur"4th station" IV) Shub kola"5 th station" V) Mohamad hasankhan bridge"6th station" was taken at the same time of sampling from macroinvertebrates is sampled using Surbur quantitative sampler and it has identified for family level in the laboratory, by Using loop separation, the physical and hydrologic variation. Generally, organisms on the Kelarud River substrate are form 2 different groups as indicated: Arthropods, Flat Worms, Consist of 5 classes, 8 orders, 12 families. İn which they have most variety and aboundance in the spring season, also systematically they are having least variety and aboundance in the summer season as it has been detected during sample taking at the time on test achivement. Where result was indicated that an arrangement of organisms in most and least variety and aboundance at the first and sixth sampling station. The water quality from the Kelarud river was seen as below regarding Hilsenhoff water quality refrencing: The river water components quality was evaluated with basis of water components qulity guidance-Hilsenhoff of different amount of biochemical pollution at upstream had benedicite conditions (At least amount of water biochemical pollution) and mid & downstream had well conditions (Low water biochemical pollution). The disturbances of human made such as excavation, constructional operation, destruction of frenches zone and herbal covering in the stream, were more than organic pollution cause decline of the macroinvertebrates diversity in some places in the stream.

Abstract:

Acute toxicity test on common carp weighing 18 grams and length 12 cm was performed. With concentrations of 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 ppm measured at 0, 24, 48 and 96 hours were considered for commercial diesel. Processing data using SPSS software and statistical analysis Probit analysis was performed with a confidence level of 95%. The common carp no deaths were observed in the control group and the concentration of 1000 mg, 100% fish mortality was observed. The results show that LC5096h commercial diesel common carp is equal to 697.18 ppm. Maximum allowable concentration (MAC Value) that venom against the 69/718 mg per liter respectively. Common carp are not resistant to the adverse effects of commercial diesel fuel tanks with leaks and the entry of these compounds in the marine environment, death and loss of many of these fish.
