Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of sports manufacturing companies with an organizational agility approach. The statistical population consisted of 26 sports manufacturing companies in Mashhad city that were selected as the sample by census method. The research method was descriptive-analytic and field-survey in terms of data collection. Data were collected by Veisi Organizational Agility Questionnaire (2014) including 70 items based on 5-point Likert Scale. In this study, input-based model was used to evaluate efficiency. SPSS, GAMS and DEA Frontier were used for data analysis. The results showed that only 11 companies were efficient in terms of agility approach. Moreover, the results of single-sample t test with an error level of 5% indicated a favorable situation of agility in terms of accountability and competence, and an unfavorable situation in terms of flexibility and speed. In addition, it was found out that enablers had an unfavorable situation in both structure and content aspects. Due to a lack of agility efficiency of more than half of the producers, causes of inefficiency, review and improving strategies for inputs and outputs in the form of organizational agility and enablers were presented.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate those factors influencing purchasing behavior of customers of sport facilities. The population included all customers and authorities of sport facilities in region 2 of Tehran, sport management professors and staff of Sport and Youth Department of the northwest of Tehran. To collect data, a questionnaire was designed; its construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability was approved by Cronbach alpha (a=0.81). The questionnaire included 30 items: 10 items belonged to demographic characteristics and the other 20 items were used based on a 5-point Likert scale to measure those factors influencing customers' purchasing behavior. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.Based on the findings of exploratory factor analysis, 5 factors influencing customers' purchasing behaviors were identified: facilities and equipment, availability, culture factors, social factors and specific services. The findings of binomial test suggested that the customers of sport facilities in region 2 of Tehran evaluated the facilities and equipment (94%), availability (90%), cultural factors (98%), social factors (86%) and specific services (20%) as appropriate (P˂0.01).

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a model of the effect of market orientation on customer loyalty given service quality mediating variable. The study was application in terms of aims and data collection was descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of customers and staff of water parks in Iran.230 staff and 250 customers of 6 water parks in Iran were selected by stratified random sampling method. A questionnaire with confirmed content and face validity and reliability=0.79, interviews, observations and library study were used to collect data. For data analysis, SEM method with AMOS 18 and SPSS 22 were used. Findings showed that all values of fit indexes in the model were accepted and the model fit was confirmed. Result showed that market orientation had no direct and significant effect on customer loyalty, but it had a significant effect on service quality. In addition, service quality can play a mediating role in the relationship between market orientation and customer loyalty. Water parks managers are recommended to design marketing strategies in accordance with the goals and pay specific attention to service quality and its improvement.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to analyze and model the underlying and preventive procedures of aggression among football spectators in Iran football stadiums. Method of this study was correlation and 5955 spectators of all premier league teams were included in the survey (in the midst of the second half-season 2014-2015). A researcher-made questionnaire including four main variables (managerial, performance, context and aggression) (64 items) was used. The questionnaire was designed based on the review of the related literature and interview with experts. Its validity was evaluated by 12 experts and factor analysis (fit index) and it reliability was considered as appropriate by Cronbach’s alpha (0.91). To analyze data, Friedman test (SPSS), structural equations modeling (Amos) and conceptual analysis (systematic pattern) were used. The path analysis of the relationships among the variables showed that the managerial procedure had significant effects on the performance, context and outbreak of aggression procedures (coefficients of 0.74, 0.66 and 0.55 respectively). Also, the effect of context procedure was significant on the performance and outbreak of aggression procedures (coefficients of 0.88 and 0.71 respectively). Based on the results, it is suggested that controlling systems of spectators' aggression should pay consequence-oriented attention towards behavioral contexts, process-oriented attention towards performance contexts, and predictive-oriented attention towards managerial contexts in football events.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a model of the relationship of emotional intelligence, social intelligence and cognitive intelligence in physical education managers of universities in Iran. The statistical population included physical education managers of state universities in Iran (N=90) and all of them were selected by census sampling method as the study sample. The Shrink Questionnaire of Emotional Intelligence, the Rayon Questionnaire of Cognitive Intelligence and the Silvera Questionnaire of Social Intelligence were used to achieve the study objectives. The validity of the three questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability was calculated in a pilot study with 30 subjects and Cronbach alpha (0.89, 0.91 and 0.90 respectively). The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics including K-S, one-sample t test and structural equation modeling with SPSS and AMOS software. Results showed a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence of physical education managers of universities. There was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social intelligence of physical education managers of universities. There was a significant relationship between cognitive and social intelligence of physical education managers of universities. There was a significant relationship between emotional and social intelligence and cognitive intelligence of physical education managers of universities. Also, the model of their relationship had a desirable fit.

Abstract: 

This study aimed at identifying the existing problems of physical education course in schools of Isfahan city and comparing the viewpoints of managers, teachers and experts. This study was applied and field. The study population consisted of all physical education teachers, managers and experts of Education offices in all areas of Isfahan city. Study items were specified by confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.863). Data analysis showed a significant difference among the viewpoints of physical education managers, experts and teachers in the quality of physical education course in schools.The results showed that problem related to a lack of proper planning for physical education course in schools was one of the most important problems of physical education course in schools. The Ministry of Education should have a long-term program to develop physical education in schools with a regular planning and attention to the existing realities and shortcomings.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between organizational happiness and job burnout in staff of Sport and Youth offices in Hamedan province. A descriptive-correlation methodology was adopted. The population comprised of all official and unofficial staff employed in Sport and Youth offices.105 subjects were selected as the sample by stratified random sampling method appropriate to the size using Morgan and Krejcie Table. In the present study, Oxford Happiness Questionnaire by Hill and Argil (2002), which included 29 items in 5-point Likert scale and Job Burnout Inventory by Maslash and Jackson (1981) (MBI), (with 22 items) were utilized.To check the reliability of these questionnaires, Cronbach alpha coefficient was used (a=0.81 for Happiness Questionnaire and a=0.90 for Job Burnout Inventory). The data were analyzed by descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (Pearson correlation coefficient, regression test, one-way ANOVA and independent t test) statistics using SPSS 20 software. The results indicated that attention to organizational happiness and those factors creating this happiness can be good a contributor to job burnout prevention in staff.
