Nowadays, technology based firms are considerd as the main source of wealth and market competition fever, and this fact is wildely noticed by the governers and policy makers all across the world. The notice to these firms refered as 'knowledge based' has been also increased in Iran and they have been supported by the laws financially and non-financially. The specific properties owned by the companies are crucial to determine the type of support they receive from the authorities, and based on this fact, by using a sample of 253 knowledge based firms and the cluster analysis technique, The taxonomy of studied companies are provided as 4 cluster of startups, small producers, small service providers and the old ones which their behavior and operations are analysed.

Performance Evaluation is a crucial issue in organizational decision making. In order to gain competitive advantage, managers need information about organization’ s performance to know the state of the organization better and be able to make decisions for improving it. Therefore, the importance and necessity of a model for providing feedback on the performance of the organization and acquiring a tool for fulfilling this need is clarified. According to the position of management of technology and innovation and its importance in business and service firms, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of management of technology and innovation among 49 firms. This evaluation is considered in two stages of enablers and results using DEA. It will to identify Effective and inefficient firms, Detect source and size of inefficiency and identify reference firms. The results show that despite the fact that most firms are operational at the enablers stage, they are inefficient in the results stage. The majority of firms have the most surplus in the "management of information and knowledge resources" index, while they are in the most lack of "Knowledge and Technological results".

There are millions of social entrepreneurs known to be potentially social innovations in around the world. A careful look at the major obstacles faced by social innovators and leadership skills necessary to overcome these barriers is to play an important role in promoting the field of social innovation. The purpose of this paper is to propose such a role by exploring the exact cycle of social innovation life. In this research, a four stage model of social innovation life cycle was observed through the method of thematic analysis and after reviewing the literature of the research. Then, Fuzzy triangular Delphi technique was used to complete, modify and test the results. Of the sum of propositions, five stages of problem identification, business model, vertical and vertical change, and a comprehensive variable of leadership skills were finalized. Then, according to the research literature, the content network and experts, factors and model of explanation and suggestions are presented.

This study aims to find the differnces of the Triple Helix (TH) relationship among university-industry-governemnt sectors and forign collaboration in Nano-related researches of Iran and Switzerland. Iran ranked 7 worldwile from 2014 in scientific nano-articles in Web of Science(WoS). Nevertheless, there is no satisfactory state in patents and other innovation-based indicators. While, the Switzerland ranked first in Global Innovation Index (GII) and has enjoyed a highly maintained status in Nano-related patent ranking. Bsed on dataset composed of WoS publications including at least one Iranian or Swiss author (separately), we investigated the paticipation share of each sector, sectoral combination, and synergic effect of the TH relationship. Statistical analysis suggest the presence of a dividing pattern of the TH collaboration between Iran nad Switzerland: Switzerland had very higher paticipation in industry sector, very more bilateral and trilateral collboration, and higher synergic effect of TH relationship than Iran. These findings have implications for Iran to promote the paticipation of the industry sector in scientific research and better using it’ s scintific potential to technology and innovation development.

In this study, we were looking identify of reduction strategies and overcome to barriers the creation and launch agricultural startup with a phenomenological approach that conducted as a qualitative and phenomenological. Participants were 15 executives of agricultural startups in 1395 that Their companies were in the growth stage or growth. And were engaged supported by the Science and Technology Park and through interviews with 11 of them reached theoretical saturation. In order to collect data, in-depth interviews with open-ended questions and data analysis was performed based on colaizzi. The findings in the form of 12 themes emerged which these themes are: The introduction of agricultural startups to public institutions concerned by the Science and Technology Park, Support relevant organizations such as agricultural Jihad, Food and Drug Department to provide basic equipment, Adjustment in macroeconomic policies and decisions in the field of agriculture, Understanding the benefits of the idea to solve a problem in the agricultural sector before the start it, Financial support from the government and non-governmental organizations to provide start-up capital in the agricultural sector.

During recent decade, one of the most important priorities of Iran technology plans has been Localization of advanced petroleum industry technologies. Identification and assessment of technology development risks is crucial because of the high cost of technology development in this field. Nevertheless, there is not adequate attention to the issues of uncertainty and risk assessment through roadmap formulating. Accordingly, , after literature review and exploratory interviews with experts, 29 risks were identified and classified into four layers of roadmap including why, what, how and enabler layers. FMEA method was used to assess these risks. Accordingly, their severity, likelihood of occurrence and detection were assessed. The findings imply that the most important risk related to enabler and why layers respectively. As well, the most important risks are Providing expensive bank guarantees and testing the products in the real fields.
