Abstract: 

The purpose of the research was to design and validate the model of educational interventions effective on educational effectiveness. Therefore, in terms of the purpose of this research, apart from developmental research, and in terms of the method of gathering findings, it was done with the synthesis research method based on Roberts' six-stage model. The statistical population of the research includes all the valid scientific articles related to the subject in the period (2000-2023) that have been registered in specialized and scientific databases inside and outside the country. Among them, 34 sources were purposefully selected after several stages of screening with the indicators of title, abstract, research content and quality and critical assessment skills (CASP) criteria. The data were coded and analyzed through the researcher-made checklist form and thematic analysis method in the MAXQDA software environment. Validation of the research findings was evaluated through the four criteria of Lincoln and Guba (1985), researcher self-review, agreement between two coders, and the obtained pattern was calculated through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS software to the extent of 0.970. Based on the findings of the research, 190 basic themes as indicators and 8 main themes (interventions before training, educational needs assessment, educational environment, educational methods, performance and behavior of the trainer, educational content, educational goals and educational evaluation) as educational interventions effective on The effectiveness of training courses was identified. According to the findings of the research, it is suggested that the trustees of the education unit pay attention to the main themes in order to plan and hold training courses.

Abstract: 

Participation in social interactions, in addition to improving the concept of individual life and making it more enjoyable, has led to solving many dilemmas in the economic and political field. The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the optimal pattern of teacher-student interaction. Exploratory qualitative research method was used to get the opinions of post-graduate students on the factors affecting teacher-student interaction. The research method was applied in terms of objective and qualitative in terms of data collection and thematic analysis method. The research community consisted of all incoming doctoral students of 1397 Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology, Allameh Tabataba'i University, numbering 100 people. 12 of them were selected by non-random sampling method due to their lack of employment and sufficient opportunity to do extraordinary work in addition to educational and research matters in the faculty. After the theoretical saturation of the data in the next step, Bravan and Clark's theme analysis method was used to analyze the interviews. In order to validate the data, the researcher's long contact with the environment, continuous observation, researcher's self-review and peer review were used. After categorizing the categories, 3 main scientific, emotional, and social axes of teacher-student interaction were determined. Also, professional-educational, professional-research, and professional-educational categories in the scientific dimension, promotional interaction category, mutual interaction, and superior interaction in the social dimension and category Empathy, sympathy and care and affection were identified in the emotion dimension. The products of educational programs are formed based on the scope of interactions between professors and students on the scientific, social and emotional axis, and it is recommended to pay attention to the axes and categories identified in this research in order to improve the quality of interaction in educational programs. Abstract: 

The success of an organization in achieving its goals and fulfilling its social responsibilities depends to a large extent on the knowledge and skills of its managers, which is achieved through improved management. Improving management is defined as the systematic improvement of management through training and learning. In this regard, the purpose of any training is to prepare employees, improve attitudes, improve skills and increase knowledge. This point to an important aspect of training and learning called training transfer. Therefore, the present study has improved the training transfer process according to the role of managers in Yazd University. The present research has been done by qualitative method and using content analysis technique. The sampling method of this study is purposeful and judgmental, based on which 11 semi-structured interviews with managers and experts of Yazd University have been conducted. After coding the text of the interviews, 7 main categories and 14 sub-categories such as organizational culture, organizational learning transfer climate, strengthening organizational structure and infrastructure, meritocracy in appointing managers, training policy and policy, organizational performance management and staff training transfer.

Abstract: 

The current study aimed at investigating the Effectiveness of organizational intelligence training program on Responsibility and Organizational Health of Military Personnel.The statistical population of the study was Armed Forces in 2022 and the sample included 30 people organizational intelligence training program (15 people) and control group (15 people). They were randomly selected by convenience sampling with replacement. The particiapnt in organizational intelligence training program in the study for 11 sessions and the control group did not receive any training . in this study the ….. Questionnaire and ……... Questionnaire. The participnts filled the questionnaire in two stages inclduing the pre-test and post test. were used in this study. the data analysis was conducted via covariance analysis method through SPSS software.The results showed the effectiveness of organizational intelligence training program on increasing Responsibility (f = 18.81 and P = 0.001,Eta = 0.420)and Organizational Health (f = 25.79 and P = 0.001 , Eta = 0.498 =) of Military Personnel. The findings of the present study indicated that organizational intelligence training program in the workplace with Military Personnel can be effective in promoting organizational intelligence components as well as increasing awareness and mutual understanding and ultimately lower risk of divorce and marital conflicts.

Abstract: 

The training and development systems of commanders and managers have an undeniable role in the improvement and growth of the system and the promotion of organizational knowledge, and hence the design of frameworks that enable the formulation of more complex and precise forms of these systems seems necessary. By using the phenomenological method and content analysis of seventeen interviews from organizational and academic experts and with a contextual view of training and development, a framework including a system of measures of contextual factors related to the processes of training and development of commanders and Managers were formed. The findings of the research showed that the contextual factors affecting the effectiveness of training processes include five dimensions and include structural, managerial, behavioral, procedural and strategic factors. The findings of this research can be used as one of the sources of information in the way of designing the model of the development and training system for commanders and managers and create the possibility of a more complex understanding of the contextual factors affecting the effectiveness of training processes in the minds of the audience.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to present an educational startup model in Iranian higher education. This qualitative study has been done by applying the systematic Grand Theory method. Therefore, the data are used by purposive sampling and by conducting semi-structured interviews with 15 experts in the field of higher education, educational management and educational planning and higher education policies, collection and analysis of qualitative content was done with MAXQDA 2020 software.Findings were extracted in the first stage of open coding of 88 concepts and in the form of six main components; Education, personal characteristics (professor / student), legal-legal, organizational-structural, financial-economic and technology were categorized. Then, in the axial coding stage, the links between these categories were drawn under the following headings: causal conditions, axial phenomena, strategies, ground factors, intervening conditions, and in the form of a paradigm model of axial coding. The results of this research can be used as a model for the implementation of educational startups and provide the basis for the growth and development of such startups in Iran.

Abstract: 

Ethical leadership has emerged as a new approach in the perspective of leadership and by giving priority to ethics in the organization, has provided the basis for creating and promoting self-efficacy and career success of employees. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of ethical leadership style on job success and self-efficacy by emphasizing the mediating role of quality of work life A military unit in the southeast operational base. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. To collect data, researcher-made questionnaires of ethical leadership style and quality of work life and standard questionnaires of Scherer self-efficacy and career success of Rassiol were used and data analysis was done using structural equation modeling technique through software. Spss and Smart Pls software. The results show that ethical leadership style has a positive and significant effect on quality of work life, employee self-efficacy and job success of employees and also ethical leadership style indirectly affects the quality of work life and employee self-efficacy by mediating the quality of work life factor. is over.

Abstract: 

The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the consequences of innovative leadership in organizations using a qualitative meta-composite approach. The current research was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach and using the meta-combination method with the seven-step approach of Sandelovski and Barroso (2007). The statistical population under study includes all Persian and English researches and studies published in the field of innovative leadership between the years 2000 and 2022. In this regard, the keywords related to the purpose of the research were searched and the articles and documents obtained were examined using the purposeful sampling method and according to the acceptance criteria. The study was analyzed using the three-stage coding method (open, central, selective) by MaxQDA2020 software. Based on the results of data analysis, 43 open codes were identified for data collection, which were classified into 3 main categories and 15 subcategories, which include individual outcome (individual performance, individual self-efficacy and capability), organizational outcome (organizational agility, benefit) Organizational creativity, organizational creativity, organizational innovation, positive organizational transformation, knowledge sharing, organizational performance, organizational adaptability, organizational learning and organizational transparency) and environmental consequences (social, cultural). According to the findings, it is possible to develop an innovative leadership style in the organization and encourage employees to create creativity and innovation in their duties.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The vast studies on social identity (SI) have made it necessary to conduct a systematic review such studies. An evaluation of these studies in terms of their approaches, methodologies, results and the way they measure SI can provide a more comprehensive picture of such studies. Hence, the objectives of this study are twofold. It aims to provide an applied and comprehensive way of SI investigation by reviewing and classifying the past studies and to see on what bases SI was defined and investigated in past studies.Method: This study follow a qualitative meta-analytic approach based on Sandelowski and Barroso’s seven-step strategy. After a general analysis and comparison of the pertinent studies on the basis of their qualities, methodologies and results, a general analysis about all of them are provided.Findings: While achieving the three parameters of «reductionist attitude of SI to collective identity, replacement with national and SI parameters», this study revealed that no organized and integrated investigations have addressed SI based on a comprehensive and applied scientific approach so far.Therefore, some kind of theoretical and methodological dispersions and multiplicities are seen in such studies.Conclusion: There is no conceptual consensus among the studies conducted on SI and they mostly suffer from some type of scholastic reductionism and conceptual complexity in their definitions and assessments due to lack of a general and cohesive analytic, theoretical, and methodological bases. To compensate for the present shortcomings and provide an inclusive theory, conducting meta-scholastic studies on the process of SI construction is suggested.

Abstract: 

Today, one of the most important challenges of organizations, especially defense organizations, is to create capable employees in order to create organizational success and use them efficiently. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of knowledge management on organizational competency in AJA cadet universities. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive and correlational method. The statistical population of the study consisted of academic elites, commanders and executive directors of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army which were classified using random sampling and were studied using Cochran's formula of 97 tons. The data collection method was field and the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaires, which was obtained for the variables of knowledge management and empowerment processes (0.92 and 0.84), respectively, and its validity was confirmed by content and convergent validity (AVE). Data were analyzed by structural equations using Smart PLS software. Findings indicate that structural equation estimation, i.e. factor load and t-statistics, knowledge management on organizational empowerment in university.

Abstract: 

Iran enjoys a special geopolitical position in the region in the world due to its location in the north of the Indian Ocean, and its maritime authority and having a powerful and efficient navy can have a significant effect in protecting its national interests and achieving its defense goals. Presence in the seas can play a crucial role in developing the maritime strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in addition to expanding diplomacy and strengthening relations with friendly countries worldwide. In this regard, the mission of the 86th Fleet of the Strategic Naval Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, in addition to demonstrating maritime authority and sovereignty, has established Iran's position as one of the top naval powers. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to investigate the achievements of the 86th fleet mission and its impact on increasing the depth of Iran's maritime geopolitics. This research is qualitative and its method is descriptive-analytical. The required information is collected from written documents (books, specialized magazines, articles, etc.), data obtained from interviews with Nadaja officials and experts' opinions with a statistical population of ten people, and in obtaining the results from the analysis method. And interpretative analysis, data mining and grounded theory approach have been used. A geopolitical analysis of the flotilla mission 86 shows that the achievements of this mission in the fields of defense diplomacy, economic, intelligence, security, logistics and geoculture have increased the depth and elevated the status of Iran's maritime geopolitics.

Abstract: 

The sea is the axis of economic development and this is directly related to maritime security. So, all countries use this optimally.According to the sea-oriented policies announced by the Supreme Leader, Islamic republic of Iran should follow the country's capacities in Caspian Sea in its plans for economic development.Regarding this, the preparation of transportation platforms in the North-South corridor can help Iran adopt a strong diplomacy and attract its northern and southern neighbors to participate in it.The main purpose of this research is to explain the components and economic indicators that affect the design of the maritime security model of Iran is in Caspian Sea. The main question of the research (what are the components and economic indicators affecting the design of the maritime security model of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Caspian Sea?)This research is pragmatic and its method is mixed. The statistical population of this research is 90 people, divided into two groups (15 people from the professional community + 75 people from the community of experts related to the subject).Based on the findings, it is suggested that the governmental economic ministries, by creating synergies and developing sea-based trainings in interaction with the corresponding commissions in the Islamic Council, can make their managers and officials operate more consciously in the field of international competition of Caspian Sea.

Abstract: 

Professional development of employees is a long-term strategy for empowering employees and improving the competitive advantage of organizations. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on the professional development of employees through the mediation of organizational learning. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and according to the method of data collection, it was descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population under study was all the employees and faculty members of Imam Ali Officer University (AS) in the number of 600 people, of which 234 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling. The research data collection tool was a questionnaire, which was used after confirming the validity and reliability. Data analysis was done using Spss26 and SmartPls3 software. The results indicated that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the professional development of employees (t=9.62 & P<0.01) and organizational learning also plays a mediating role in this relationship (t=8.75 & P<0.01). The effect of knowledge management on organizational learning (t=27.87 & P<0.01) and the effect of organizational learning on the professional development of employees (t=10.45 & P<0.01) were also confirmed. According to the findings of the research, managers of universities and military colleges can improve the conditions of knowledge management and organizational learning in order to provide the professional development of employees and faculty members.

Abstract: 

The aim of the current research is to diagnose and evaluate the desirability of the military training training course for Ranger students of a military training center. This paper is practical and in terms of descriptive and cross-sectioanl method, during which structual equation modeling method was used. The study population. The study population consisted of scientific and military experts (including professors from the shiraz pedestrian center and the professors and commanders of the studied military training center), 20 of which were selected as a purposeful sampling method based on the Delphi method and then 140 cadets were randomly selected to evaluate the course. The data collection tool includes structured interview methods and a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of four dimensions, 18 factors, and 73 measures with a five-point Likert scale. For Confirmatory factor analysis and PLS software were used to analyze quantitative data. The results of the measurement models, the reliability, the indicator reliability, and average variance extracted (AVE) for each of the structural models that come above 0.4, 0.87, and 0.5, respectively, and the structural models, such as R2 (all factors greater than 0.33) and Q2 (all factors greater than 0.15) indicates that the model is well drawn. The results indicate that suitability of the period is achieved by 81%.

Abstract: 

The army of the Islamic Republic of Iran has changed its approach due to the influence of the discourse of the Islamic revolution and, according to the interpretations of the Imams of the revolution, it has become completely different from the army before the revolution, and it was even described as revolutionary by Imam Khamenei. Therefore, knowing what the Imams of the Revolution, and in other words, the main commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Forces, have in mind for the employees of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in their intellectual system, is necessary to build and maintain the Revolutionary Army. Therefore, in this article, using the library method and the tool of scanning and analyzing the content of Imam Khamenei's menu (Zolah Al-Ali), 67 indicators of the revolutionary army in the field of knowledge were extracted and in three dimensions "benefiting from empirical knowledge and skill" ", "Equipped with scientific abilities and working knowledge (specialized field)" and "Seriousness in education and research" were categorized.

Abstract: 

This research has been done with the aim of prioritizing and investigating the relationship between the human capital factors of the intellectual capital model of the Ministry of Defense. The method used in this research was quantitative in terms of nature of data, applied in terms of purpose and descriptive research in terms of data collection. In this research, the DEMATEL questionnaire tool was used to collect data and the DANP technique was used to prioritize the criteria. All steps are done using EXCEL software. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. Inconsistency rate was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire. Since the inconsistency rate of the F matrix is ​​less than 0.1, as a result, the desired matrix, which originates from the opinions of experts, is reliable and can be continued. The statistical population of the research were experts and researchers who were familiar with the intellectual capital and ruling strategies in the Ministry of Defense and the support of the armed forces, and finally 12 people were selected as members of the expert group. The number of 3 criteria and 18 sub-criteria were weighted using DANP technique. The results of the research indicate the high importance of the criterion of idealism in human capital, and inspirational and authoritarian are respectively in the next priorities.

Abstract: 

Purpose: This article is designed with the aim of designing a model of the success of the sports expedition convoy of the Iranian military in the 2023 Sizem tournament. This issue can help improve the sports performance of this caravan.Methodology: The present research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative type. In the qualitative stage, by using the foundational data theory, the factors affecting the success of the system have been identified. In the quantitative stage, with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, these factors have been confirmed. The statistical population of this research is all the sports experts of the Olympic military champions or Sizm. Information was collected by in-depth interview method.Results: The results showed that the success of the sports caravan of Iran's military in the 2023 Syzem tournament depends on optimal governance and operational strategies. These factors are affected by causal, contextual and intervening conditions. Also, the use of appropriate strategies leads to the development of human capital and the development of socio-economic capital.Conclusion: Using a combined qualitative-quantitative approach, this article has identified and analyzed the causal categories and the factors affecting the success of the sports convoy of the Iranian military in the 2023 Sizem competitions. This article can be used as a theoretical model for planning and implementing military sports activities in international competitions. Also, this article can be considered as a basis for conducting future research in this field.
