Abstract: 

یک دانشگاه اثربخش و کارآمد باید بتواند دانش مورد نیاز جامعه و سازمان های آن را تولید کند تا اهداف جامعه محقق گردد. سال 1394 به نام سال دولت، ملت، همدلی و همزبانی از طرف مقام معظم رهبری نامگذاری شده است. در مورد اهمیت آن همین نکته کافی است که پرورش آن در جامعه می تواند بر توسعه سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه روانشناختی منجر شود که خود شرط لازم برای موفقیت در تمام ابعاد اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و روحی و روانی است. دانشگاه های کشور چه نقشی می توانند در این راستا داشته باشند؟! همدلی و همزبانی در درجه اول یک مولفه فرهنگی است و باید از دریچه مباحث فرهنگی به آن نگاه کرد. این مهم اقتضا می کند که در تمام مراکز آموزشی، فرهنگی و سازمان ها و نهادها در مورد آن گفتگو شود. دانشگاه ها می توانند از طریق پایان نامه ها و رساله ها، ترویج گفتگو و مباحثه و برگزاری کنفرانس های علمی نشان دهند که همدلی و همزبانی موضوع مهمی برای کشور است. تقویت همدلی و هم زبانی بین دولت و ملت در ابتدا معلول اقداماتی از طرف دولت و سازمان های اجرایی کشور است. دولت و سازمان های آن چه ویژگی هایی باید داشته باشند تا ملت به عملکرد آن ها اعتماد کنند؟ این موضوع مهمی است که دانشگاه می تواند از طریق تحقیقات علمی و کاربردی، راهکارهای موثری را برای آن ارائه دهد. کارآمدی، پاسخگویی، شفافیت، سلامت، امید، شایسته سالاری، قانونمندی از ویژگی های اولیه و اساسی است که می تواند در توسعه هم دلی و هم زبانی و ادراک صحیح از طرف مردم موثر باشد. یکی از اقدامات بسیار موثر در جهت همدلی و هم زبانی، توسعه پل ارتباطی بین دولت و مراکز اجرایی از یک طرف، و دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزشی از طرف دیگر است. دولت می تواند، بودجه و ابزارهای تشویقی لازم را بدین منظور در نظر بگیرد. مدیریت و استادان در دانشگاه هم می توانند تمهیدات لازم را داشته باشند. مجله «مدیریت در دانشگاه اسلامی» آماده چاپ مقاله های علمی استادان، در جهت شناسایی الزامات، مولفه ها و نتایج همدلی و هم زبانی و نقش دانشگاه در این راستا می باشد.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The aim of present article is identifying and networking the entrepreneurial university's structure dimensions by an interdisciplinary approach. Entrepreneurial university appearance as a center which focuses on humanity knowledge and its publication, investigation, preparation and university attendance on development of economic and social with more operational system, can be known as one of the most important events in recent years. By attention to necessity of developing these kinds of universities, we have to examine structure basis and I.R.Iran, s universities should be aware of such universities.Method: In this investigation, researchers after library considerations, proceed for recognition of effective structural dimensions on entrepreneurial university using Delphi method in three rounds. Choosing selective experts, accompanied by combining ten completely collegiate experts, three completely technical experts and six collegiate and technical experts. But in second round 15 and in third round, only 12 experts contribute with researchers then they ranked this dimensions by using ANP.Results: After recognizing dimensions by using Delphi method they were ordered by using networking process: independence and integration, professionalism, complexity, centralization and formality.Conclusion: The result of the present article indicates that since Entrepreneurial University's Structure should persuade creativity and synergy; therefore scientific system of our country should notice structural dimensions in universities especially in the aspects of independence, integration and professionalism.

Abstract: 

One of the service industries, which include most of today's markets, is universities and centers of higher education. Universities, as the main focus of activity are known to play an important role in the economic development of science. Generating of knowledge in universities, has achieved by qualified and practical thesis. But today, given the certain and uncertain reasons, many of the thesis are useless in the library and faculty offices.Objectives: Researcher inspired thinking process of the theory of constraints, discovering adverse effects, roots and fundamental problems with the challenges mentioned, and tried to solve this issue.Methods: In this qualitative descriptive study, population consists of all teachers and students of Yazd University and experts in the theory of constraints. In order to select the academic community experts, a judgmental sampling was used in saturation. According to this method, 27 of faculty members were selected for interview. Actual number of Ph.D. and graduated students of Yazd University were selected for sampling, due to lack of access to all graduated students. They were native people.Results and Conclusion: The first important adverse effect was improper selection issue and unanimously the basic problem was upstream documentation. Secondly, ineffective association was observed between industry and universities.

Abstract: 

Complexities of human behavior, human different needs and how to compliance them in organization, each is a separate issue that today, back at the aid of management science and has been called organizational behavior. Respecting the customers, applying correct techniques, work satisfaction, and customer orientation and ... including the principles that are considered the imperatives of this occupation (organizational behavior) and the organization’s administrators are committed to be faithful in their activities. However, the study of the life of the Holy Prophet (blessing of god be upon him) demonstrates the application of these principles to complete and sublime form in the behavioral activities of Holy Prophet (BGUH), it is hoped the study of the life of the Holy Prophet (BGUH) relieves us from the negligence that has been become a burden for us in dealing with its scientific study. Objectives: Aim of this research is identifying the components of organizational behavior in the life of the Holy Prophet (BGUH).Method: Method of this research is Analysis of the documents through the Descriptive-analytical method that for this purpose, we have studied holly Quran, hadith and other resources on life of the Holy Prophet (BGUH).Results: 42 components were identified in this research related organizational behavior at three levels of individual, group and organization.Conclusion: After summarizing contents; a model of organizational behavior based on life of the Holy Prophet (BGUH) is suggested.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The aim of this research is analyzing the effect of responsibility and ethical intelligence of employees on health of official system with Islamic procedure.Method: The research method in this study is descriptive and its type is correlative. The case study of this study is including all employees of Ilam University who are 540 individuals. Using Morgan table; the 220 individuals were selected as sample. The method of sampling in this study is simple random. The instrument of collecting data is standard questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by related experts and its reliability was obtained by Alpha Crone Bag that was 0.915 that show the determination of questionnaire. Finally the data collection was analyzed by software of LISREL and PLS.Results: The results of research in this analyze show that ethical intelligence and responsibility of employees have positive and meaningful effect on health of official system. Also the dimensions of ethical intelligence (consciousness, empathy, attention, self-control, equality and tolerance) have meaningful and positive effect on system health.Conclusion: To provide official health in Ilam University employee’s with high responsibility and having ethical intelligence; the managers have to make serious attempts to provide responsibility among managers and employees.

Abstract: 

Objectives: This study is an applied research with the emphasis on Islamic approach. The aim of this current study is to investigate the mediator role of intrinsic work values in the relationship between extrinsic work values and anti-citizenship behavior (ACB).Method: This research is a Descriptive-Correlational research and data has been collected based on survey methods. The samples of this study were 177 people among the 788 experts of agriculture jihad organization in Guilan province. Multi-steps sampling method was used in order to select respondents. A questionnaire including 3 groups of questions (Intrinsic Islamic work value questions, Extrinsic Islamic work values questions and ACB questions) was developed in order to collect data. The Alpha Chronbach’s coefficients for each group of questions were 0.95, 0.94 and 0.94 respectively.Results: Structural equation (SEM) methods have been used to examine the hypotheses .The findings indicate that intrinsic work values plays negative role on anti-citizenship behavior (Beta=0.47).Also, extrinsic work values plays negative role on ant citizenship behavior (Beta=0.22). Also, the findings show that, intrinsic work values plays a mediating role in relationship between extrinsic work values and anti-citizenship behavior.Conclusion: The author of the survey concludes a negative correlation between Islamic work values and ACB. In addition, the results show that intrinsic work values act as a mediator of relationship between extrinsic work values and ACB.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present article aims at identifying the enabling factors among faculty members from the Islamic perspective.Methods: The method is a descriptive - analytical and statistical Society of Educational Sciences and Islamic experts. 21 people were selected as sampling from the experts in both areas and semi-structured interview, and the data have been collected and analyzed through open coding.Results: The result of the survey suggests Reward system, Participatory management, motivation, democratic leadership style, modeling, professional growth and confidence as the factors affecting the empowerment of faculty members from the management perspective.Conclusion: The author of the research concludes the realization of human dignity and work ethic of managers is considered among the factors in enabling faculty members.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present paper aims at investigating the attitude of university professors toward knowledge based educational terms in Iran between the years (1390 till 1392).Method: The statistical communities of the study include all faculty members in universities who have participated in the knowledge based educational terms (12 thousand people). The sample size is based on Cochran formula, and is 502 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire containing 167 questions. To analyze the data descriptive statistics and standard deviation were used. To analyze the data in inferential statistics form chi-square tests, gamma, Kruskal-Wallis and analysis of variance were also used. Faculty members were satisfied in attending the empowerment courses.Results: Participation in the courses of empowerment concluded in an increase in their job satisfaction.Conclusion: The author of the research concluded the members of faculties positive attitude toward knowledge based educational terms and empowerment courses and find it as an effective factor in universities.
