Abstract:

Introduction: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on mental job success mediated by the role of extra-occupational attitudes in nurses. Methods: This research was carried out by descriptive correlation method. After reviewing the theoretical literature of the research in the context of the subject area, the researchers developed the research model. The research's statistical population was 445 nurses in Khorshid Hospital nurses in 2021. From the entire statistical population, 220 people were polled based on Cochran's formula by random sampling. The researcher collected data using a questionnaire that he had written by adapting and localizing standard questionnaires. Data analysis was done on two levels: descriptive and inferential statistics through internal and external models with Smart Pls software. Results: The findings showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on mental job success (path coefficient: 0. 297) and cross-border attitudes (path coefficient: 0. 444), while cross-border attitudes had a positive and significant effect on mental occupations’,success (path coefficient: 0. 277). Also, the results of the Sobel test showed that cross-border job attitudes, to some extent, mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on mental job success. Conclusion: The hypothesis test results showed the indirect effect of emotional intelligence on mental job success mediated by cross-border job attitudes.

Abstract:

Introduction: Despite the importance of the functional movement screening tool and the prevalence rate of 4. 34 injuries per 1000 hours in tennis, there is no standard protocol for functional movement screening specific to tennis. Therefore, this study aims to develop a tool for screening functional movements in tennis. Methods: the statistical population for qualitative data in this research includes all experts and specialists in the field of tennis, including coaches, teachers, and physiotherapists, and 18 of them were randomly selected as a statistical sample. Data collection was done through structured interviews. The interviews were mainly held in tennis academies, doctors' and physiotherapists' offices, and university faculty members' offices. Six classes of tests that were comprehensive enough to achieve the desired tool were designed with eleven questions in the qualitative questionnaire for these six classes. After defining the initial tests, the interviews were coded, then the codings were controlled and verified. Interview data were analyzed through version 11 of MAXQDA. Results: The results of the interviews were analyzed to determine the qualified tests to be included in the tool. The analytical process determined initial codes, and finally, 27 tests out of 108 potential tests were identified. Conclusion: It seems that this tool is suitable and practical with features such as simple scoring, acceptable reliability and validity, the possibility of implementation in a short time, and the ability to be used in various researches.

Abstract:

Introduction: Quick and accurate assessment of cardiorespiratory capacity is very important in research and exercise conditions. Therefore, the design and evaluation of cheap, light, and portable devices are worthy of consideration. FFThis study investigated the reliability of endurance performance indices in Futsal (EPIF) during the implementation of two selected field tests (FIET = Futsal intermittent endurance test and TCAR = Carminatti test). Methods: 23 futsal players with playing experience of 7. 2 ±,2. 1 years, an average age of 19. 1 ±,3. 07 years, and a body mass index of 21. 20 ±,1. 04 kg/m2, were randomly selected. They first voluntarily performed the FIET test and then the TCAR test with an interval of 3 days. To evaluate the validity and reliability of the TCAR field test, the researchers used Pearson's correlation coefficient and intra-class intragroup correlation (ICC), respectively. Results: A significant correlation was found between the physiological variable of final heart rate (HR) and the HR delta of running activity in the FIET test, with VO2 max using the standard method. The reliability of the FIET test was reported at an excellent level (p < 0. 001, ICC = 0. 912-0. 939). Also, after the field tests, the HR delta was reported as a suitable predictive factor for estimating the VO2 max of young futsal players (p = 0. 020, SEE = 4. 051, R2 = 0. 512). Conclusion: The findings show the high reliability and validity of the TCAR field test with the EPIF device. Therefore, the design and construction of this native device and its use for coaches at the club and national levels are worthy for evaluating the athletic endurance of futsal players.

Abstract:

Introduction: This study aims to design an organizational structure model based on comprehensive quality and emotional intelligence components in the Imam Khomeini Hospital Complex in Tehran. Methods: This cross-sectional study was based on a questionnaire. The components were determined by library study in the form of the initial proposed model and validation by experts in management and healthcare. The research tools included the measurement of consumers' expectations and understanding, Al Omran hospital service quality indicators, and Salovey and Mir's emotional intelligence feelings. Two hundred seventy-three questionnaires were sent online to the samples with random stratified sampling. Exploratory and confirmatory factors were analyzed to check validity and reliability Results: Eight components of quality structure dimensions positively affected eight quality service components, and eight components of quality structure dimensions had the greatest impact on "moral obligation, ". It had the least impact on "space beauty" among the eight quality service components. All three components of emotional intelligence positively affected eight components of quality structure dimensions and eight components of quality services. However, emotional intelligence had the greatest effect on "determining strategic goals, " and the least effect on the "size" of the quality component. Furthermore, the quality service dimension component had the greatest effect on "moral obligation" and the least on "environmental beauty". Conclusion: Considering the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between structure and quality-oriented services, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors affecting the hospitals' organizational structure.

Abstract:

Language includes various tools that are very important in communication and the transfer of experiences. Abbreviations, similes, metaphors, ironies, puns, repetitions, and synonyms play an essential role in this regard. An eponym is another linguistic tool that is effective in communication. Eponymes or aliases also appear in the field of science, especially medicine. These eponyms are derived from the names of physicians, scientists, nurses who first reported the disease or provided treatment or patients who first reported the disease or the area where the disease broke out. The use of eponyms in medical science has its supporters and opponents. Nevertheless, they are known to enrich medical science. This article descriptively studies the manifestation of myths and literary and artistic figures in the eponym of diseases. Of the twenty eponyms mentioned in this article, nine (Ulysses, Hercules, Pan, Proteus, Syringomili, Cyclopia, Gigantesm, Satyr, Phobia) refer to Greek and Roman mythological heroes and gods, and literary figures and other works of art. In addition, five cases (Alice in Wonderland, Pickwicken, Humpty Dumpty, Aguchik and Robin Hood) are related to English literature, three cases (Ondine's curse-which of course is the origin of this story-, Baron Munchhausen, Straw Peter) to German literature, one case (Lazarus syndrome) to the Bible, and two cases to Da Vinci's masterpiece from Italy (Mona Lisa) and the works of Pieter Bruegel from Holland. Eponyms are sometimes associated with myths and characters in literary and artistic works since pain and suffering have accompanied humans throughout history and humans have tried to show this issue using eponyms.
