Title

Empowerment model of education staff based on performance promotion approach

Abstract

 Introduction: One of the most prominent functions of human resources management in the education system is the training of capable teachers and employees, direction; Change, transformation and organizational development. In this regard, the current research was conducted with the aim of introducing the empowerment model of education and training staff, based on the performance promotion approach.
Methods: In terms of the goal, this research is an applied with a qualitative approach to the Grounded Theory method. with the non-random purposeful samplingmethod, 20 experts and
specialists of the organization until the theoretical saturation is reached. Data, selection and during semi-structured interview, data was collected and analyzed through three stages coding  and continuous comparison with Grounded Theory method.
Results: Paradigm model with six main categories; Effective control and empoerment of human resourcesimprovement of organizational culture, system dynamics, organizational interactions and promotion of performance with 26 sub-categories were obtained through data analysis and their validity was confirmed.                                         
 Conclusion: After the analysis of the data and the final approval of the categories by the experts, the research model was drawn and the results showed that it has the necessary validity for application to empower the employees and teachers of education in order to performance promotion.
