As US and NATO troops arrived in Afghanistan in 2011، reconstruction assistance teams also came to Afghanistan and over the years، international community has spent more than $ 130 billion on rebuilding of Afghanistan country. This study with aim of evaluating the role of international community aids in Afghanistan development، evaluating 11 indices of total indicators of economics and social development and evaluation it is the light of modernization and affiliation theories in by using method of secondary data analysis. Research findings indicates that due to lack of infrastructure and management power، the lack of cooperation between the helper authorities with the central government، the lack of transparency، honesty and accountability، the security situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated، drug production has dramatically increased and therefore international aids has not had much effect on the improvement of poverty and unemployment. However educational indicators، access to health services، life expectance and access to information and media have experienced relative improvement.

Survey behavioral patterns of Arab world and its impacts on the political grand structures is of new discuses in the field of political studies of Arab world. Purpose of introduction of this subject is in order to consider the special view to some kind of social behaviors that in historical trend in form of a relatively stability general tradition organize the above structures. Accordingly، this article is based on theoretical framework of behaviorism and descriptive-analytic method investigates the Impact of behavioral patterns and Arab-Cultural on the process of democracy in the Middle East. Research findings suggest that the diversity of behavioral patterns and political culture in the Arab world، such as authoritarianism، the inappropriate presence of informal groups، nationalism and pan-Arabism prevent from process of democracy. National identity is a subjective concept that represent belonging to a certain national group. national identity including a complex set of circumstances and sentiments that determine the ways that individuals using to see their inner group and the other groups. the issue of national identity is one of the very important cultural problems in Afghanistan. In this country there are some linguistic، ethnic and religious differences and at the same time they have some similarities with the ethnic groups in the neighboring countries. In addition، war and the other destructive conflicts in this country were barriers to constitute an integrative country. this paper attempts to investigate the sociocultural factors related to the national identity of the students of Education Faculty. This study seeks to explaining national identity of students in terms of their ethnic memberships (including Pashtun، Hazaras and Tajik ethnic groups). We used theories of Giddens and Stryker as a theoretical framework. Survey is the our method of research. The size of sample was 372 students that who were selected by systemic randomized sampling. And collected data was analyzing by the spss software. the results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between independent variables such as ethnic، religious and global identities، social capital، participatory life style with the student national identity. furthermore، by doing multivariable regression، we found that variables such as participatory life style، religious identity، social capital and sex explained the 10. 7 percent of variation in the dependent variable.

The Justice and Development Party (AKP)، as the ruling party of Turkey، has been at the forefront of political power since 2002. The analysis of the foreign policy of the Justice and Development Party is essential in order to understand the positions of this party. The purpose of this study is to explain the foreign policy of the AKP towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. The party's identity approaches are analyzed according to Went's theory in the theoretical framework of constructivism. Accordingly، the question of this research is that what is the effective identity approach to the foreign policy behavior of the Justice and Development Party towards the Islamic Republic of Iran? This article examines the approaches of identity to the positions of the AKP towards the Islamic Republic of Iran through a descriptive-analytical method and using library documents. This research is considered to be a practical goal. The findings of the paper indicate that the AKP's identity approaches could be influential in explaining the party's foreign policy behavior towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study selects the adoption of cooperative policies as the policy of selected foreign policy among the examined states of the AKP.

Considering the constructive role of mosques in the human resources training and political socialization، in this article، the authors have addressed the issue of governing function of "congregational Imam" (in Persian: Imam Jamaat). In this regard، the researchers' efforts were to find a practical model for offering other congregational imams by referring to the performance of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani in the Jalili mosque. The reason for this is that Ayatollah Mahdawi Kani has been able to integrate the personal، social and political dimensions of the Imam Jamaat in a manner consistent with the circumstances and timely requirements، and in this way he has a positive effect on the individuals and society that has been emerged to this day. For this purpose، by analyzing content and interviewing with the followers of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani in Jalili Mosque، the spiritual، individual، and political-social aspects of his performance in the Jalili Mosque have been identified and analyzed and finally a comprehensive model is inferred and presented. In this paper، by examining the dimensions، components، and performance indicators of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani as the Imam Jamaat in three areas of political، social and cultural affairs: we have come to the conclusion that he had specific programs and priorities for each area and finally have been enforced. And with the measures that have been taken، the Jalili mosque in the political arena، the center of fighters against the regime and in the social sphere، the place to m.

The issue of ‘ Jihad’ in Islam is one of the important issues of human-Islamic and one of the most sacred practices. But it has been turned into a weapon against Islam by enemies of Islam. Today، there are two main attitudes in Islamic world which both in the same emphasis on Jihad، suggest two different approaches: Imami and Takfiris. Thus، our issue is the relation between political Islam and Jihad with terrorism and the main question is how this relation can be plotted by its Salafi in two main political Islam approaches; Imami and Takfiri? To ask this question، research findings which have been analyzed by the analytical approach and comparative method show that based on Imami approach it can be inferred that Islamic Jihad is "defence action" to adjudication، disposal of oppression and it is opposed with terrorist acts which are originally aggressive and inhuman attacks. So Islamic Jihad cannot be a justification for handling terror in international relations. While in Takfiri approach using violence and terror named Jihad is a means to spread Islam. Thus، Imami believes in Jihad as a means in order to create peace and peaceful coexistence.

The events that happened in the Arab world in 2011 were contradictory and paradoxical. Those would not be called revolution and not reform. Therefore، new concepts are needed to explain these events. This research tries to explain the uprising of the Egyptian people and the cause of their failure by using the term "refolution"(revolution-reformation) and "explaining it". Therefore، in this article، first، we try to clarify the concept of “ refolution” and its differences with the classical revolution. Then، with its application، to explain the uprising of the Egyptians، we explain the cause of its failure. The research hypothesis is based on the fact that what happened in Egypt was not a full-blown revolution، but a combination of revolution and reform. Thus، although the popular movement left Hosni Mubarak out of power، parts of the former regime's bureaucracy، including the army، remained in power، which caused the revolution to deviate from its popular path and defeat it.
