The purpose of this study was to investigate the basis and dimensions of moral intelligence based on the culture of Nahjulbalagheh and its comparative study was done using Borba's basis and moral intelligence theory. This study is conducted based on quality framework approach, Data included Nahjolbalaghe which were selected through meaningful sampling of parts of sermons, letters, and wisdoms to examine the components of moral intelligence. Contexts of Nahjulbalagheh were evaluated using three processes including implementing, open coding, and selective coding. Findings showed that dimensions of moral intelligence based on the culture of Nahjulbalagheh included the cognitive dimension (reflection, science / reason), spiritual dimension (gratitude, self-improvement, self-control, and conscience), the social dimension (interpersonal relationships, general good, fairness / justice), and affection dimension (kindness, respect, empathy, tolerance / patience, responsibility and openness), and the basis for moral intelligence is God-centered, and in the next step, it is human-centered. While the basis of moral intelligence from the Borba’ s point of view is human-centered. Therefore, we can say that based on Nahjulbalagheh's culture, the balance between dimensions of moral intelligence with a God-centered and human-centered basis for moral behavior is necessary.

One of the most effective ways to measure the value of a scientific work is to examine the impact of its late effects. MAXQDA software is used to extract and codify themes and discover their relationships. The inference of relationships between themes illustrates Ali's governmental-educational model with 3dimensions: relationship with God, people and government brokers. Category1 deals with the necessity of self-realization in the form of 13axes, like ruling relationship with God, following Qur'an and Sunnah and correct consultation. Category2 refers to the popular acceptance and efficacy of governance in the form of 9axes, like tolerance with people, taking their good suspicion and paying their rights. Category3 deals with the interaction of leader with brokers in a 5axes format.

Nowadays, discussing management knowledge issues in academic and academic environments has its own challenges, for example explaining the concept of meritocracy in the area of selecting the manager of the organization and achieving the success of the organization has been the subject of various discussions and perspectives. The purpose of this study is to present a transcendence of the main concepts and themes of Islamic management from Nahj al-Balagha's perspective by analyzing its meritocratic system based on studies. Accordingly, this study is an applied type and a qualitative research approach. The statistical population of the research includes researches in the field of Islamic management from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagheh. A total of 190 articles were selected and studied. According to the research criteria, 21 articles were purposely selected and analyzed. In-depth attention to the basies and theories of Western management and the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha as a strength and how to adapt successful Western management models to the Nahj al-Balagha criteria and beyond the reasons for failing to realize the proper management of Alevi meritocracy in society and the lack of scientific and objective suggestions. As a point of challenge, these are some of the major weaknesses of these articles. The findings of the article show that Alawi Islamic management has 12 items in terms of insight criteria and 24 items in terms of deeds and 22 items in terms of actions, suggesting some of the criteria are consistent with Western management principles and some are incompatible with these criteria.

the influence of the principles and teachings of Islam on the texts of mystical literature is obvious. Meanwhile, nahj al-Balaghah has had a great impact on mystic poets and many of them have tried to benefit the nahj al-Balaghah and its transcendental teachings based on their level of understanding and ability. Sanai is a poet – mystic who has been influenced by his works especially in the mystic system of Hadighat al-Haghighah of nahj al-Balaghah and the extent of this impact is contemplative as far as can be acknowledged nahj al-Balaghah has been on of the most important exmaples and ideas of his thoughts in the field of mysticism. Therefore, in this passage, in order to adaptive method the meaning of God in relying on the words of Imam Ali (as) in Nahj ul-Balaqah and the ideas of the wise Sanai's Hadighat-ul-Hadiqah, we must adapt it. The results of the research show that The impossibility of full recognition of God and the inability of reason and senses in the knowledge of the God, The Impossibility of God's Sight, concepts such as the restlessness and unlimited duration of God, the negation of the Creator's physicalness, the lack of a tool in creation, the inability of reason and senses in the knowledge of God, not being seen with the eyes. . . are among the commonalities of the thought of Imam Ali (as) in Nahj ul-Balaghah, and the opinions of the wise Sanai in the Hadighat-ul-Hadiqah, one in the form of an oratorial prose and the other in The poem has been revealed.

This paper aims to show how, in the mystical journey, “ time” can promote a seeker’ s level of closeness to Allah, based on the Alawi Teachings in Nahj al-Balagha. Also, how Nahj al-Balagha as a rich source of Shia mysticism, approaches this issue. So far, no research has been done on this issue. This paper is descriptive and analytical research. The results show that the issue of time is visible in the monotheism reflections of Imam Ali (AS). Imam Ali (AS) orders seekers to pay special attention to the past and the learnings from it, and the present and taking advantage of its opportunities, and the future and the avoidance of long ambitions. The remarkable point is that Imam Ali (AS) does not limit intention to a specific time frame and has considered it to be present in all time frames.
