Abstract: 

The Expansion of health tourism as a new kind and diverse and competitive tourism market depends on satisfaction of tourists. In order to accomplish this, initially, it is necessary to identify influential factors on the satisfaction of tourists should be developed and in the next step, practical solutions tailored to the status quo. In fact, this is the aim of the applied research, which has been done with an analytical and exploratory approach and data obtained from field documents based on interviews and questionnaires were distributed among foreign health tourists. The study population was tourists from Iraqi Kurdistan region for treatment and health tourism from the official border in city of Marivan entered the country, which at first being targeted and by achieving the theoretical saturation, to identify affecting factors on their satisfaction interviews were conducted with 19 of them. Then, questionnaires contained extracted information distributed among 100 tourists randomly. The analysis of qualitative data did by using the basic theory and extracted data from the questionnaire evaluated by using single-sample t test and factor analysis. The results showed that the level of tourist satisfaction is not good, which the lack of three factors: the lack of services and amenities Accommodation, transportation infrastructure weaknesses, inadequate quality of medical care and its infrastructure, and lack of information, education and charged governmental institutions have had the unsatisfactory the greatest impacts.

Abstract: 

Cities with different tourists have abundant attractive Historical, cultural, recreational. In cities, some attractive sites often attract a lot of number of tourists. Identify these places and prioritize them and categorize them based on the preferential behavior of tourists It is essential for manage tourism development. So, studies on the behavioral preferences of tourists from absorbing places are part of the spatial planning process of cities, which has recently been considered by researchers of behavior-space geographers, because of the Nature of behavioral-spatial them. for this reason. in this article. Relying on the various indicators of the behavior of tourists Prioritizing and categorizing tourist attractions in Yazd do Based on the preferences of the tourists did. Statistical data was collected by field method and questionnaire according to the annual statistical community of tourists in Yazd especially in the last three years of the 360 samples studied with a Likert Score. In the findings section of the research: first, the social and demographic characteristics of tourists in Yazd city have been studied. In the next step, by accepting three research indicators: the amount of tourists visiting the attraction, the number of tourists visiting the attraction and the length of time tourists stayed to enjoy the attraction. due to the influence of different behavioral indicators of tourists in identifying their preferences, to obtain the final weights prioritizing and categorizing tourist attractions; has been used Multi-variable co-plot analysis method. and ultimately by combining the final weights obtained from the co-plot model with GIS. the spatial pattern of the distribution of Preferred item attractions shown in the map of Yazd. The results of this study showed that tourists from Yazd include people of different ages and high income who have chosen Yazd to visit their destination in order to explore the cultural heritage of the region, and the attractions of this area are preferable. The tourists mostly include Historic-cultural attractions such as Amir-Chakhmaq complex, Alexander's prison complex, Dolat Abad Gardens, etc. In terms of spatial distribution, these attractions are concentrated in the center of Yazd.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research is investigation of tourism Spaces of Yazd in terms of internal and external tourists. In fact the main hypothesis of the research is that the quality of tourism in the city of Yazd is average. For this investigation, 14 indicators (Accessibility, Possibility to stop the car, Distance from main roads, Distance from terminals, Distance from hotel and accommodation, Appropriate lighting, Readability of space, vitality of the tourism space, Supply and distribution of handicrafts, Advertising and the introduction of spaces, A suitable space for children's play, Great place to relax, Distance to the main shopping and shopping malls and Diversity) and 15 tourism attractions were selected. In the next step, with using questionnaire techniques the status of tourism in the case study was evaluated based on the indicators. Therefore, 400 questionnaires were distributed among tourists and and 390 completed questionnaires without error were collected. Finally, using SPSS software and statistical tests (One-sample t-test) collected data, were analyzed. The results showed that the total of 14 indicators studied, the index of supply and distribution of handicrafts in tourism spaces with a mean of 4. 60 is in the first rank. Also the vitality index tourist areas with the lowest average (1. 84) is allocated to the fourth rank and can be said the quality of tourism in Yazd in terms of the mentioned index is undesirable. Based on research results and calculations the final score and the average quality of tourism services provided in Yazd is equal to 10/3 Which shows the quality of tourism services in the city of Yazd is moderate. Based on research results about five indicators (Distance from the main roads, Readability of space, Advertising and the introduction of spaces, Great place to relax, distance to the main shopping and shopping malls) the level of significance was more than 0. 05, which can be said in relation to these indicators, the research hypothesis (the quality of tourism in the city of Yazd is average) Confirmed. Studies show that despite great potential in tourism in the Yazd City, there have been few good practices. While, Tourism development can be considered as a city development strategy.

Abstract: 

Close relationship of culture with the climate, living environment and lifestyle of residents can be considered a strong, attractive and diverse background for tourism planning. This means the maximum use of cultural capital, which leads to cultural fundamental recreation by considering cultural activities and events as a facilitator and a driving force for urban regeneration. This approach explores the use of existing cultural capabilities to redefine the forgotten city mechanisms, economic prosperity, guiding the integrated urban development, and generally turning threats into development opportunities. The purpose of this study was to explore the potential of the culture-based recreational approach to the success of urban tourism in the Fahadan neighborhood of Yazd. The type of research is applied and its method is descriptive-analytical. To collect information, documentary and field survey methods using questionnaire tool have been used. The statistical population of the study is domestic and foreign tourists in Yazd and Fahadan, whose sample is 268 people. The results of the study, using multivariate regression analysis, showed that among the four components of the basic culture of recreation, namely environmental, formal, functional and semantic, the semantic component has the highest capacity in the neighborhood in order to recreate the base culture and development of tourism and in In contrast, the functional component needs to be strengthened and more planned in line with the objectives of tourism rehabilitation and development. The order of priorities indicates that the neighborhood of Fahdan has a "semantic dimension" and a high mental image for neighborhood visitors according to their ancient history, So that the meaning of the transfer is taken well in the neighborhood. Elements that have been able to replace the user's mental image are Shaykh Fahdan, Qadiyama Mosque, Fahdan Mosque, Ziyari's School (Alexander's Prison). The existing spatial organization of the neighborhood largely matches the image of the tourists. Also, the existence of social partnerships in a public space has prompted volunteered users to enter these spaces voluntarily.

Abstract: 

The tourism industry is now recognized as the world's largest provider of services in terms of income, which has, in addition to economic dimensions, expanded social justice and strengthened national identity. Meanwhile, urban tourism is one of the basic foundations of sustainable urban development. Urban tourism has received great attention due to its competitive advantages and abilities. The purpose of this research is to develop a sustainable tourism development strategy in the 12th district of Tehran with a structural-interpretation modeling approach. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied purpose. To determine the strategy for sustainable tourism development (District 12 of Tehran), using expert opinions including university professors and research centers, the factors were determined by the Delphi method. ISM Interpretative-Structural Modeling is used to analyze the information. The statistical population of this research is made up of experts familiar with the tourism industry in Tehran province and has been used by 18 experts as examples. The results show that the factors of elaboration of clear and comprehensive regional policies in the field of tourism for attracting tourists, promoting the level of people's culture in the course of dealing with and accepting tourists, increasing the level of public safety of the society, the most influential factors of sustainable tourism development in the region Coming.

Abstract: 

AIn recent years, cities have had to compete with each other to promote yourself to create an attractive tourism destination. In the competitive global market, brand management and positioning of tourism destinations are one of the most important challenges in the field of tourism. Sport events are one of the strategic tools for branding destination in a competitive market. The purpose of this study was to develop a factors affecting brand equity model for tourism destination of Gonbad Kavous with emphasis on sport events in. This research is descriptive-correlative. 374 sport tourist who were selected by simple random technique among tourists at Gonbad-e-Kavos sport event in spring of 1397. The results showed that the coefficient of effect of all variables of awareness, subjective image, perceived quality, loyalty and sporting event on brand equity in tourism destination was significant with regard to t value (p< 0. 005). Loyalty and sporting events had the highest impact on brand equity in tourism destinations compared to other factors studied. Holding a sporting event transfers positive experiences from the sporting event to the tourist destination in the minds of tourists, thereby increasing tourist loyalty to the destination and reducing the costs of research and perceived risk to tourists.

Abstract: 

The first step in tourism development is identifying barriers and challenges. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the challenges of developing historical-cultural tourism from the local community's point of view, using structural equation modeling (SEM. The present study was descriptive-analytic and data collection was carried out through library studies and field observation (questionnaire distribution). The statistical population of the study was 383 local residents of Kurdistan province in 1396, Respectively, using Cochran sample size and random sampling method. For analyzing and categorizing the extracted data from the questionnaire and testing the main hypothesis, one-sample t-test was used to test the hypothesis of the sub-hypotheses and structural equation modeling using AMOS statistical software. The results confirm the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses of the research and show the positive effects of the factors and indicators of infrastructure and infrastructure, health and quality of the environment, tourism attractions and urban management on tourism development, and show that these factors are part of the challenge The development of historical-cultural tourism is from the point of view of the local community of Khoy, and the physical activities carried out in this area have not been adequate and sufficient. Abstract: 

The present study investigates the infrastructure of tourism and the location competition of tourist destinations in arid areas. Since competition in the destination of tourism as a relative, complex, and multidimensional concept based on Porter's theory is becoming a growing interest among tourists and has important implications For policymakers, the purpose of research is to identify and prioritize infrastructures that affect the competition of destination sites. The research method is quantitative and the questionnaire is based on the Likert scale of 5 options and is analyzed using the path analysis method. The research innovation is that competition in the destination of the desert is newer due to the late launch of the desert, and the importance of studying on them is clear. The result of this study is that residential infrastructure, security and transportation have the greatest impact on the dependent variable (spatial competition), hence the quality of transport infrastructure has a positive effect on spatial competitiveness and the research hypothesis is confirmed. The research proposal is to focus on the fact that the factors of competitiveness are different in terms of decision and importance, depending on the specific destination and on which basis it is planned.

Abstract: 

Cities, due to having various great attractions such as museums, memorials, theaters, sport stadiums, parks, amusement parks, shopping centers, historic architecture areas, and places related to important events or major celebrities, as well as low cost and time of moving to access touristic destinations, attract many tourists; however, tourist satisfaction is achieved only when appropriate processes are designed such that the provided services meet expectations of the tourist. In fact, the process of tourism planning and management starts with the effective factors on the tourism development and meeting the tourism needs in a local, national, and meta-national scale. Since the effective components on the satisfaction level of tourists are identified and classified clearly, the positive effects of tourism development can be benefited because the pleased tourists more probably recommend the places they have visited. This is one of the cheapest and most effective factors on the marketing and development of tourism industry. Many cities in Iran, including Shiraz, have good conditions in attracting tourists which unfortunately, have not reached their proper status. As the 3rd religious city, Shiraz is a tourism target in Iran and the world because of its unique religious, historical and cultural attractions. According to the studies, Shiraz possesses high level of potentials to attract the tourists but it suffers the shortages to provide services to tourists so that Shiraz cannot attract the tourists despite having its historical position and attractions. In fact, growth and development of tourism industry can be a good income source to the city, resolve many economic problems and play an important role in sustainable development of the city. Therefore, one method to measure efficiency of the services and facilities existing in an area is to evaluate the views of users of these services. So, the present study aims to investigate the factors affecting satisfaction of infrastructures and functions of tourism in Shiraz. The research method is mixed method (survey and descriptive-analytic). Using Kano model, the research data were designed through Johnson-Berg questionnaire, and 384 tourists who traveled to this city in Nowruz 2017 were randomly selected and the questionnaires were distributed among them and completed. Also, the results of Kano test showed that safety of tourists with a coefficient of 0. 660, and restaurant cleanliness and food provision with a coefficient of 0. 510 were the most important basic requirements of tourists, respectively; also beauty and attractiveness of the city with a satisfaction coefficient of 0. 669, architecture and design of the city with a satisfaction coefficient of 0. 591, communication systems (telephone and Internet) with a satisfaction coefficient of 0. 588 were the most important functional requirements, respectively; and local food with a satisfaction coefficient of 0. 986 was the most important motivational requirement for tourists.

Abstract: 

Prioritizing tourism destinations can be considered as part of the spatial planning process in a region, because the purpose of spatial planning, the recognition of the land and how to exploit these resources, with the prediction of the future state of desirable humanization and its performance in nature In order to provide a reasonable, balanced and desirable economic development on the territory of the country and to prevent the occurrence of imbalances and negative reflections of the land space. In this regard, the present study aims to measure the accessibility of the cities of Kermanshah in terms of tourism infrastructure using the modern method. waspas. The statistical population of the study is 30 experts in the province and familiar with the situation. The indicators studied in this study are to form the decision matrix of 10 and its options are 14 provinces of the province. The results of this study show that Kermanshah province with the first rank of 0. 4157 and Islamabad in the west with 0. 3028 points and Sonqor in 0. 2894 with a coefficient of 3rd in terms of tourism infrastructure, and the city of Sallath Babajani with coefficient of 0. 139 and Harsin towns with 0. 1706 coefficients are the most deprived cities in terms of tourism infrastructure in Kermanshah province.
