Abstract

Assessing the efficiency of different units of an organization or comparing the effectiveness of similar organizations, in order to create a competitive environment, can play an important role in improving the level of organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In this research, the evaluation of the efficiency of the headquarters units, the planning and budget unit of the NAJA has been evaluated. Given that the decision space is an uncertain space, an uncertain model of DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS is used to do this. In the present model, using a ROBUST OPTIMIZATION method, the CCR model is based on the model, and the model is compared with one of uncertain models of the previous. The results of the evaluation and comparison of the model with the previous models showed that the present model is more potent than the previous uncertainty models in Previous terms. Also, the results of this evaluation period were compared with the results of the evaluation in previous periods, which, according to the organization's managers, are more accurate than the results of the previous period.
