In this research, it has been tried to present certain similarities of thoughts in the poetical works of two great Iranian poets, i.e. Ferdowsi and Sa'di. An attempt has also been made to explain the basic trends and features of life along with the immortality of human soul. Based on a comparative study, various evidence has been extracted out of their works. These two outstanding poets have had quite similar viewpoints and attitudes toward the fundamental phenomena of human life in three dimensions. They are: man's duty toward God; man's duty toward himself and others; man's duty toward his society. From their points of view, happiness and hardships are exactly the just results of man's deeds. Considering their holy ideas is absolutely essential to us in the world today.

In this article, it has been tried to survey the relationship between poetry and music from the viewpoints of rhetoric and the music of discourse. The rhythms selected by Onsori with the contents of the poems have been assessed. Then, his poetical messages which show his style of poetry precisely have been surveyed. At the end the role of optimum choice of words in the combinations of his discourse has been analyzed.

The sensible visible metaphysics) "nasut",-serves as a spiritually invisible world) "lahut'' which is beyond the scope of man's materialistic intellect and cannot be reasonably defined. The real connection to the heaven and divine world can only be obtained through the Holy Prophets. They are absolutely innocent. They have the highest and most profound belief in God. They have worked various miracles during their lives. In this article, it has been tried to present and discuss the holy miracles, miraculous actions, and holy extra - ordinary affairs, from the viewpoint of Mowlawi's Mathnawi, the human's spiritual epic.

Since the seventh and eighth centuries (A.H.) which were the golden age of the Persian lyrics one may not find a poet who wrote lyrics without the influence of this golden era. Hence, modern Persian literature is not an exception either.In this article, it has been tried to survey the lyrics of Hooshang Ebtehaj (Sayeh) who is a great lyricist of our time, which his lyrics, too, were quite under the influence of Hafez. This survey has been done from different perspectives. They are as follows:I. The influence of Hafez literary expressions on Sayeh lyrical works.II. The influence of Hafez themes on Sayeh lyrics.III. The influence of Hafez poetical structures on Sayeh lyrical works.IV. The influence of Hafez lyrics on the Nima way of poetry of Sayeh lyrics.

In this article, it has been tried to discuss the ruins and meadows in the Persian and Arabic poetry. After a brief survey, some samples of the pre -Islamic Arabic poems) the prologue of Mu' allaqati Sab', along with some samples of the Persian poems concerning this theme have been presented.The greatest poets of this theme and study are Manoochehri Damghani,Amir Mo'ezzi, Abdolwase' lebelli, and Lame'i Gorgani. Certain themes in the poetical works of these poets have been put forward and analyzed. At the end, a comparative study between the content features of the Arabic and Persian poetry have been done.

Irony is one of the most common items in rhetoric. It has been frequently used in literary texts, esp. in didactic works. In this article, it has been attempted to investigate and clarify the irony in Mathnawi. Of course, this paper is an extract of a comprehensive research plan. This research plan is a scientific study of the irony and all of the ironical combinations in the first two volumes of Mathnawi along with their meanings and senses. The meanings have been presented on the basis of the subjects under question and study.A comparison between various commentaries have been done as well.

The status of "rida" or the holy satisfaction is one of the subjects which is very significan to the Islamic mysticist.To a mysticism "rida" means to be absolutely satisfied when he is in trouble.It also means to be totally pleased with his destiny.One may find many Qur' anic verses and thoughts concerning "rida". Imam Khomeini (R.) believed that the status of "rida" is the highest level of human perfection and holiness. He also believed that "rida" is at a higher level than submission.Believing in divine beauty, having profound faith in God, achieving holy tranquility etc. are all considered as the first elements and principles of the "rida" position.In this research, it has been tried to present and survey this holy position thoroughly.

The attitudes of the scholars and thinkers toward historical massive figures express the way of their intellectual framework, ideology and epistemology. In this article, it has been tried to investigate, compare, and criticize the attitude of Mowlawi toward Mu' awiyeh and the historical facts being available in valid sources concerning this figure.

In this article, it has been tried to survey and criticize one of the stories presented in Mathnawi. From the researcher's viewpoint, unfortunately, those who have explained it haven't paid much attention to its details. He has put forward a new meaning and concept for one of the words in this story. This word is "kal" and those who have explained the story think of it as "bald". But the researcher has attempted to demonstrate that its real meaning is dumbness. This research finding and conclusion has been obtained through a rational and narrative process.
