Abstract: 

In the first urban planning in the middle of the twentieth century, cities were traditionally considered to be segregated based on the separation of functions, meaning that women were more likely to be housework less naturally in urban spaces, also because urban architecture was in the hands of men. Women's needs for urban spaces were not considered, but this trend remained unchanged with increasing urbanization rates and the greater presence of women in urban spaces. Women have limited their active participation. On the other hand, the growing trend of cities with the rapid increase in motor vehicles, especially cars, and its widespread use in cities, especially Mashhad, has caused many problems such as severe environmental pollution, high traffic congestion. Excessive energy consumption has led to road insecurity and accidents. To reduce and solve these problems, the public transportation system has been set up by city managers as a powerful system. The purpose of this study is to measure the quality and enjoyment of women. The public transportation system (bus) is located in two areas, southwest and northeast. Therefore, in this research, using hierarchical analysis method and the best-worst and softest software method, quality assessment and evaluation of suggestions and solutions have been studied. It is the southwestern constituency (privileged areas) which includes two zones 11 and 9 with a normal weight of0. 7and has a higher priority than the northeastern constituency (low-income areas) which includes areas 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Northeast is 0. 2. This weight indicates a weak bus system in this area.

Abstract: 

The police organization, like many organizations, depends on efficient and capable human resources. The nature of policing and being in stressful situations requires efficient manpower. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the efficiency of human resources of the traffic police in the west of Tehran province. The present study is applied in terms of nature and purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection method and will be survey. The statistical population of this study includes 400 managers and employees of the traffic police in the west of Tehran province. In the present study, demographic variables are studied using descriptive statistics and in inferential statistics, multivariate linear regression analysis is used. The correlation coefficient of 5 independent variables of motivation, organizational culture, command method, empowerment and environmental conditions are: 0. 859, 0. 815, 0. 870, 0. 820 and 0. 833, respectively, and their significance level to The order are: 0. 028, 0. 048, 0. 024, 0. 046 and 0. 039 which shows the correlation coefficient, impact and strong relationship between the above independent variables and the dependent variable of efficiency. The results of the study showed that 5 independent variables of motivation, organizational culture, command method, empowerment and environmental conditions have a great impact on the efficiency of road personnel in the west of Tehran province. And the three variables of command method, motivation and environmental conditions with the correlation coefficient of 0. 870, 0. 859 and 0. 833 and the coefficient of determination of 0. 757, 0. 738 and 0. 694, respectively, had the highest correlation and impact.

Abstract: 

Intra-city transportation is one of the main elements of the urban system that provides citizens with access to various uses and situations in the city. From the point of view of traffic engineers, urban trains, as a type of urban transportation, are considered as a first-class priority in improving traffic conditions and reducing delays, which can have positive and negative effects on the urban environment and its quality determinants. Be In this regard, the present study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of the construction of intra-city rail system on the quality of the environment of Shiraz city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical method. The data collection method is based on library-documentary and field studies that use a questionnaire tool in the field section. The statistical population of the study is all users of Shiraz metro, which is a sample size of 150 people. Finally, structural equation modeling has been used to analyze the collected data. The results of the research show that the construction of urban trains leads to social and psychological comfort, increase safety and security, increase the speed of passenger movement, increase Travel capacity and increased social justice, reduced travel costs, increased confidence in business activities, reduced air pollution, reduced noise pollution and reduced energy use, easy access, land use and land use in the study area.

Abstract: 

Goal: Among the environmental factors, meteorological factors, like fog, dust, wind, and rain can be countered. Driving in heavy dust is a risky condition. In this research the effect of dust on the accident rate is studied. Method Statistics of accidents in dusty days that sight distance decreases to less than 500 meters is compared with the days after and the day before. Findings This comparison stablished that dust increases the accident rate. In addition, dust has a meaningful effect on main cause of accidents and increases the number of accidents caused by the lack of front attendance and over speeding. It is also shown that dust decreases number of motorcycle accidents and increase number of light vehicle turnovers. Conclusion Considering the fact that it is shown that dust has an undesirable effect on traffic accidents, it is advisable to teach the drivers for driving in dusty situations. In addition, police and emergency agents using suitable strategies in dusty condition can reduce the undesirable effect of dust on traffic accidents.

Abstract: 

The present research was done in order to determine the effect of informal teachings on learning the concepts of traffic transportation among all students of Sixth grade elementary school in second district of Shahr-e-Rey in the educational year of 98-99. Concerning the sample method, the size of the sample was 120 among the students in sixth grade that were chosen based on the method of accidental multi-stage branch sampling. They were placed in two groups of experiment(30 girls and 30 boys) and evidence(30 girls and 30 boys). The experiment group was examined under the program of interference within one month and eight sessions. The present research’ s instruments are questionnaire that were in fact made consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions, with regard to the goal of the present research, rules and regulations, the preventive factors as the dependent variables of the feeling of the danger of being fined and punishment in all different aspects have been evaluated. For face and conceptual reliability, the questionnaire has been approved and confirmed by some of the experts of the Traffic Department. The stability of the questionnaire is by means of methods of mean descriptive analysis, criterion deviation and the test of nonparametric Man Vitney and Croskal and Alice(p < 0/001). The result has been evident in the theory of the third assumptions. The informal teaching among among girls and boys has had a meaningful difference, and the mean of the scores and levels in boys were more than those in girls.

Abstract: 

The purpose investigating the causes of road accidents in order to determine the main factors affecting their occurrence and to examine the correlation of some of the main factors. Research questions: What are the main causes of road accidents in Iran? Do weather conditions play a major role in road accidents? Do the types of roads and roads play a significant role in road accidents? And three hypotheses: there is a significant relationship between road type and road accidents. There is a significant relationship between the type of roads and weather conditions in the occurrence of road accidents. There is a significant relationship between weather conditions and the type of accidents. This research is applied in terms of cross-sectional time (2015-2019). Method: was used descriptive-analytical. Data was collected from traffic police database on the roads northwest of around the capital (Tehran) and library studies, and the data are analyzed by Tableau, Excel, SPSS soft wares. Findings The most important and numerous cause of all road accidents was Lack of attention to the front; H0 All hypotheses were confirmed and only the relationship between the occurrence of accidents and weather conditions was not significant, but weather conditions were highly effective in accidents. . results main cause of road accidents was the human factor and lack of attention to the front, but weather conditions and roads type were second main factors of road accidents which are environmental factors, but base on the results weather condition was not the main cause of roads accidents but would intensify roads accidents, and was effective in the occurrence severity of road accidents.
