Introduction: The use of health information systems can have positive or negative effects on the relationships between nurses and patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the use of health information system and nurse-patient relationship with mediator role of perceived organizational justice. Methods: The present study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of 272 nurses of Amir al-Momenin Hospital in Isfahan. Using the available sampling method, the data were collected from 160 persons using three questionnaires: “ System Use Questionnaire” , “ Nurse-Patient Relationship Questionnaire” , and “ Justice Questionnaire Organizational Justice Questionnaire” . The face, content and construct validity was performed using verifiable factor analysis. Reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite stability. In order to analyze the data, SmartPLS M2. 0 software was used. Results: The use of health information system has a positive and significant correlation with organizational perceived justice and its components as well as with nursing-patient communication (P<0. 01). Perceived organizational justice (P<0. 01) and its components have a positive and significant correlation with nurse-patient relationship (P<0. 01). Only correlation between the relationship between procedural justice (P<0. 05) and nurse-patient relationship was statistically significant (0. 95). Conclusions: The use of health information systems has a significant correlation with patient-nurse-patient relationship with the role of mediator of perceived organizational justice. Hospitals managers are recommended to use hospital information systems to improve the relationship between nurses and patients. Improving nurses' perception of organizational justice in the hospital environment can also promote relationships between nurses and patients.

Introduction: Healthy lifestyle and internal documentary styles are among the variables that affect many aspects of life and play an essential role in controlling blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to predict hypertension from lifestyle, documentary style, and age in outpatients referring to public health centers in Urmia, Khoy and Mahabad. Methods: The present study is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population includes all outpatient patients referring to public health centers in West Azarbaijan Province. The sampling method is randomly clustered. Three cities (Urumieh, Khoy and Mahabad) were randomly selected. All outpatient patients who visited these centers on even days were selected as a statistical sample (353 people). The instruments were “ Lali's Life Style Questionnaire” , “ Rotters Locus of Control” and balance and blood pressure monitor. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been confirmed in previous studies. Data was analyzed using SPSS. 23. Results: There was a correlation between the source of internal control and age (P≤ 0. 01) and lifestyle (subscales of weight and nutrition control, psychological health, avoidance of drugs and drugs) with hypertension (P≤ 0. 05). The variables of the source of the style of internal documents, lifestyle (weight control and nutrition, mental health, avoidance of drug use), and age were able to predict 17. 7% of outpatient hypertension. Conclusions: Weight control and nutrition, psychological health and avoidance of drugs and drugs, and the source of internal control of hypertension were inversely correlated. These variables are in control of the individual, so they can control blood pressure by controlling them. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the internal documentary style for positive events to reduce blood pressure, preventing self-medication and weight gain.

Introduction: The emotional divorce is the most important factor in the family's frustration and causes the emotional gap of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between differentiation and neuroticism with emotional divorce in married students of Azad Shahr city in 1396. Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 278 students were selected by sampling method. Data collected using the “ Skowron & Friedlander Differentiation of Self Inventor” , the NEO Five-Factor Personality Inventory, and the “ Gottman Emotional Divorce Questionnaire” , which the validity and reliability were confirmed in previous studies. After collecting the questionnaires, data were analyzed using SPSS. 19. Results: The mean scores of self-differentiation, neuroticism and emotional divorce were 105± 10. 76, 16. 24± 1. 25 and 8. 58± 5. 21, respectively. Also, the results of the correlation test showed that there was a negative correlation between self-differentiation and emotional divorce. Among the different dimensions of selfdifferentiation, the correlation between the three variables: "emotional response", "emotional fault" and "blending with others" was positive with emotional divorce. In addition, the correlation between "position of personal position" and emotional divorce was negative. Finally, it was also found that there was a positive and significant correlation between neuroticism and emotional divorce. Conclusions: By increasing self-differentiation and reducing neuroticism, the amount of emotional divorce in couples decreases. The average of the score obtained in emotional divorce is the signs of emotional divorce among respondents. It is suggested that training courses be conducted on the psycho-destructive effects of neuroticism and its consequences for students.
