Security is one of the main pillars of urban structures and maintaining it is the most important factor in urban life. Sustainable developments both for the present and for posterity are able to create a healthy and endurable society. Moreover, urban parks are important elements in creating sustainable cities. They provide some opportunities in various ways such as the promotion of environmental quality, active and passive recreational facilities, as well as providing a beautiful environment. The CPTED approach has been applied to survey the research of promoting environmental security in sustainability of urban parks. Nowadays, less attention is given to promoting security, sustainability and potential capacities of urban cities in reducing or preventing crimes. This article, through analysis, field study, and literary review of theoretical literature, by collection of information through logical reasoning methods, indicate that the CPTED approach is a way to improve the quality of the urban environment. Urban spaces can be optimized to provide a secure feeling for people, especially in parks and recreational spaces at different hours of the day. Also, among the five principles of the approach, supporting of social activities and natural surveillance take precedent.

Local and regional values with scholars and artists than it is very important that the growing interest in globalization can make them. Sustainable architecture in Iran's traditional buildings, with due regard to climatic factors such as economic factors, socio-cultural factors are intertwined. The traditional architecture of the building is based on Iranian culture and ethnic identity and the type of plan, unlike religious beliefs and belief has never been established. Over time away because of social adversity own social values and indigenous communities, other architectures were dominating. The whole problem, the cause and solution to the problems of the communities in search of stability and sustainable architecture has proposed. Perhaps the best examples of vernacular architecture and pleasing for sustainable architecture. The aim of this study is that vernacular architecture with components of sustainable architecture principles and methods of implementation of rehabilitation and re-employing them should be developed. Research method This article is based on a descriptive analysis and library studies. The results of this study sustainable architecture and optimal use of this principle is to achieve sustained for home. Finally, to provide useful guidelines for the design of "sustainability" and "sustainable development" achieved.

The main objective of the design of urban spaces, improving the quality of life and create a quiet and attractive to citizens. Urban furniture as one of the main elements of the urban environment, contributes to the utility space. On the other hand leads to increased efficiency standards for urban furniture elements, urban furniture, and improve user satisfaction will be more stable.. In this study, the subject and the purposes for which it is predicted descriptive-analytic. The population of this research is that all citizens of Bushehr in 1394 and has been determined using a sample of 248 randomly samples were directly questioned. After collecting field data and questionnaire, the relationships between variables through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in SPSS 22 software is discussed. Based on the analysis performed the role of urban furniture and visual aesthetic quality of the coastal city of Bushehr walk there is a significant positive relationship. The beauty and quality of furniture also enhance the visual indicator provides a positive and significant impact on coastal walk. So the impact of 69/9 percent of urban furniture quality, as well as 91/9 of an impact on the quality of visual beauty of urban furniture - aesthetic walk the coastal city of Bushehr has been good to excellent evaluation. So with the principles governing the organization of each of the elements affecting the environment and urban furniture should walk the coastal landscape, and the creation of ideas on possible options and adapts to the environment achieved.

Urban Passages network is under consideration as the backbone of city and are an important indicator to assess concepts such as sustainable urban development, smart growth and permeability index. So, how is increased the contribution of each urban units of passages and network access, Will be provided field of development from the inside. So, City passages (main & subs) is one of the elements and geographical concepts development. The purpose of present study is to compare the relative efficiency of urban areas in Ahvaz and identify the efficient area, in terms development of city passages. In the present study, Applied-analytical method was used and statistical population includes urban areas in Ahvaz (8 urban area in Ahvaz). Data Envelopment Analysis (CCR model) is used to determine the efficiency ratio of Decision Making Units (DMUs) and to distinguish efficient and inefficient Decision Making Units. For the units that are identified as efficient by Data Envelopment Analysis (CCR model), Anderson–Pearson (AP) was used. Data analysis and findings showed that areas of 8, 4, 3 and 2 Ahvaz city have been efficient Data Envelopment Analysis (in CCR model) that Final ranking Indicates prioritize options in order is Region 2, 3, 4, 8, 5, 7, 8 and 1 urban area. Finally, for offer the optimal amount of inefficient units to achieve efficiency, virtual areas were introduced as a pattern for inefficient areas. Inefficient areas will achieve efficiency if they can be promoted to achieve the conditions of their similar virtual areas.

As social paradigm matured during 3 past decades and place making approach promoted, there have been new urban design viewpoints established. However, it seems that they are not highly credited in this field. Hence, the main objective of this research is to investigate the place of these viewpoints based on conceptualization boundary criteria. This research is an applied and developmental one in term of goal and a descriptive-analytic in term of methodology. Data is qualitative and the theoretical framework in this research is library studying. Accordingly, there was 7 new urban design viewpoints evaluated based on conceptualization boundary criteria using an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and consulting with 8 members of faculty board. It was detected which viewpoint was in conscious or unconscious urban design and which is not urban design. This research was required since the researchers of other areas would be provided with knowledge on validity and place of these viewpoints so that addressing new viewpoints doesn’t mean their application and they may not be referenced. However the viewpoints are new, there are no places for them in urban design realm. It is obvious that incorrect selection and application of viewpoints can block the way toward sustainable urban design principle.

Tourism industry with potential impact on the economy of any country, including factors that has always attracted the attention of authorities. With urbanization and the race of change in cities, close to decades the historic fabric of the city has changed for and their coordination with the main structure of the city is lost. This would especially affect urban spaces in the field of tourism and historical and cultural heritage of cities and reduce the number of clients and gradually forget the past memorials cities. The historic city Abarkuh despite numerous of historical and natural Monuments, especially old Cyprus that lived approximately 4, 500 years and a height of 25 meters and surrounding context, is a special area which has natural, historical and unique potentials to attract tourists; but Unfortunately, the appropriate arrangements have not already been made to attract tourists in the city. According to the desert areas of this region, effective protection and optimization of the tourist attraction in the desert Iran could someday make it as the heart of recreational and scientific tourism in the depths of the desert. That’s why it is necessary to have a Tourist Complex consistent with local and regional values in this region.
