As US and NATO troops arrived in Afghanistan in 2011، reconstruction assistance teams also came to Afghanistan and over the years، international community has spent more than $ 130 billion on rebuilding of Afghanistan country. This study with aim of evaluating the role of international community aids in Afghanistan development، evaluating 11 indices of total indicators of economics and social development and evaluation it is the light of modernization and affiliation theories in by using method of secondary data analysis. Research findings indicates that due to lack of infrastructure and management power، the lack of cooperation between the helper authorities with the central government، the lack of transparency، honesty and accountability، the security situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated، drug production has dramatically increased and therefore international aids has not had much effect on the improvement of poverty and unemployment. However educational indicators، access to health services، life expectance and access to information and media have experienced relative improvement.
