Introduction: In the Holy Qur'an, sustainable security means the fulfillment of all internal and external components of stability in society. This book deals extensively with the issue of sustainable security, and in several verses provided strategic recommendations in the area of security; so the main question of this study is about sustainable security components in the Holy Quran. Method: This article was developed in a qualitative approach, using grounded theory method. To design a sustainable security pattern with an emphasis on the Holy Qur'an, we used a qualitative content analysis method to interpret textual data. To study the research literature, we used Quranic and Hadith software, Nahj al-Balaghah, Shiite and Sunni textbooks and related articles. To manage the studied resources and to organize the gathered information we used Citavi and Maxqda software to analyze the qualitative data. In the process of producing the theory we did open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Findings: The concept of security in the Holy Quran includes things such as land security, road security, safety from enemy damage, and so on. Given the fact that sustainable security is a continuum of widespread use in all areas of domestic, foreign, religious and practical; the Holy Qur'an introduces components such as Leadership Acceptance, unity, Protecting the homeland secrets, ruling authority, decisiveness in punishing the disrupters, deterrence and decisive answer against external threat, as the safety factors. Conclusion: The Holy Quran has a universal look at the concept of security in various social, economic, cultural and political dimensions, in which the Expediency of mankind is provided. In this view, sustainable security is always linked to the authority, unity, cohesion and solidarity of the Islamic society in the internal and external dimensions. Therefore, any disruption and insecurity in one dimension affects other dimensions and eliminate sustainable security.

Introduction: social safety feeling, in the era of globalization of information, as one of the most prominent features of the new age has had a dramatic effect on all areas of human activities, especially in using cyber-networks. Cyber-networks, as a wave which no space and civilization can resist them, have challenged social safety in societies. The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between interpersonal trust and social safety feeling in social cyber-networks among college students. Method: This research is done by using survey method and researcher-made questionnaire tool. Statistical community of this study is women students of Shahid Beheshti and Alzahra Universities and the sampling size, according to Cochran formula, is 376 persons among 18097 people. Findings: research findings show that the amount of social safety feeling in cyber-networks is in a medium to low level, there is a medium direct relationship between interpersonal trust and the amount of social safety feeling in cyber-networks. The results of regression analysis show that 20. 3% of changes occurred, in social cyber-networks, to the variable of social safety feeling amount has been explained by the interpersonal trust variable. More interpersonal trust, more safety feeling experience in social cyber-networks. Conclusion: As much confidence as possible between individual students at the highest levels of social networking experience will be felt. Otherwise, they will feel secure on them.

Introdaction: Today the information gathering components are key tools and key supports in crime prevention programs in the information society. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of information gathering in police crime prevention. Method: The current research is an applied and exploratory type. So it is one of the qualitative researches done by thematic analysis method. The information-gathering tool was semi-structured interviews, and the participants included expert of interior and exterior of the organization. The number of participants was determined in the research process based on theoretical saturation principle and was selected using purposeful sampling. To analyze the information, the collected data converted into text; then, data was analyzedby using the MAXQDA software version 12. 3, and the data coding method. Findings: Information gathering components in police crime prevention categorized in 2 main themes and 16 sub themes. Conclusion: The inter-organizational component obtained as the main theme of the component and the criminal intelligence information (including crime scenes, organized crime, disturbances, hot spot crime locations and geographical information), media and cyberspace observation, and are the most important sub-themes of this component. The outsourcing component as the main theme of the second and the information of offenders (including criminals' information ( leave or escape criminals, intercepting conversations, controlling criminals), victims information, integrated crime intelligence systems (including optical and electronic technical equipment, and was obtained as sub-themes of the second main component.

Introduction: The issue of security feeling is a multidimensional phenomenon and various factors are associated with it. In each society, some organizations are involved in maintaining security, which is called a police or law enforcement in our country. They try to maintain public safety and security and aim to provide good performance in the area of responsibility to ensure public security in the community. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to examine the police performance on the level of public safety of citizens. Method: The present research for purposes of good is applicable via research method. The population of the study consisted of all citizens of Shiraz, selecting 384 peaple through random sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Waich data was analyzed by SPSS software using two levels of descriptive analysis (single variable regression). Findings: The results indicate that most respondents have evaluated the police performance in the city of Shiraz, in medium level there is also a positive significate relationship between police performance and dimensions of feeling security such as financial, personal social and etc. Conclusion: The role of police in controlling crimes is deniable. It needs appropriate action against reports and concerns of citizens to close suspicious places, to sell and distribute drugs, or to collect addicted and disturbing people.

Introduction: Contraband in all economic have been seen as a problem. Prevention of the contraband, therefore, is a necessary policy for countries. In Iran, every year a vast mass of foreign commodities enter as contraband. In this arena, the institutional backgrounds have a main role in prevention or facilitation of contraband. So, this article is trying to analysis the Institutional backgrounds of the contraband. Method: This article uses the quality method to analysis the Institutional backgrounds of the contraband. Findings: Organizational insufficiencies like low supervision, low cooperation and coordination between organizations, and lack of the common database, and also legal insufficiencies like weakness in executive bail of laws and regulations, and legal void in responsibilities and authorities of organizations are the most institutional important factors of contraband. Conclusion: The results if this article shows that the laws and regulations have not been act as a background for interventional plans and actions in prevention of the contraband. The results also shows that insufficient responsibility division between organizations, lack of mechanisms for coordination between organizations, lack of the privative and public participation, lack of integrated plan for prevention of the contraband, and etc are the main institutional problems in prevention of the contraband.

Introduction: One of the most strategic goals toward providing order and security by Basij Organization is recruiting efficient and qualified human resources based on the principles and criteria defined for selection and recruitment in such an organization. Accordingly, some statements of Supreme Leader can be exploited as one of the richest sources for extraction of concepts, categories and themes to build some pattern of human resources in Basij is the discourse of the. Method: At this research a method of descriptive-analytical has been utilized. Documentary population includes all the statements of the Supreme Leader from 1989 to 2016. The content analysis was performed using MAXQDA software according to data-based theory. Findings: Based on data gathered from the statements of the Supreme Leader, 371 sentences in the form of open coding were extracted, 59 concepts were encoded in a pivotal manner, and 3 topics in the form of encoding were selected. Conclusion: The results of this research in the form of paradigmatic data-based theory indicate that such qualities such as: competence, attention to spirituality, belief in Basij discourse and philosophy, having anti-hostility spirit and defending revolution and national interests, being revolutionaries, having moral Sacrifice and courage, perseverance and sustainability, optimal management of the absorption process, the definition of indicators of attraction, compliance with organizational discipline and discipline, the avoidance of neglect loses, materialism and factionalism, have led to the presentation of a strategic model for the mobilization of human resources based on Supreme Leader statements.

The purpose of this article, is planning an Islamic Iranian model of life style. For this reason, a research has been done with participation of 20 experts and nationwide cultural managers by interviewing method and finally employing the method of Grand Theory, collecting and also analyzing data from religious texts and sources. Based on scientific and cultural experts and managers, there are so many variable indices in Islamic Iranian model of life style which can be categorized in 8 main themes as follows: (worshiping, religious obligation to do or not, ethics and morality, thoughts and defensive-security sciences, believe to the faith and doing good deed, family and financial affairs, social and health affairs, religious believes). Moreover, after data gathering and codifying, the answers of respondents have been classified into three main indices: 1-life style with the worshiping frame2-individual and family life style3-moral and social dimension for life style. In second part the research has been proceed to opinions and words of religious great men and wise great leader of Islamic Republic of Iran. For considering the degree of effectiveness or being affected of each indices, at first the relation between factors and indices has been determined and then finally interaction of all parts as a whole and systematic point of view has been considered. At the end, Iranian model of Islamic life style for Tehran citizens with emphasise on its factors, indices and components were collected.
