This article's goal is study of influential factors on corruption in the world by means of secondary analysis method. After classifying countries in two groups (corrupt & incorrupt), four group factors (cultural, political, economic and processing) are tested in 179 countries of world. The results show: the main difference of corrupt and incorrupt countries is lack of good governance index. In more religious countries corruption is in lower degree. Variables of processing factors have the highest beta coefficient and cultural factors have the lowest beta coefficient in explanation of corruption level. Influential factors on corruption, political factors and then, processing factors are more important than economic factors and religion in incorruption rank of countries.
