Abstract: 

زئولیت ها از دسته کانی های بر پایه هیدروسیلیکات های آلومینیوم هستند که به همراه برخی کاتیون ها و اکسیدهای فلزات قلیایی و قلیایی خاکی تشکیل شده اند. مزایای مصرف زئولیت در مرغ مادر و تخمگذار شامل جایگزینی در خوراک روزانه به جای ذرت و کنجاله، کاهش رطوبت مدفوع و بستر و در نتیجه اختلال در سیکل زندگی کوکسیدیا، جلوگیری از مسمومیت قارچی (اسپرژیلوز)، تنظیم جذب کلسیم و فسفر و در نتیجه استحکام بیشتر پوسته تخم مرغ، ایجاد سلامتی بیشتر در مرغ مادر و انتقال آن به جوجه است. در این مطالعه از هفته 14 به بعد خروس ها دارای ویژگی معیارهای ورودی را به 4 گروه 6 تایی تقسیم شده و به گروه اول 2%، به گروه دوم 4% و به گروه سوم 8% زئولیت به صورت افزودنی به جیره غذایی هر خروس اضافه گردیده و یک گروه به عنوان گروه کنترل در نظر گرفته شد که هیچ زئولیتی دریافت نکردند. تاثیر سطوح مختلف زئولیت اضافه شونده به جیره غذایی در زمان های مختلف (به مدت 10 هفته) باعث ایجاد اختلاف معنی دار بین نسبت افزایش وزن گروه زئولیت 4% (001/±(0023.2 و گروه 8% (001/±0574.2) در مقایسه با گروه کنترل (001/±1.8534) شد ولی ازطرفی این سطوح زئولیت تاثیر معنی داری بر عمده ترین پارامترهای اسپرمی جوجه های نر نیمچه شامل قابلیت حرکت آنها نداشت. این موضوع نشانگر تاثیر مثبت زئولیت بر رشد جسمی نیمچه ها بدون عوارض تولید مثلی برای آنها (حداقل درمورد پارامترهای تحرک اسپرمی) می باشد. این یافته بیانگر ارزش اقتصادی بالای کاربرد زئولیت برای پرورش نیمچه های نر جهت مصارف چندگانه می باشد.

Abstract: 

با افزایش روز افزون مصرف گیاهان داروئی در درمان طبی، این شاخه از طب مکمل، جایگاه ویژه ای در درمان بیماری ها پیدا کرده است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات ضد میکروبی عصاره الکلی گیاه Teucrium polium روی چهار سویه مرجع از (1454 PTCC) استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، (1447 PTCC) باسیلوس سوبتیلیس، (1335 PTCC) اشرشیاکولی و کلبسیلا پونومونیا می باشد. اندام های هوایی گیاهان فوق در زمان گلدهی از شهرستان ساوه واقع در استان تهران جمع آوری و عصاره گیری به روش سوکسله و حلال های متانول 80 درصد و آب انجام شد. بررسی اثرات ضد میکروبی به روش انتشار دیسک انجام شد. غلظت های معینی از عصاره این گیاه دارای اثرات ضد میکروبی موثری روی باکتری ها بودند و تاثیر و عصاره ها با کم شدن غلظت آنها کم می شود عصاره گیاه Teucrium polium بر باکتری های استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و باسیلوس سوبتیلیس اثر داشت. هم چنین این عصاره تنها در غلظت 100 میلی گرم بر میلی لیتر بر کلبسیلا پونومونیا موثر بود و بر روی باکتری اشرشیاکولی اثری نداشت. علی رغم ثاثیر برخی از غلظت های عصاره های گیاهی بر باکتری ها، برای معرفی آنها به عنوان جایگزین داروهای ضد میکروبی، به بررسی های وسیع تری نیاز است.

Abstract: 

The heavy metals pollution is a big problem for the large parts of the world. Lead is a heavy metal with high toxicity that Inhibition of germination and retardation of plant growth are commonly observed due to it toxicity. The very important role of salicylic acid (SA) in response to different stress and modification and decline damages due to stress has established in different studies. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of different concentration of salicylic acid on enhancement characteristics of Brassica napus L. cv. Opera under lead stress. The experimental design was factorial arranged in a completely randomized block design with three replications. Treatments were combination of 7 levels application of Lead, separately (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5 & 2 mM) and 2 concentrations of salicylic acid (5 & 10 µM). The results revealed that increase of lead concentrations, reduced root and shoot length, leaf area, root and shoot dry weight, root and shoot fresh weight and application of salicylic acid significantly increased studied traits(p<0.01), but on shoot dry weight was not significantly affect (p<0.05). Generally salicylic acid applications improved plant growth parameters of Brassica napus L.

Abstract: 

Zeolites are aluminiumhydrosilicates that have cations and alkaline and soil alkaline metal oxides. Benefits of zeolite use for poultry and broilers are substitution of zeolite as a food constituent for zea mays and soy, reduction of feces and dormitory humidity that result in coxidia life cycle disorder, inhibition of aspergillus toxicity, regulation of calcium and phosphorous absorption and so stability of the egg shell, health stablishment in stocks and its transmition to broilers. In this study, the included broilers were divided to four groups that are contained of 6 broilers. In first group 2%, second group 4% and third group 8% zeolite added to broilers food and one group regarded as control. Effect of different levels of zeolite that added to broilers food, resulted in significant difference between weight rise proportion in zeolite group of 4% (001/±2.0023) and 8% (001±/2.0574), in comporison to control group (001/±8534/1) but these levels didn’t have any significant effect on spermatic parameters of male broilers that contain of sperm count, motility and viability. This matter indicated that zeolit have positive effect onbody growth of broilers without any reproductive adverse effect (at least for spermatic parameters). This result showed the economic value of the zeolite for broiler farming in order to multiple uses.

Abstract: 

Abstract: Increasing usage of medical plants for medical treatment made for this branch of complementary medicine a unique Place. In this study the antimicrobial activity of hidroalcoholic extract of aerial parts of Teucrium polium was evaluated with water+ methanol in soxhlet apparatus. Antimicrobial effects of extract were studied on Staphylococcus aureus (PTCC1454), Bacillus subtilis (PTCC1447), Escherichia coli (PTCC1335) and Klebsiella pneonema by disc diffusion method. The extract of Teucrium polium showed antimicrobial activity on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis and concentration 100 was effective on the Klebsiella pneonema. The extract no effective on E. coli With the increase of worldwide antibiotic resistance of many strains of disease producing bacteria, there is a need to access new and complementary approaches to antibiotic therapy. Oils and extract this plants have antibacterial effect. The antimicrobial activities of Teucrium polium against a variety of gram positive bacteria confirm its use for treatment of infectious.

Abstract: 

Epilepsy in is one of the most common neurological disorders in humans and Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) can be used to treat epilepsy. So in this exprimental word, the effect of pretreatment with Hydroalcoholic extract of this plant and comparing it with Phenytoin in oreventing siezures of Epilepsy were studied.in this study, six groups of 8 male adult rats in Wister race and weight range of were used. Before injection, the animals were put in Lp PTZ (90mg/kg) to induce seizures, and then under intraperitoneal injection of (25, 50, 100, 200) mg/kg doses of hydroalcoholic extract of Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm), the positive control drug of choice phenytoin 5 mg/kg and control group of 0.5 ml sterile saline. In order to create epilepsy the facctors were evaluated. The ANOVA test and Tukey test were used in order to compare the mean time of occurrence of different stages.the injection of extract doses (50, 100, 200) mg/kg increased the onset time of clonic attacks (P<0.001), increase in onset time of tonic attacks (P<0.001) and reduction in numbers of clonic attacks than negative control group and the extarct 100 mg/kg compared with positive control group, delayed the onset time of clonic attacks (P<0.005) and onset time of tonic attacks (P<0.005) more. Furthuremore, The injection of this dose of extract, reduced the duration of tonic attacks (P<0.006) than negative control group. Conclusion: the results of this study show that the prescription of Hydroalcoholic extract of Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) half hour before induction of seizures, reduce seizure symptoms caused by the injection of PTZ.

Total of 100 chickens Susceptible to Colibacillosis were collected from veterinary laboratories in Ahwaz city, 60 Escherichia coli bacteria were isolated. After determining antibiotic resistance and serum groups each of samples, It was found that the most abundant serotypes isolated from Broiler chicken in Ahwaz, respectively, O1, O6, O2 are. Percentage of isolates resistant to 20 antibiotics was determined, the highest rate of resistance was against Nalidixic acid (100%), lincomycin (100%), Erythromycin (100%), Amoxicillin (96.6%), Flumequine (91.6%), Trimethoprim-Sulphamethoxazole (76.6%) and Antibiotic resistance was less than cefteriaxon (0%), cefixime (3.3%). In the 60 isolates, Escherichia coli 47 antibiotic resistance patterns were determined, 63.3% of the isolates with one pattern and 36.6% isolates were more than one pattern. According to the results the best antibiotic to treat the general case of Broiler Chicken isolated with Colibacillosis in Ahwaz, was ceftriaxone.

Abstract: 

Single Cell Peotein (SCP) refers to the dried microbial cells or total protein extracted from pure microbial cell culture which can be used as food supplement to humans or animals. The choice of substrates that are normally abundant and in proximity to the production plant has determined the design and strategy of SCP processes. The aim of this study was the optimization of SCP production in pilot plant scale. So the continuous cultivation of Methylobacteriuum sp (strain 69) was carried on Minimal salt medium (MSB) with methanol as sole canbone and energy source.In continuous fermentation in a deep jet fermenter of 1000L capacity, with a workingvolume of 600 liters, production of 25 g/L of dryied biomass was observed and the cell yield based on substrate was 0.4 g/g. The stoichiometry for the conversion of methanol into cell biomass was. The total protein contenet of the product was uo to 74% and because of high content of essential amino acids it can be a suitable replacement for animal feed.

Abstract: 

Anthropometry, the standardized scientific techniques of measuring human body was developed to make collection of data comparable. Craniometry is a branch of anthropometry in which the information from craniofacial variables enables a chronological study of the anthropological status of the nations and helps comparison of anthropological features of the today's nations and previous nations too.Craniofacial dimensions are affected by traditions, nutrition, environment, climate, genetic, racial, gender and age factors and they may contribute to the formation of craniofacial characteristics. Iran is an ethnically diverse country. A few studies performed on craniofacial dimensions in Iran. Hence, we under took this study to document the Craniometric characteristics and gender differences in cephalic and Prosopic indices of Iranian 18-35 years old male and female in Azad Islamic Arak University.Our results were shown that means of the most craniofacial dimensions in males and females were difference. It seems facial indexes but no cephalic ones carry much more information values in ethno-racial studies.

Abstract: 

Diazinon is the one of organophosphate insecticides that is used extensively for agricultural activities, and recognized as an environmental pollutant in the world. This research was done for study of the diazinon effect on blood level of hepatic enzymes. After survival and Lethal dose test of diazionon, 72 male Rana ridibunda with weight range of 100 to 150 gram were collected from Anzali wetland and divided to 9 groups (n=8 in each group) contain of control group that were exposed to water without diazinon and 8 treatment groups that were exposed to 30, 60, 90 and 120 µgram/liter diazinon and for each concentration, two period of time respected: One day and one week after diazinon exposure. Then blood samples prepared from frogs and centrifuged with 2500 rpm for 10 minutes and serum isolated for photometric measuring of alkaline phosphatase (DGKC method) and aspartate aminotransferase and alanin aminotransferase (IFCC method). Results indicated those ALP enzymes were increased significantly by 30, 60, 90 and 120µgram/liter of diazinon at 24 hours and one week after treatment. For ALT and AST this difference was significant for 60, 90 and 120 µgram/liter in one week time period (P<.05).Rising of hepatic enzymes probably show that hepatocytes were injured and then regenerated.Results of this study demonstrated the increasing effect of diazinon on blood level of hepatic enzymes and detoxification response of liver in basis of acute model of diazinon intoxication.
