Abstract: 

Nowadays, housing segregation has become one of the most important factors which is the results of people with different income classes and spatial structure. This segregation has led to the differentiation of low-income people from high-income people in the developed world. Therefore, the mixed income housing can also be used as a solution in this country. However, it should be noted that the necessity of applying mixed income housing policies is to pay attention to the important factors of design in accordance with the principles of the formation and design of housing in the Iranian-Islamic city. Therefore, given the newness of this discussion in Iran and the fact that the design of housing in Iran is a problem beyond the design of high-quality, design-based culture and Iranian identity, in order to achieve the success of a mixed income housing solution, It is necessary to extract the fundamentals of housing design for mixing income. The main purpose of this study is to recognize the basic principles of designing for the compounding income of Iranian people based on the theory of social and place identity consistent with the Iranian-Islamic culture in order to be able to achieve sustainable social identity in these residential complexes in Iran. The results of the research indicate that the success of Iranian-Islamic mixed income houses requires the observance of the principles of sustainable social identity in the design solutions.

Abstract: 

This article is an attempt to examine the use of computer applications in process analysis and parametric patterns in creation of a second chamber in response to light at different times. This review is studied in two parts of parametric models and digital fabrication. In the first part, in order to a detailed review the method of simulation with parametric design using Grass Hopper plugin was considered. To build parametric faced, Based on the movement of the sun throughout the day in different months and based on optical needs of each space, the algorithm was written in the Grass Hopper and honeybee plugin. In fact, after making the totality of the faced in the Grass Hopper, In order to determine the exact amount the opening, the Haney bee plugin was used. The results showed that the use of latticed shell as the second faced, in two types of housing in North and South, Application in summer for the third to fifth floors and in winter for all floors. In landscape design can be designed the faced movable that is used for all the seasons.

Abstract: 

Strategic planning is an appliance to overcome environmental crisis which are caused by type of construction that is not consistent with the environment in Minoo Island. In addition to explain role of purposeful planning in order to have explicit perception of environmental changes and exploit upcoming opportunities, effective concepts in construction of Minoo Island will be analyzing by accomplishing this research. Thus, in addition to accordance with needs of day, suitable situation for applying them will be provided and a chart will be created to control activities in the future. It has been tried to collect information using library and field study methods based on scholars’ judgment according to Snow ball sampling technique by questionnaire and AHP hierarchical analysis and via Expert Choice software so as to compile and prioritize strategies of construction in Minoo Island according to the environment sustainability. In this regard, IFE and EFE matrixes are formed, appropriate strategies based on SWOT matrix are determined and will be prioritized via QSPM matrix after identifying internal and external factors and hierarchical analysis. According to QSPM matrix the most prioritized strategy has been achieved as “ constructing tourism towns with approach of environmental stability development” .

Abstract: 

In recent years, the use of technological solutions and passive architectural design has been developed to form energy-efficient buildings, however, reduction in energy consumption in buildings are not as it is expected. One main reason for this is the lack of comprehensive understanding of the complex nature of occupant behavior in energy consumption, which causes significant difference between the predicted performance and actual performance of energy consumption in buildings. This research sought to define and describe the occupant behavior and its effect on energy consumption, identify the factors affecting it, and provide a framework for explaining the process of forming occupant behavior based on identified factors to motivate occupant of residential buildings in saving energy. This was a descriptive-analytic paper which reviewed the literature of occupant behavior in residential buildings and energy consumption in two areas related to environmental studies (built environment, natural) and behavior, social psychology. The results showed the residents’ behavior was affected by various factors in the physical (built environment, natural) and socio-personal environment; therefore, this papers combined theories related to the physical environment (framework of drivers-needs-actions-systems), socio-psychology (social cognitive theory, theory of planned behavior) and social cognitive theory (to link environmental, personal and behavioral factors), the physical environment factors and personal-social environment factors identified in a unified framework.

Abstract: 

The current development policy in the country, has ignored the potential of historic textures. This ignorance resulted in the deterioration of historic fabrics more than any time before. There is a need to consider these precious properties, which are the symbol of sustainable development. Old neighborhoods in historic textures depicts the structural changes, since the first era of Pahlavi, in Social, Economical, Cultural and Physical aspects, which in turn caused the anomaly in their identity. The main purpose of this paper is making a connection between conservation and development based an sustainability, to correlate the existing properties and heritage assets in historic textures to new cities as original patterns. The analytical and interpretive research methodology is applied to pursue the objectives of this paper, in achieving the social, cultural and economical pathology. The final product of this research is suggesting strategies based on existing assets and properties and all other social, physical, economical and cultural capitals of historic textures.

Abstract: 

Urban land use planning, spatial and spatial organization of urban activities and functions based on the needs of urban community is one of the objectives of urban land use planning, locating suitable applications and separating incompatible uses of each other. In order to determine the degree of compatibility and incompatibility between the two users, it is necessary to determine the different characteristics and needs of each one to perform its normal activity, and then, by comparing these specifications, the cases of agreement and disagreement. Ardabil, having a history of long-standing in urbanization, considered by rural migrants. As the trend of increasing urban population will lead to the development of satellite towns in the city's compatibility member of this settlements from the basics of planning system Is a city. In this paper, using the compatibility matrix, while examining how they are distributed in the current state, the degree of compatibility and incompatibility, as well as the utility of the adjacency of each application. The results show that industrial users with the highest score of 298 percent and residential use with 0. 014 obtained the lowest score in terms of incompatibility of applications in the study area.

Abstract: 

The works of Islamic art have very attractive decorations that cover most of the aspect. Plaster design is one of the elements and techniques in the interior design of the buildings which used during Parthian period in Iranian architecture ever since the Ashkanian dynasty era. The Plaster decorations of the Islamic period were formed based on the history of pre-Islamic Plaster art in Iran, and its development evolved during the period of the Ilkhanis era until the Safavid period followed the same pattern and then it declined under the influence of the European art of Plaster decorations. The European influence on Plaster decorations were increased in the era of Qajar and separating it from the Traditional Plaster Design. This study examines the difference of plaster design in Bagh-e-Ferdows building in Tehran related to the Qajar era with Traditional Plaster Design? In this research, the fine art and technical methods of Traditional Plaster Design have been studied and compared. The results of study indicate that the design, symbolic of decorative features and the method of implementation have been removed from the traditional method in the framing of the Bagh-e-Ferdows, but in the context, it followed the symmetrical pattern.
