Abstract:

Secession from sovereign state and former of a new entity by Reference to the "right of self-determination" in international law has been one of the great challenges of the international community which still remains unresolved. And international law generally has supported the parent state in wish to maintain its territorial integrity. Thus 1970 in declaration of friendly relation and cooperation among states declares quite explicitly that the territorial integrity and political independence of every indivisible. Thus the international community is reluctant to contemplate the breakup of state because of its potential to destabilize. This article will consider the issue of secession and will review its position that does the international law approve the unilateral secession and establishment of a new state in the post-colonial era. The finding of this article reveals that this right has been limited only to decolonization time. Also by examining the referendum for independence of Iraqi "Kurdistan", concludes that the contemporary international law does not approved the outcomes of this referendum independence.

Abstract:

Iran has been considered by many countries in the transatlantic Due to its privileged status and even regional region, with a long history of Britain with the aim of preserving its most important colony [India] and competing with other colonial powers Including Russia and also with the motive of looting of the national and underground capital of Iran, the Persian Gulf region and the Abu Musa Triple Isles, the Great Tunb and the Small Tunb on the basis of the three legal principles of "joint ownership", " No Man’ s Land " and the rule of " Prescription " Occupied that he always emphasized the principles of justifying and covering his colonial goals. Meanwhile, the Abu Musa Islands, the Great Tunb and the Little Tunb, have always been under the rule of the Iranian government and have never been idle and abandoned. The UAE's claim of ownership of the three islands as a newly established state and an unceasing and unceasing effort to confiscate the positions and support of regional and trans-regional countries is indicative of the UAE's move towards aggressive diplomacy. Iran can, with a defensive diplomacy approach, reject Britain's legal right to occupy the islands of which the United Arab Emirates has been acting as its agents, to persuade regional and sub-regional states in international fora to emphasize their sovereignty over the islands triple action.

Abstract:

Relations between Russia and the United States have been accompanied by ups and downs in recent years, and issues such as maintaining and expanding influence in the periphery of Russia, geopolitical energy transmission lines, the deployment of the US missile defense system and NATO in Eastern Europe, the nuclear issue of Iran, and North Korea has had a great deal of influence on these relationships. In the meantime, the crisis in Ukraine can be regarded as a turning point in the development of relations between Russia and the United States, indicating a peak of disagreements and geopolitical rivalries on both sides. Given that the international nature of the crisis in Ukraine will have profound consequences on international relations. In the era of globalization, regional and global conditions have been interwoven. Therefore, the crisis in one region affects the interests of actors in other areas. Ukraine has faced several crises since its independence, with its peak in 2014 and the US-Russian opposition to it. Accordingly, the previous article seeks to answer these questions, which is the origins of the 2014 crisis in Ukraine. What has the Russian-American opposition to the crisis in Ukraine affected the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The hypothesis of this study is that the crisis in Ukraine was rooted in the Russian-American rivalry that appeared in the Orange, Blue and the Crisis of 2014, so that the crisis would strengthen the Moscow-Tehran relationship in line with Realization of national interests of Iran.
