Abstract: 

Organization strategic capability is a complex and multidimensional capacity with which strong communication and environment based research skills can improve to performance and get high quality feedback from the environment. This research was designed and implemented in 2 qualitative and quantitative sequences in order to analyze the role of 2 strategic capabilities including environment sensation and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance, and examining and articulating the role of social intelligence as mediator in this relationship. In qualitative phase, data was collected through in library studies and interview with target population, and analyzed through interpretive structural modeling. In quantitative phase, structural equation modeling with partial least squares was used to assess hypothesizes and model. Snowball sampling method was used to get data from the personnel of Ghavamin Bank in Tehran as target population of this study. Results showed that organization performance can be improved based on 2 specifications; creativity and qualification. As such, findings demonstrated that strategic capabilities and social intelligence interactions through creativity and qualification improve organization performance.

Abstract: 

In today's changing world there are various hypotheses, including the theory of closed innovation and in contrast the theory of open innovation to mention. Close Innovation focus within the organization and its internal investigation and the leading organization focused exclusively. While Open innovation it points to the ideas of other people and organizations within their organization’ s ideas that definition of this hypothesis and with partnership approach and the use of other professionals such as the ability of individuals or organizations tried to open the clear horizons. The purpose of this paper is designed model tailored open innovation management is with management of research projects. So the expression aspect of open innovation management we was answered to research questions and according to the literature and expert opinion first conceptual model is designed. In this study was to assess the validity of the model by taking advantage of the experience and organizational and academic experts was used. During a two-month period in all aspects of the validity of the questionnaire, including the content validity and indexes associated with the reliability of the proposed model in the research organization, self-Nzsa calculated. With confidence of 0/05, 0/95 Cronbach's alpha was obtained, which reflects the high reliability of the questionnaire and t-test results showed that the model was confirmed.

Abstract: 

The effects of the compensation service, which over the last two decades have been replaced by terms such as the management of the financial system and the paid system, refers to all the finances that employees and managers of the departments, in accordance with the type of office and working environment, as well as the characteristics of the job and They get the job done. And in new ideas of managing financial resources in order to improve the quality and ultimately the desirability of a financial system's life, special attention has been paid. Financial management in one office is more than just satisfying the needs of living financial resources. Appropriate insights on behavior and behavior of living standards, purchasing power, and mental health of individuals in a community have a great effect, and ultimately increase the skills of departments. Dissatisfaction Paying also not only affects the skills of the departments, but also reduces the quality of working life of the employees and ultimately leads to a reduction in the skill of abusive behaviors and social frauds of the office staff. The purpose of this study was to "influence the financial system management on the skills of Police staff and financial personnel" from the perspective of staff at different levels of the Police headquarters. The type of research is applied and is descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 2200 employees of Najah Investigations and Finance. Finally, using a simple random sampling method, based on the Cochran statistical method, 327 people were selected and based on this research. The results of the research indicate that there is a meaningful positive relationship between the financial system management and the skills of Police financial and financial staff. Therefore, the assumptions of the research are accepted and at the end of the sentences there are presented independent and dependent variables of the research.

Abstract: 

امروزه تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر، متخصص و کارآمد از عوامل کلیدی و انکارناپذیر توسعه سازمانی است و عامل آموزش تخصصی، نقشی تسهیل گر، ضروری و مستمر برای تطبیق نیروی انسانی با شرایط متغیر سازمانی و محیطی دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش دور ه های آموزش تخصصی ضمن خدمت بر توانمندسازی کارکنان رد ه های طرح و برنامه و بودجه ناجا انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری اطلاعات و اجرای آن، توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری، تعداد 150 نفر از کارکنانی است که دور ه های آموزش تخصصی را با موفقیت طی کرده و با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 108 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری طبقه ای به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری داد ه ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد اسپریتزر و میشرا بوده که از روایی و پایایی لازم برخوردار است و بر اساس آن، نقش آموزش بر مؤلف ه های روانشناختی توانمندسازی شامل احساس معناداری، شایستگی، خودسامانی، مؤثربودن و اعتماد با به کارگیری نرم افزار SPSS در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شده است. در تحلیل توصیفی با استفاده از جداول و نمودارها و در تحلیل استنباطی با به کارگیری آزمون کولموگوروف-اسمیرنف برای تعیین نرمال بودن داد ه ها و آزمون های تی تک نمونه ای برای بررسی رابطه بین متغیرها، تحلیل واریانس آنوا و تعقیبی توکی برای بررسی تفاوت متغیرها اقدام شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که دور ه های آموزش تخصصی ضمن خدمت معاونت طرح و برنامه و بودجه ناجا در توانمندسازی کارکنان و تک تک مؤلف ه های روانشناختی یادشده نقش مؤثری داشته است. همچنین نقش آموزش در توانمندسازی کارکنان از نظر عوامل جمعیت شناختی سن، تحصیلات، سابقه و نوع دوره آموزشی معنادار نبوده ولی از نظر عوامل محل خدمت و تعداد دور ه ها معنادار بوده است.

Abstract: 

Implementation of performance-based budgeting is one of the most important challenges facing governments and public institutions in the world, especially developing countries. Implementing this method of budgeting will result in many benefits at the organization level. Here are some of this method of budgeting advantages that include: The optimal use of resources and the goals of the organization, the ability to compare goals with the results better, and to create an appropriate framework to control, measuring and evaluating the performance of employees. This research aims to identify the feasibility of implementing a performance-based budgeting system in a defense organization. The research is an operational and analytical research tool in which both library and field methods are utilized to collect information. The statistical population of the study consisted of 43 commanders and officers of the defensive organization. Normality of variables' distribution was confirmed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. To test the research hypotheses, a single sample “ t-test” was used and “ Friedman test” was used to rank the indices. The findings of the research show that, according to the interviewees, the defensive organization in terms of ability, has the performance appraisal ability and technical ability. In addition, it also has only the political acceptance required to implement performance-based budgeting. Also, Friedman test shows that ability index is more important than other indicators.

Abstract: 

محاسبه صرفه اقتصادی و زمان صرف شده برای فعالیت های اصلی پلیس و سایر امور مرتبط با نظم و امنیت عمومی، موضوع بسیاری از پژوهش های اخیر بوده است. مشاهدات حاکی از آنست که از نظر زمانی تنها 20 درصد فعالیت مأموران پلیس در ارتباط مستقیم با کشف جرایم و 80 درصد در سایر امور مربوط به نظم و امنیت عمومی بوده است. در این پژوهش فعالیت های روزانه پلیس در حوزه استحفاظی حومه یکی از شهرهای کشور کانادا بررسی و نشان داده شده است که نسبت هزینه کرد مالی پلیس به بودجه شهری در طول 30 سال نسبتاً ثابت مانده و حجم فعالیت های پلیسی نیز با شیب ملایمی در حال افزایش است. این در حالی است که تعداد جرایم، روندی کاهشی داشته است. همچنین کاهش نرخ جرایم علیه اموال، مرتبط و متناسب با رشد جمعیت تشخیص داده شده است.
