Considering the specific importance and basically the qualified and update education in present dynamic world, as well as the conspicuous position of technical and vocational training centers on portrayal the skill training, this study has been conducted with aim of identifying and ranking the factors affecting training quality in technical skills in workshops of Bam districts on 2012. After identifying the measures and sub-criteria affecting measurement quality training workshops, the necessary data were collected via designing and completing questionnaires via workshops’ trainers and trainees, and was analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique by specialized Expert Choice (EC) software. The results revealed that among factors affecting the quality of training, the level of learner motivation, mastery trainer to teaching issue and sufficiency tools and materials, had the most important weighted coefficient, respectively. While, the quality of materials had the minimum weighted coefficient. Finally, some recommendations have been suggested in order to better assess the quality of technical and vocational training workshops to managers and policymakers.
