Assessing the efficiency of different units of an organization or comparing the effectiveness of similar organizations, in order to create a competitive environment, can play an important role in improving the level of organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In this research, the evaluation of the efficiency of the headquarters units, the planning and budget unit of the NAJA has been evaluated. Given that the decision space is an uncertain space, an uncertain model of data envelopment analysis is used to do this. In the present model, using a robust optimization method, the CCR model is based on the model, and the model is compared with one of uncertain models of the previous. The results of the evaluation and comparison of the model with the previous models showed that the present model is more potent than the previous uncertainty models in Previous terms. Also, the results of this evaluation period were compared with the results of the evaluation in previous periods, which, according to the organization's managers, are more accurate than the results of the previous period.

In this paper, the researcher is seeking to introduce a suitable model for evaluating the performance of researchers and research centers in research and development organizations. To achieve the pattern, after conducting library and field studies at the Nazca self-sufficiency research organization, the proposed conceptual model was developed using expert opinion and questionnaire tool, the proposed criteria were measured. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all variables in the questionnaire is more than 0. 7 which indicates the high validity of the questionnaire. After analyzing the questionnaire, the conceptual model of research with 4 criteria and 42 indicators for evaluating the performance of researchers and 4 criteria and 20 indicators for evaluating the performance of the research center was finalized. After the initial conceptual pattern is finalized, the significance of each criterion was determined using the AHP hierarchical analysis process. The incompatibility rate for both models was less than 0. 1 which is identified using it and designed model has good reliability.

The main issue of the current study is the study of student employment by the task of a military organization in related occupations and providing solutions with a resilient economy approach. Research Goals Investigate the employment of student students in related specialized occupations, review the challenges faced by students in assigning specialized occupations, providing practical solutions to the challenges, analyzing resilient economics in relation to student employment. The present research, in view of its objectives, is of a practical nature. According to the division according to the research method, the present study will be based on descriptive-survey methods. Based on the data collection method and the type of method, the research is a correlation analysis. Statistical information collected with organizational documents and the role of employment of students of the military organization in the related specialized occupations is investigated. Findings and results of this study indicate that independent variables of organization chart identification, organization requirements, number of required forces based on discipline, level of utilization and knowledge of individuals, correct justification and adequate training for students, creation of sufficient motivation in future affairs among students The job has a significant impact on the dependent variable in employing specialized jobs.

Background and Purpose: Military and defense organizations, including the police, have moved towards growth and excellence in accordance with their missions and goals and appropriate to organizational dimensions. According the critical task and the important role that police play in the country, it is necessary, like other organizations, to continually improve its organizational performance and excellence. The aim of this study is Elaboration of Criteria and Organizational Excellence in Police Prevention Based on European Quality Management Model (EFQM). Methodology: In order to achieve this goal, qualitative research approach and Delphi method and content analysis were used. Referring to documents and researches, the most important indicators of the organizational excellence in the preventive police were identified and coded. The population of the study consisted of commanders and police chiefs of East of the Tehran state’ s Special Police Command who served during the years 2016-2017. 48 commanders and police chiefs of East of the Tehran state’ s Special Police Command were selected as samples, through purposive and snowball sampling. Findings: Based on library studies and interviews, quality management dimensions were identified in the Preventive Police, which has 11 criteria, including 7 enabler criteria including 68 indicators and 4 results criteria including 26 indicators. Conclusion: The results of this study are the native patern of organizational excellence in the prevention police that is appropriate to the its existing structure and circumstances, and can act as a self-assessment model in assessing the degree of police excellence prevention.

One of the important duties of police is provide order traffic and discipline in the country's roads in various cities. On the other hand, the number of accidents in our country is high compared to other countries. Much work has been done to reduce the number of accidents which can increase the level of fraud deterrence and reform of road accident prone areas and increased police presence on the roads. But all of the serious damage that can sometimes lead to death and injury is indicative the inadequacy and inefficiency of these actions. In this study, in order to present appropriate strategy for prevent from these accidents, using Data Mining technique, the reasons of accidents has been ranked at roads of Markazi province and Arak city. Afterwards using MCDM technique and DEA method, we have been presented suitable strategy. Then selected the best strategy for prevent from probable accidents. Likewise the researchers have been tried to make an object at year 1398. Therefore respect to limits of human recourses, equipments and assign budget to achievement the goals of this study truly.

In Brazil the predominant culture is not the appreciation of community participation in solving local problems. However the solutions presented by authorities are not the most efficient, and do not solve the problems. Nowadays, however, with the use of information and communication technologies associated with open innovation and gamification, citizens began to actively participate in decision-making processes of government. In this context, this study aims to describe the project of the 8th State Police Battalion of Minas Gerais, in Brazil, entitled Prê mio Ideia Cidade Segura (Safe City Idea Prize). Through a qualitative and quantitative research, in which we used the case study method, it was found that the project allowed the Police to evaluate new strategies applied to public safety (crowdstorming), to know local and regional needs, to reward the best ideas, encouraged the production of collective knowledge, and also the networking collaboration. Considering the potential contributions of crowdstorming to promote innovations and improvements in the public sector and its potential to engage citizens, it is suggested that the project idea should be replicated in other parts of Brazil.
