Today, with the advent of the digital age, new management approaches and methods are needed. One of the new communication methods to communicate in today's world is social media. Basically, marketing through social media has an impact on business growth. In fact, such media are a tool for market research and enable companies to select their desired customers through their users, according to the request for new products through the statistics system that has been proven in the world's economic forums. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to identify the effective factors on social media marketing in the sustainable development of tourism businesses (case of study: travel and tourism service companies in Tehran) using the fuzzy cognitive mapping approach. Descriptive research is a survey. 43 employees of travel and tourism service agencies in Tehran were randomly selected and interviewed. Data and scenarios were analyzed using fuzzy cognitive mapping technique and the research model was designed using social network analysis. In this regard, several factors are involved, among which the factors of using knowledge and specialized force, long-term relationship with tourists, and social media targeting were the most important,Because they were more central. Finally, some suggestions were made based on the obtained results.

The knowledge-based economy has changed its paradigm from industrial competition to knowledge transfer for wealth creation. Therefore, the development of the innovation capacity of organizations and the absorption of new knowledge is the key to the development of a knowledge-based economy. The present paper aims to investigate the impact of knowledge management on export performance and entrepreneurial skills, which is objective, practical, and descriptive in terms of method. It is a survey. The statistical population is all export companies in Tos Industrial Town of Mashhad. There are a total of 385 companies, 385 managers. Due to the sanctions regarding the export sector, if you want to mention a specific industry, you will face a limited community, therefore,In this research, all export companies of Mashhad Tos Industrial Town were considered. According to Morgan's table, the sample size is 181 people, and the questionnaires were distributed among them in a simple random manner. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The data were analyzed by structural equations and with the help of PLS software. The results indicated that knowledge management has a significant effect on export performance and entrepreneurial skills.

With the increasing desire of companies and organizations to employ interns in various situations, choosing the right person to participate in internships has become very important. Although the person who is selected for an internship must have relative knowledge and skills in the desired work fields,it should not be expert and experienced,because such people usually demand high wages. Community inquiry websites with many users can be used as one of the sources of intern knowledge. In previous research, statistical characteristics such as the number of answers, the number of specialized areas, the length of answers, and similar features have been proposed to identify potential interns,but the content of the user's answers has not been used to recognize the interns. This textual content is a rich resource for determining the breadth or depth of user knowledge and can be of great help in identifying potential trainees. In this research, a deep learning model called CNN-BiLSTM has been proposed to identify suitable people for internships based on the text of the answers they send to community inquiry websites. In addition, three machine learning models and four widely used deep learning models have also been used for comparison. Based on the obtained results, deep learning models have performed better in comparison with machine learning algorithms based on accuracy and F1 criteria. Also, among deep learning models, the proposed model has been able to show at least 7% higher accuracy and 2% higher F1 criterion than other models used to identify potential trainees.

The implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) is driving significant transformation inside the administrative and clinical workflows of healthcare organizations at an accelerated rate. This modification highlights the significant impact that AI has on a variety of tasks, especially in health procedures relating to early detection and diagnosis. Papers done in the past imply that AI has the potential to increase the overall quality of services provided in the healthcare industry. There have been reports that technology based on AI can improve the quality of human existence by making life simpler, safer, and more productive. A comprehensive analysis of previous scholarly research on the use of AI in the health area is provided in this research in the form of a literature review. In order to propose a classification framework, the review took into consideration 132 academic publications sourced from scholarly sources. The presentation covers both the benefits and the issues that AI capabilities provide for individuals, medical professionals, corporations, and the health industry. In addition, the social and ethical implications of AI are examined in the context of the output of value-added medical services for decision-making processes in healthcare, privacy and security measures for patient data, and health monitoring capabilities.

The purpose of the present research is to study the relationship between creativity and knowledge management with four components (discovery and creation of knowledge, preservation and maintenance, knowledge establishment and sharing, knowledge) according to the nature of the subject and the goals of the research, the present research is descriptive of the correlation type and the statistical population of the research includes There are 1100 employees, official, contractual and contractual staff of the Social Security Organization, based on Morgan's sampling table, 285 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method to collect information from the two standard questionnaires of Robins' creativity and Joseph's knowledge management. Haddad has been used to analyze the data, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression statistical methods have been used, and spss statistical software was used in this regard. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and knowledge management. and also knowledge management components can predict creativity. The promotion of organizational creativity based on knowledge and foundation can be very efficient in dealing with environmental threats. Knowledge management is a management tool to achieve the organization's goals. The implementation of knowledge management by considering information technology-culture-motivation analysis-can be a strategy for good luck. Organizational creativity.
