Total of 100 chickens Susceptible to Colibacillosis were collected from veterinary laboratories in Ahwaz city, 60 Escherichia coli bacteria were isolated. After determining antibiotic resistance and serum groups each of samples, It was found that the most abundant serotypes isolated from Broiler chicken in Ahwaz, respectively, O1, O6, O2 are. Percentage of isolates resistant to 20 antibiotics was determined, the highest rate of resistance was against Nalidixic acid (100%), lincomycin (100%), Erythromycin (100%), Amoxicillin (96.6%), Flumequine (91.6%), Trimethoprim-Sulphamethoxazole (76.6%) and Antibiotic resistance was less than cefteriaxon (0%), cefixime (3.3%). In the 60 isolates, Escherichia coli 47 antibiotic resistance patterns were determined, 63.3% of the isolates with one pattern and 36.6% isolates were more than one pattern. According to the results the best antibiotic to treat the general case of Broiler Chicken isolated with Colibacillosis in Ahwaz, was ceftriaxone.
