The effects of the compensation service, which over the last two decades have been replaced by terms such as the management of the financial system and the paid system, refers to all the finances that employees and managers of the departments, in accordance with the type of office and working environment, as well as the characteristics of the job and They get the job done. And in new ideas of managing financial resources in order to improve the quality and ultimately the desirability of a financial system's life, special attention has been paid. Financial management in one office is more than just satisfying the needs of living financial resources. Appropriate insights on behavior and behavior of living standards, purchasing power, and mental health of individuals in a community have a great effect, and ultimately increase the skills of departments. Dissatisfaction Paying also not only affects the skills of the departments, but also reduces the quality of working life of the employees and ultimately leads to a reduction in the skill of abusive behaviors and social frauds of the office staff. The purpose of this study was to "influence the financial system management on the skills of Police staff and financial personnel" from the perspective of staff at different levels of the Police headquarters. The type of research is applied and is descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 2200 employees of Najah Investigations and Finance. Finally, using a simple random sampling method, based on the Cochran statistical method, 327 people were selected and based on this research. The results of the research indicate that there is a meaningful positive relationship between the financial system management and the skills of Police financial and financial staff. Therefore, the assumptions of the research are accepted and at the end of the sentences there are presented independent and dependent variables of the research.
