This study aimed to design a structural equation model organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and social capital in employees of Departments of sport and youths of Khorasan Razavi Province. The population included all of staffs in the Departments of sport and youths of Khorasan Razavi (N = 253) that selected 163 staff members by Using a stratified random sampling technique. The research method in this study was descriptive and correlation. In order to analyze the data and statistical inference was used at Pearson's correlation, regression analysis and structural equation modeling using of SPSS 19 and LISREL 8.8. The regression analysis results showed that organizational justice predict variance of OCB (0.53), also organizational justice and OCB predict variance of social capital (0.60). Moreover structural equation model result showed that organizational justice both directly and indirectly through organizational citizenship behavior has an impact on employee's social capital, output software (NFI= 0.98, GFI = 0.94, RMSEA=0.062) shows fit model to data. The result of this study representative that enhance of organizational justice assemble environment profuse of OCB and social capital.

The aim of the present research is to investigate the role of organizational agility in the potential to change among employees of adolescent sport office. The methodology is descriptive-correlative. Statistical population is all the employees of Alborz adolescent sport office (N=115); Baring in mind the limited number of the research population, the sample was considered as a total number. The material for gathering the information was Spiders questionnaire(2007), as well as Elwing questionnaire for the potential to change (2009) whose reliability was confirmed by the preceding researches with the validity of (a=0.87) for agility and (a=0.90) for change, applying Cronbach alpha quotient. For data analysis, descriptive statistics was applied (mean, frequency table, etc.), as well as inferential statistics (Kolmogorov, Esmirnov, Pierson correlation, and multiple linear Regression), on a significant level (P<=0.05). The findings and results of the research showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between dimensions of organizational agility and the potential to change among employees of adolescent sport office in Alborz province (r=0.764, P,=0.01). Besides, among agility dimensions, human resource index was a stronger criterion for change (Beta0.753, t=9.29). Therefore, according to the given results, successful implementation of the change plan in this office requires the employees' adaptation which may alleviate the procedure. Consequently, this is supposed to be the duty of executives of the office to enable, as well as focus on, human resources in order to be prepared to confront any probable change.

The current study was alone with the aim of comparing the educational effect by using educational software and traditional method in doing forhand and backhand services of table tennis .According to applicable purpose and its method the study was semi-experimental the statistical society of study includes all girl students of sari Islamic azad university belonging at 1390-91educational years in sports 2 table tennis that involves 50 students and was selected according to MORGAN table of 44 people that were divided accidentally into two 22 people groups which and resolution of tests results in pre-test and after test stays. We used descriptive and inferential statistics including independent and SPSS software .the results of tests according to obtained average difference of forhand and backhand services in experimental group show this in doing forehand and backhand services has meaning full effect but also .its effect on correct and better doing of forehand and backhand services is more than traditional method.

Determine the effects of physical training on the employment of graduates of master of public and private universities. the aim of this study was to determine the effects of training on the employment of university graduates and postgraduate physical education is public and private. The study was descriptive - survey and practical. This research has been carried out using descriptive – retrospective method; it is an applied research based on its aim and results. It is a field study in terms of performance. It has conducted in the area of cross-sectional studies.Statistical universe: Statistical universe of this research includes all MA graduates who graduated from both public and Islamic Azad universities in the field of physical education, all majors, from 2006 to 2011.Studied sample: Studied sample of this research was considered 7500 persons (graduates from both public and Islamic Azad universities); Cochran formula was used to estimate the sample and sample estimation was considered 360 persons. Researcher increased sample results up to 421 persons to increase generalization and validity level of results: Sampling was done stratified-cluster and randomly. Researcher’s questionnaire was used to collect data. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by teachers and faculty members of departments of physical education, management, economics, sociology and social sciences. Factor analysis method was used to study the Content validity of questionnaire; it demonstrated an acceptable content validity (Cronbach's alpha, 877.0). The questionnaire reliability level was reported, 97.0. Statistical software, SPSS, 20, was used for data analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis of educational factors affecting the employment of graduates of master's degree in physical education were prioritized. Strengthen the self-employment program of state university graduates with a load factor of 807.0 and Based on the real educational needs of the student recruitment A load factor of 778.0 of university graduates were the first priority.

The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship in Sport and Youth Organization of Mazandaran Province. The method of this research was descriptive –correlation. The statistical population of the present study were Staff and Chief the Sports Board the Sport and Youth Organization in Mazandaran Province. The statistical Samples were equal to statistical population. To collect the data of Organizational structure of Stephen P. Robbins, entrepreneurship Sharifian and demographic questionnaires were used. The validity of questionnaires was confirmed by constructive comments of sport management professors, sports board staff and chief and their reliability determined by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.77 and 0.86 respectively.The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics Kolmogorov-Smirnove test (KS-test), pearson correlation and linear regression. The results of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant relation between the Formalization components with entrepreneurship (r=0.318, p=0.001). The results of the linear regression analysis indicated that formalization subscale was found to just strong predictor of increase entrepreneurship. Therefore, according to the results authorities should pay attention to this factor as the most important factor in entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study was Study Challenges Structure of Sport in Iran. The research method was analytical descriptive and in terms of the purpose, it is an applied study. Methods of data collection include library research, Delphi method and finally a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by professors and specialists in the field. Reliability by Cronbach's alpha Measured, The statistical population of the study consisted of managers of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the executive directors of National Olympic Committee and Academy Directors, heads of federations and faculty members. In this study, the sample was determined as equivalent to the research population and by counting all. Out of 302 questionnaires sent to members of the research population, 238 questionnaires were filled (79 percent). For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, comparison of the mean of the population (one sample t-test) and Friedman's analysis of variance were applied. The results showed inner and environmental challenges each part of Structure sports (educational sports, sports for all, championship sports and professional championship).

Content Analysis of Sport Programs in IRIB Thesis Sport programs constitute more than 1/5 th of the total scheduled conductor in TV channels throughout the world. Sport events attract most viewers and audiences among other programs in TV s.This research focuses on content analysis duration of sport programs in TV channels of IRIB as per factors specified in the state of determined criterions (public sport , athletic sport , professional sport , basis sport , women sport , "Bastani Sport" , training sport , sport sciences , football , unrelated programs).To do this , sport programs in Channels 1, 2 , 3 , 5 and 6 of IRIB were observed directly and too were recorded by Mp3 player for 4 weeks. They were analyzed based on the determined criterions and time of broadcast and following conclusion was obtained: Sport programs are not coordinate at determined criterions and time of broadcast.

Because adolescence is a period of life that lifestyle behaviors in these courses can be transferred to the adult stage, hence, understanding the factors associated with adolescents' physical activity intervention strategies for the efficient creation of an active lifestyle is important. The purpose of this study was to test the environmental and psychosocial variables in predicting the leisure time physical activity behavior among a random sample of high school students in Kermanshah. Participants included 307 female students enrolled in the 1th to 3th high school grades. Four questionnaires were used to explore possible associations between environmental and psychosocial variables and physical activity among female adolescents. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. Results indicated that all of the environmental and psychosocial variables showed statistically significant intercorrelations, and were clearly correlated with physical activity behavior. The proposed model had an excellent fit for exploring relationships among environmental and psychological variables with physical activity behavior.

Hence, the overall aim of this study was to determine the factors affecting the athletes’ success in achieve the national teams and championship sports in Hamadan province..116 subjects completed the questionnaire. Information obtained from the questionnaires were evaluated by single sample t-test and Friedman test. The results of the data analysis with single sample t-test Showed that human resources factors, equipment & facilities and sport venues, Financial and psychological -motivating factors In the qualification to the national team and championship sports have a significant effect.as well as, the Friedman test showed that there are significant differences between the factors that affect the success of the athletes. And factors' equipment, facilities and sporting venues» to reach the national teams is the highest priority in the success athletes. Ultimately, recommended that sports administrators in the policy, to have most attention the development and improvement of facilities and sporting venues.
