Abstract: 

Introduction: Promoting and improving the health of learners is one of the most important aspects of human resource development and improvement, and in recent decades, educational organizations have attracted the attention of physically and mentally healthy people in educational institutions. The aim of this study was to design a structural model of health-oriented academic lifestyle behaviors based on school atmosphere with the mediating role of academic optimism in students. Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational and structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all elementary students (second year) of Boroujerd city in the academic year 2020-21 in the number of 16000 which were randomly selected as a sample of 450 people. Research data were collected using questionnaires of facilitators of health-oriented academic lifestyle behaviors Salehzadeh et al., School atmosphere Lee et al & academic optimism Tschannen-Moran  & et al . The data were analyzed using structural equation method. Results: The results of structural equation modeling showed that school climate has a significant direct effect on behaviors that facilitate studentschr('39') health-oriented academic lifestyle (b=0/30, p<0/01). Academic optimism also has an indirect effect on health-oriented academic lifestyle behaviors (p Cuncloution: considering the variables of school climate and academic optimism, we can expect an increase in behaviors that facilitate the health-oriented academic lifestyle of students.

Abstract: 

Introduction: One of the primary functions of the study and development centers at medical universities nationwide is to enhance teaching quality. To achieve this, various methods are employed to assess teaching effectiveness. One such method involves evaluating professors' teaching quality through interactive student committees during the academic semester. This study aims to examine the impact of forming these interactive student committees on teaching quality at the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted at the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, in 2021. The research population comprised BSc students who enrolled in the School of Allied Medical Sciences in 2018, 2019, and 2020 and participated in forming interactive student committees. The research tool was a questionnaire developed by the researcher, consisting of four main sections. After confirming the questionnaire's validity and reliability, it was distributed to the target sample via email and messaging platforms. Descriptive and inferential methods were used to analyze the collected data using SPSS software (version 24). Results: A total of 57% of the questionnaires were completed and returned by the participants. The analysis of boxplots related to students' responses on presenting weekly reports on teaching quality showed a normal and balanced distribution. The greater dispersion of scores above the median indicated a significant positive relationship. Additionally, there was a significant relationship between presenting weekly reports and the presence of problems in presenting these reports (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Overall, the study findings indicated that forming interactive student committees can be beneficial and influential in enhancing both the quality and quantity of teaching provided by professors.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The present research with the aim was to develop a problem solving skills training program and its effectiveness on emotion regulation skills and social anxiety of Adolescents with High-Functioning Autism Disorder. Methods: The research was conducted in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative part included the development and validation of the educational program, and the quantitative part included a semi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group with a 1-month follow-up period. The statistical population of the qualitative part included 28 specialists with a doctorate degree in the psychology of exceptional children in Tehran in 1401, 10 of whom were selected as samples in a targeted manner, and the statistical population of the quantitative part included 53 students with autism in Qazvin city in 1401. 20 of them were selected as a sample based on the admission criteria from Pars exceptional school and randomly assigned to 2 experimental (10) and control (10) groups. The tools included the emotion regulation inventory of Shields et al (1997) and La Greca social anxiety scale (1999). The experimental group received the training program in 12 sessions of 45 minutes. In order to analyze the data in the qualitative part, the ratio and content validity index were used, and in the quantitative part, the variance analysis test with two-way repeated measurement was used with SPSS26 software. Results: The training program has good content validity and has improved emotion regulation skills and reduced social anxiety in the experimental group. Conclusion: It is suggested that teaching problem-solving skills should be an educational priority for adolescents with High-Functioning autism disorder.

Abstract: 

Grounded Exploration of the dimensions and components of governance in educational systems In the intellectual system of Ayatollah Khamenei Introduction: Governance in educational systems has cast a shadow on all the pillars and components of the educational system and knowing the dimensions and components of governance, especially from the point of view of philosopher in the field of governance, will open a systematic and experienced model for educational and educational policy makers. Therefore, the current research done to aims the identify dimensions and components of governance in educational systems in the intellectual system of Ayatollah Khamenei, who has played a role in the highest levels of governance and in the framework of Islamic thought for more than three decades. Methods: This research is based on a qualitative approach and the "Grounded Theory method", using Atlas.ti qualitative analysis software, and double validation using a parallel evaluator, calculating a Kappa coefficient of 0.94, and obtaining the opinion of experts and Pundits. Findings: The results of three-stage coding on 2424 identified documents, all of which are attributed to Her, and 273 Primary documents and 1381 Quotations, indicate the development of 3 dimensions and 13 components. The dimension of "nature of governance" includes the components of "people-based, independence-seeking, realistic idealism, justice-oriented" and the dimension of "governance domain" includes the components of "documents and systems, pillars of education, external governance." And the dimension of "governance features" includes the components of "flexibility, anti-corruption, Low follower, responsibility, unity and integration, cooperation and synergy". Conclusion: In the intellectual system of Ayatollah Khamenei, governance in educational systems is based on the Basics of Islamic thought. Abstract: 

Introduction: Today, the development of international scientific activities has become one of the main concerns of the world's top universities in order to increase credibility, quality, revenue generation and branding. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the key drivers affecting international scientific cooperation in higher education from the perspective of international managers and experts in this field. Methods: The present study has been done in terms of applied purpose and with a qualitative approach. The target group of the present study was the managers of the international department of public universities in the country and experts in this field. Participants in the study were 14 managers of international departments of public universities and 4 experts in this field from whom research data were collected using semi-structured interviews and to analyze the data. Theme analysis method was used. Results: After analyzing the data obtained from the interview, the total number of free codes extracted from the content of the interviews was 149 codes, which were classified in 12 similar concepts and finally the key drivers influencing the expansion of international scientific cooperation. In higher education, they were categorized into 5 main themes: economic, CIA, cultural and value, technology and environment. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that in order to promote and strengthen the international scientific cooperation of universities, knowledge of the social contexts of the society in which the university is located is essential. Because the relationship between the university and the community in which it is located is a reciprocal and participatory relationship, and the key drivers play an effective role in promoting international scientific cooperation in higher education.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Interpersonal communication has been constantly considered in recent years and has been considered as an important requirement for successful job performance in organizations. This study was conducted with the aim of providing a conceptual model of interpersonal communication skills of  Educational  managers and staff in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This research was conducted with a mixed approach. In the qualitative phase, with the  grounded theory approach of Strass Corbin (2008), by reviewing texts and in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 10 managers and expert educational staff in the field of the subject under study, a model of interpersonal communication skills was designed and in the quantitative part The fit of the model was determined by completing the questionnaire by 200 people of the research sample, through confirmatory factor analysis and using Lisrel software. Results: In the first stage of open coding, 216 concepts were obtained. Open and axial coding phase data was classified in the form of 90 concepts and 16 major categories. Then, they were classified according to situational, interactive/process and consequential characteristics. In the selective coding stage, the category of communication based on human dignity was chosen as the central category. The conceptual model was based on 61 items and 12 confirmation factors and indicators showed the appropriate fit of the model. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the conceptual model includes the components of (individual characteristics, professional characteristics, occurrence of civil behavior, strengthening of human and social relations, attention to moral and ideological principles, occurrence of deviant and abnormal organizational behavior, quality of work life, factors structural and managerial, establishing communication based on human dignity, improving organizational attitudes and organizational excellence) can adequately explain interpersonal communication skills based on human dignity.

Abstract: 

Introduction: One of the most prominent functions of human resources management in the education system is the training of capable teachers and employees, direction; Change, transformation and organizational development. In this regard, the current research was conducted with the aim of introducing the empowerment model of education and training staff, based on the performance promotion approach. Methods: In terms of the goal, this research is an applied with a qualitative approach to the Grounded Theory method. with the non-random purposeful samplingmethod, 20 experts and specialists of the organization until the theoretical saturation is reached. Data, selection and during semi-structured interview, data was collected and analyzed through three stages coding  and continuous comparison with Grounded Theory method. Results: Paradigm model with six main categories; Effective control and empoerment of human resourcesimprovement of organizational culture, system dynamics, organizational interactions and promotion of performance with 26 sub-categories were obtained through data analysis and their validity was confirmed.                                           Conclusion: After the analysis of the data and the final approval of the categories by the experts, the research model was drawn and the results showed that it has the necessary validity for application to empower the employees and teachers of education in order to performance promotion.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of the educational program based on the Blended learning approach on the motivation of progress and academic engagement of the Islamic studies courses of the students of Arak University of Medical Sciences Methods: The present research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. The statistical population of the research was formed by all the students of Arak University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2023-2024. Among the above population, 30 expert students who had taken the Islamic Revolution course in the first half of the academic year were selected using the available sampling method as the sample size, and then randomly selected samples in the form of experimental and control groups (each group 15 people) were placed. The participants of the experimental group benefited from the combined learning approach and the control group from the conventional method for one academic semester. The data collection tool was McInerney and Sinclair's (1992) and Rio's (2013) academic engagement questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance analysis) were used. Results: The findings showed that after adjusting the pre-test scores, there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the variables of motivation for progress and academic engagement. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that the purposeful integration of technology-based approaches in the education curriculum, including the Islamic Revolution course, can increase students' motivation for progress and academic engagement.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Education, as the foundation of sustainable development of societies, always requires continuous review, transformation, and improvement in management and quality systems. In this regard, the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education has been developed as a roadmap for the education system of Iran to determine the path of excellence and progress. One of the important pillars of this document is the emphasis on establishing a system for measuring and ensuring the quality of school management; because without a coherent conceptual model, effective improvement in the educational and management processes of schools cannot be expected. Methods: In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a conceptual model of the system for measuring and ensuring the quality of school management based on the Fundamental Transformation Document. For this purpose, the researcher designed semi-structured interview questions by reviewing the research literature and some experts and conducted interviews with experts and experts in this field. In addition, considering the use of a targeted approach and the application of the theoretical saturation criterion, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 experts in the field under study and the collected information was analyzed based on data-based theory. Findings: Finally, 196 identifiers were placed as central phenomena (6 categories), causal conditions (4 categories), main category, background conditions (7 categories), intervening conditions (7 categories), strategies (8 categories), and consequences (4 categories). Conclusion: To achieve the lofty goals of the Transformation Document, we need a comprehensive and dynamic system for evaluating and ensuring the quality of school principals' performance; A system that not only addresses current strengths and weaknesses, but also provides a path for continued development and growth.

Abstract: 

Introduction: In today's complex and dynamic world, universities, as centers of knowledge production and dissemination, play a fundamental role in the scientific, cultural, and economic development of societies. Achieving this important mission depends on the existence of a superior organizational climate that can provide a suitable platform for effective interactions, innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge promotion. Methods: In this regard, the aim of the present study is to design a conceptual model of the superior organizational climate of universities in order to promote higher education knowledge. For this purpose, the researcher designed semi-structured interview questions by reviewing the research literature and guiding the supervisors, consultants, and some experts. In addition, considering the use of a purposeful approach and the application of the theoretical saturation criterion, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 experts in the field under study, and the collected information was analyzed based on data-driven theory. Findings: Finally, 396 identifiers were placed as central phenomena (5 categories), causal conditions (9 categories), main category, contextual conditions (11 categories), intervening factors (14 categories), strategies (14 categories), and consequences (3 categories). Conclusion: The results showed that in order to develop a superior organizational climate in the organization, we need to pay attention to all influential areas, including cultural, managerial, and organizational issues.

Abstract: 

Introduction: This study aimed to compare schema-based couple therapy and positive couple therapy on the tendency to have extramarital affairs, marital conflicts, and communication beliefs. Method: The present research method was a quasi-experimental type with a pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population was all married women referring to counseling centers under the supervision of the Psychological System Organization in regions 6 and 5 of Tehran in 1403, from which 45 people were selected as a sample using the convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to the schema-based couple therapy experimental group (15 people), the positive couple therapy experimental group (15 people), and the control group (15 people). The subjects answered questionnaires before and after the intervention. The schema-based couple therapy experimental group underwent the Yang et al. (2003) package therapy intervention, and the positive couple therapy experimental group underwent the Seligman et al. (2014) package therapy intervention for eight 90-minute sessions. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance and Bonferroni post hoc test using SPSS-26 software. Findings: The results of data analysis showed that schema-based couple therapy and positive couple therapy were effective in reducing couples' tendency to have extramarital affairs (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that schema-based couple therapy and positive couple therapy have a significant effect on reducing the tendency to have extramarital affairs. Also, both interventions have the same effect on the tendency to have extramarital affairs.
