Abstract: 

Rural communities as a big part of the social system have valuable resources including human, natural, and economic resources which play an important role in the progress of the society. Due to the population growth and the increasing rate of unemployment and the willingness of villagers to migrate to cities in order to find jobs, the need to train skilled manpower and attention to skills trainings in various fields of industry and agriculture is essential. The present research has been done with the aim of studying the effect of vocational training on preventing rural migration to urban areas. The results shows that there is a meaningful relationship between launching technical and vocational trainings in rural villages and migration reduction in rural areas.

Abstract: 

Considering the specific importance and basically the qualified and update education in present dynamic world, as well as the conspicuous position of technical and vocational training centers on portrayal the skill training, this study has been conducted with aim of identifying and ranking the factors affecting training quality in technical skills in workshops of Bam districts on 2012. After identifying the measures and sub-criteria affecting measurement quality training workshops, the necessary data were collected via designing and completing questionnaires via workshops’ trainers and trainees, and was analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique by specialized Expert Choice (EC) software. The results revealed that among factors affecting the quality of training, the level of learner motivation, mastery trainer to teaching issue and sufficiency tools and materials, had the most important weighted coefficient, respectively. While, the quality of materials had the minimum weighted coefficient. Finally, some recommendations have been suggested in order to better assess the quality of technical and vocational training workshops to managers and policymakers.

Abstract: 

This research is contributed to the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention of trainees trained in technical and vocational training centers. To collect data 400 questionnaires were distributed among trainees trained in Guilan Advanced Skills Training Center by using accessible sampling method. The respondents provided the data by means of a self-reported questionnaire and for data analysis and testing the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used. The results revealed that personal attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, internal locus of control, propensity to risk, self-confidence, need for achievement, tolerance of ambiguity and innovativeness affect entrepreneurial intention of trainees. Also, personal attitude and subjective norms had a positive effect on perceived behavioral control but there was not a meaningful relationship between subjective norms and personal attitude.

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper was to identify challenges and provide solutions for the development of entrepreneurship education in higher education of Iran. According to the analysis and description of the research related to entrepreneurship education, the major challenges are: school resources, colleges and training centers for entrepreneurship, technology, credit, Trade and business relationship with the academic community, faculty, and research. This paper presents recommendations for improving the existing situation and suggestions for managers, decision makers and researchers in the future.

Abstract: 

This quantitative and applied research aimed to identify factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural education Applied-Science system has been done. 170 graduates of agricultural Applied-Science centers are located in the central region of Iran have completed the survey questionnaire. The results show that presence of subspecialties full-time teachers in appropriate with entrepreneurship issue and market needs, is the most effective teaching strategies to developing of entrepreneurship in this centers. Graduates view point showed significant difference between current and desired status of all factors education towards entrepreneurial training. Factor analysis indicated that the factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship are: teaching methods, curriculum content, management and organization, educational facilities, individual and environmental Factors, that specify 63.7 %of the variance.

Abstract: 

This paper is looking to answer the question that does the increase of women's employment has impact on impartial income distribution and standard of living and welfare in Iranian society. In order to answer this question, an appropriate model for the GINI coefficient, as the most commonly index of income inequality, is used and the effect of women's employment on the GINI coefficient in Iran is examined for the period 1991-2008 using Vector Autoregressive (VAR) Method. The results show that an increase in women's employment, and increase of governmental tax revenues and its consumption spending lead to a reduction of GINI coefficient and actually results in unfair distribution of income. In fact, considering the increase of educated women in Iran’s society, by increasing the employment opportunities for women, we can see a more equitable distribution of income in society and an increase of the level of welfare.
