Disruption in cohesion of society's institutions is studied in evolutionism and Functionalism- especially in transition period's discussions- and sociology. The purpose of this article is presenting a suitable index in macro experimental studies in sociology for measuring the disruption in Iranian society's institutions in current condition and its validity. Systemic cohesion and balance in functionalist theories has conceptual ambiguities, so measuring and building index will have some problems. Therefore at the first of this article concept of cohesion in Parsons Sociology is criticized on the basis of social entropy theory and finally the concept of disruption cohesion is replaced by cohesion and a suitable building index is done.

This study is done by method of realistic description pattern and SSSL is selected on this basis. The fundamental hypothesis of SSSL model is making social structure in social learning of crime. 350 adolescents (14-19 years old) of Tehran's marginal regions are selected in sampling. The results show there is correlation between structural theoretical variables and social learning aspects and also between social learning aspects and adolescents crimes. In social learning aspects, differential association has the most impact on adolescents' crimes. Structural theoretical variables (social anomy and social disorganization) have impacts on social learning of crime and also social learning atmosphere produces crime.

Tourism in Mazandaran is considered as an ideal strategy for development. Statistics show revenue from tourism is five times more than the provincial budget. However, according to the anthropological view, we find that tourism as an economic development is not successful. Maine profits of tourism belong to exotic investors, so the local economy is not to be concerned. On the other hand, native subsistence practices are declining through working in the tourism sector. The failing agriculture and dying crafts and folk arts are the most important cases. In present article economic impacts of tourism in Mazandaran is studied by anthropology approach.

This article analyzes the relationship between services of four/five star hotels in Iran and satisfaction of foreign tourists. Three aspects of hotel services (physical product, service experience and food/beverage) were considered through field research. The analysis of survey findings shows that all three probed service aspects are correlated with customer satisfaction while the relationship between experienced services and customer satisfaction is ranked highest. Iran's hotel industry is faced with widespread problems and customer dissatisfaction.

The main goal of this study is to distinguish the educational requirements of National library employees. In this article, through Delphi technique descriptive survey has been used on 319 employees and 20 specialists, the data were gathered through researcher self elaborated questioner and were analyzed using descriptive Indicators and SPSS program. The results show that performing 24 educational titles for empowering and promoting the employees is essential and also the similarity and differences in priorities of employees in different offices is considerable.

This article's goal is study of entrepreneurial characteristics of state universities students in Tehran and comparing them on the basis of gender, education level, educational course and university. The using tool of the research is standard questionnaire of "testing characteristics of Iranian entrepreneurship" in 8 aspects (reliability coefficient: 0.909). The results show that the sample students are in low level in aspects of risking, thinking health and challenging, and are in high level in other aspects. Other results show that there is a significant difference between males and females about level of risking, dreaming and challenging.

This article's goal is assessing the quality life indexes in rural regions of the county. Documentary method is used in this article. The results show that in all indexes there is an inequality in accessibility of quality life indexes in rural regions. On the basis of 17 indexes of this research, rural regions of Isfahan, Yazd, Semnan, Mazandaran, Chaharmahal-e- Bakhtiari, Fars, Qom, Khuzestan and Bushehr are in possession of quality life indexes. Also Sistan & Baluchestan, Lorestan, Ilam, Kermanshah, West Azarbaijan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Zanjan and Gilan don't have accessibility to these facilities and other rural regions are in the middle accessibility.

Globalization of modern media's publishing has made a new face of power that is called intangible face of power. Media power on the contrary of physical power has gradual long-term effects. More accessibility of media leads to more power and satisfaction and media diplomacy applies this intangible power. Negligence and lack of reflecting internal and external policies to the world by suitable tools have lead to chance of misunderstanding of countries and world organizations' media to make public opinion in a way to against Iran. Therefore considering of the importance and role of media diplomacy in redefinition and accessibility of national interest in media era is necessary.
