Abstract: 

An important factor to enhance the ability of companies, particularly in developing countries, to obtain knowledge and technology and out of low-value problem of the industry, is technological learning. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize internal factors affected technological learning. Group decision making is managers and experts involved in the development of technology in industrial engineering units of Mobarake Steel Company that are 11 person. In this research for identifying and screening the most important factors affecting technological learning, Fuzzy Delphi technique is used that five factors, “ R&D capability” , “ manufacturing capability” , “ motivation system” , “ education system” and “ absorption capacity” were identified between nine factors then for separating sub factors to cause and effect and prioritizing them, Fuzzy DEMATEL is used that the sub factors of “ supported top management” , “ capability of human resources” and “ formal and informal education programs” are placed in the first place to third. the software Excel and MATLAB for data analyzing are used. After the results are diagnosed reasonable and logical by experts, some strategies are also presented to apply this factors and accelerate technological learning.

Abstract: 

Innovation in today's competitive world is vital not only for development of organizations but also for their survival. Organizations need regular and fast technologies in goods, services, technologies, and processes. Those organizations those are not able to offer innovative goods and services to market will be doomed to failure. The key to innovation is employees' innovative work behavior. The aim by present study is to examine the role of trust to innovation and fit of person to job and organization in developing innovative work behavior. Population of study consists of managers and experts from knowledge-based firms established in science and technology Park of Tehran University and size of sample is 126 obtained through stratified random sampling way. Data gathering toll is the standard questionnaire, for whose reliability Cronbach alpha was applied. Present study is an applied study in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data it is regarded as a descriptive survey. Considered model was studied using structural equations modeling. Findings indicate that there is a positive relation between innovative work behavior and employees' work performance. Views and perceptions of person about fit to job and organization has positive significant impact on employees' innovative behavior through mediating role of trust to innovation.

Abstract: 

One important factor influencing business success is the number of innovations introduced to market. Innovations can be exploitative or exploitative. While exploitative innovations improve efficiency in short term, explorative innovations improve flexibility and help firms to face changing environment in long term. Since the potential and realized absorptive capacity could have different effects on explorative and exploitative innovations, this research aims to investigate the relationships between ambidexterity and absorptive capacity in order to explain the inter-relationships of their sub-constructs. This is an applied research which uses a survey based descriptive correlational method. It also uses Structural Equation modelling to analyze data. To this end, a random sampling procedure was used to collect data from a sample of 90 defense firms (also called industries in Iran defense sector). The results showed that the realized absorptive capacity is an antecedent for exploration and exploitation. Furthermore, while potential absorptive capacity positively moderates the relationship between realized absorptive capacity and explorative innovation, it negatively moderates the relationship between former and exploitative innovation.

Abstract: 

Cloud computing is a megatrend in IT territory which provides resources & services over internet. This study is about cloud computing technology forecasting in Iran & 10 other countries around the world. Technology keyword search trend over internet is employed as technology diffusion indicator. This study is an applied & Developmental research and a descriptive-survey with correlation methodology employed. In order to forecast cloud computing technology diffusion in Iran, Growth Curves were fitted on diffusion data in Iran on one hand & on the other hand, diffusion trends in other countries and cross country impacts on technology diffusion trend in Iran, was explored. Findings demonstrates saturation will take place in 2018 in Iran. In addition, lag in cloud computing technology's diffusion initiation in Iran in comparison to other countries, haven't led to accelerated diffusion rate according to lead-lag effect.

Abstract: 

Determining technological priorities and define fundamental and applied research needs according to that is an inevitable essential for achieving the effectiveness of research and technology. Hence, in this study technological needs of petroleum industry in the area of chemical technologies which were recognized according to the current and future challenges of petroleum industry which were recognized in the Chemical Material Blueprint were prioritized based on the opinion of related managers and experts of petroleum industry according to selected criteria and by TOPSIS method. Next, according to the technological breakdown methodology each of the technological needs of petroleum industry decomposed to their sub technologies and composition elements. Then the related scientific, research and technological capabilities areas were evaluated and those areas which scientific, research and technological capabilities were not formed or were weak determined and accordingly required research areas for fundamental and applied research in the scope of chemical science in order to achieve the required technological competencies for petroleum industry was determined. To prioritize these areas, common areas of research that are needed to achieve capability were selected and have been defined as priorities for fundamental and applied research in the field of chemistry science.

Abstract: 

Technology forecasting is planned starting point and is considered as management tool. Forecasting directly related to the future. Aim of technology forecasting is provide usful information to IT management. Solar energy is a renewable energy technology is generally of two types: on is thermal system and another is photovoltaic (solar electricity). Due to increasing and countries to produce electricity and faced with shortage of resource, the focus of this research on forecasting photovoltaic technology. In this study in order to Forecasting technology researches in solar energy area, extracted patents from USPTO (united state patent and trademark office) during the years 1985 to 2016, were analyzed using the patent Analysis. Then using the artificial neural network clustering method and as well as combined analysis covered and not covered, research gaps were analyzed. results show that the future of photovoltaic technology research towards third generation technology (organic matter) and also focuses on environmental parameters and their impact on performance photovoltaic systems.
