Abstract:

The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of Copper and Hazard quotient (HQ) in muscle of the carp aquaculture fishes (common carp) (Cyprinus carpio), grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), big head carp (Aristichthys nobilis) and silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)] in Khuzestan province.108 pieces Farmed fish sampled was prepared from the Azadegan warm water fish culture center (Ahwaz), Shosh and Shahid Ahmadian (Khoramshahr) in 2014. Copper concentration measured by wet digestion and atomic absorption spectrometer Perkin Elmer 4100. The results showed that the highest Copper concentrations between fish muscles was on Aristichthys nobilis equal to 0.83 mg/g wet weight, that this amount and the amount of Copper in the muscle of Cyprinus carpio and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix were significantly different (P<0.05). The lowest amount of Copper in the muscle of fishes was on Hypophthalmichthys molitrix equal to 0.68 mg/g Wet weight, that this amount and the amount of Copper in the muscle of Aristichthys nobilis were significantly different (P<0.05). Hazard quotient in all samples was less than 0.1and so fish nutrition no risk in terms of the amount of Copper in the human body.

This study evaluates the genetical structure of Caspian Sea Common Kilka (Clupeonella cultriventris caspia) during winter and Spring of 2013 by sequencing method.30 samples were gathered from Mazandaran and Gilan fisheries ports and the fins samples lived in ethanol 96%. Then the genetical studies were done in biotechnology laboratory of Caspian Seas ecological research center. The DNA genomic samples of soft ports of the fish fin extracted by ammonium acetate method. The chain reaction of polymerase (PCR) was used by a pair of designed primer, on fish's DNA genomic. The abundant of Alles, the true number of Allelles, the observed and expected Heterozygosity, the genetic likeness and difference and the amount of Fs+caluculated by Tajmia and Nei test of genetic software (Bio Edit and Arlequin). Dendrogram of genetic difference drawn by Mega 4 genetic software. Based on drawn phylogenetic tree, the samples of Guilan were divided from Mazandarn samples. The dendrogram of these fish showed that the D-Loop gene indentified the genetic structure of Caspian Seas Common Kilka and separates Mazandaran and Guilan populations directly.

Abstract:

This study evaluates the effects of four anastasian extracts of Clove flower, Oregano, Lidocaine, Sodium Bicarbonate on blood parameters. The amount of cortisol normane in silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis) (96 silver carps in average weight of 200 g and 18 cm length) was distributed in 4 treatments which anastasied with these extracts and one more treatment as a control. The blood samples of each treatment were gathered and pH, temperature and Do were measured during the experiment. The blood parameters which studied were RBC, WBC, Hb, HTC and the cortisol hormone. The RBC of the treatment which anastasied by Lidocaine, Clove and Oregano had significant differences with the control (p<0.05), but the treatment which exposed by Sodium bicarbonate had no significant difference with control (p>0.05). This shows that Lidocaine in this kind of fish was the best anesthetic in times of 10 min and 24 h.

Abstract:

With the development of fish breeding industry in the country and increasing the number of breeders, transmission and maintenance of fish known as one of the related chain to this industry. Preparation of fish, forming oxygen and transport of fish are parameters to be fitted in the survive and growth of fishes. In this experiment 420 green terrors (Aequidens rivulatus) exposed to the stress factors to determine patterns of physiological stress responses in the species. The most important response was to increase in 3 equal Cortisol levels (Max 146 ng/ml). A significant increase in Glucose level (equal 1.5) was seen too. Also, the result showed that the distance and amount of stress have caused physiological response and reducing the amount of these stresses can lead the losses in transmission.

Abstract:

There are few studies on Symbiotics reproduction effects in ornamental fish, so this study surveys on the effects of artificial Symbiotic Biomin Imbo on fecundity, ovule diameter, GSI and HIS of angle fish (Pterophyllum scalare). This study uses 12 aquaria in 70 × 50 × 30 cm3 for fish with average 10 months age and in abundance of 8 fish per each tank. Fish was distributed absolutely in accident in 4 treatments with triplicates which fed by 4 diets containing 0, 0.6, 1.3 and 2 g/kg of feed for 2 month. Fish fed daily by 5% of body weight feed in 2 times per a day. The reproductive performances of angle fish were statistically estimated. The results showed that the absolute fecundity and GSI of all treatments were more than control (p<0.05). The most fecundity was observed in the treatment which fed 1.3 % Biomine Imbo, and the most GSI was observed in the treatment which fed 0.6% Biomin Imbo (P<0.05).

Abstract:

This study surveys on the effects of L-lysine and methionon amino acids on growth performance, survival rate and body composition of Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Fish with initial average weight 105.23 ±6.33 g in 5 treatments fed with different levels of Lysine (1 and 3 %) and methionine (1 and 2%) for 8 weeks. The results showed that the treatment which fed 2 % methionine had the best growth performance, the most amount of protein observed in the carcase of the fish which fed L-Lysine and he most lipid content observed in treatment which fed 2 % methionin too.

Abstract:

Using live food is very important to make the best quality in aquaculture. Vitamins in the diet are necessary for survive, growth and reproduction of fish. The necessity of dietary vitamins is related to age, growth rate, physiologic and health parameters and diet combination. This study estimates the enrichment effects of Daphnia magna by Vitamin C, on growth and survival increases in perck fish (Esox Lucius) and gain the best dietary vitamin C dose. For aim to this goal, the perck larvae with initial average weight 0.26±0.07 g feed by Daphnia magna without Vitamin C, and different doses of Vitamin C (5%, 15%). The results showed that there were significant differences in average weight and length of different treatments (p<0.05), but no significant differences were observed between different treatments in survival rate (p>0.05).The most weight and length gain was observed in the treatment which fed enriched Daphnia magna by 5% Vitamin C. Also the most SGR (2.85) and FCR (1.21) were observed in control and the most IWG (42.68), BWG (80.33), WC (1.06) and CF (0.86) were observed in second treatment. Also the results showed that the second treatment (Daphnia magna enriched by 5% Vitamin C) was the best diet for perck larvae.
