Complexity, ambiguity, and wicked problems in today’ s human societies, makes network governance an indisputable instrument for achieving public values. Furthermore, attention to Health Care is vital because of respecting the human dignity and the role it plays in prosperity of Iranian society. This paper is aimed to design a synergic network governance model and investigate its components in Iran`s health care system. The present study uses a semi-structured interviews and collecting the experts and specialists point of views and ideas on related issues as well. We conducted 15 interviews and investigated 29 documents via selective and snowballing method. Using a thematic analysis, we identified 913 codes, 78 sub-themes, and 23 overarching themes. The Lincoln and Guba's Evaluative Criteria is used to insure the trustworthiness of this research study. The findings demonstrate a model consisting of antecedents, internal mechanisms of governance networks, requisites, context, external functions of governance networks, and outcomes of network governance in Iran`s health care system. Finally research proposals and limitations are presented.

Coopetition strategy is a relationship in which collaboration and competition co-exist. The goal of cooperation is to create value for competitors and to appropriate a share of that value in an allwin scenario. The focus of this study is to investigate the concept of competitive collaboration in the engineering services industry. In this regard, one of the innovations of the present study is to try to design a conceptual model for this strategy and then to modify it based on the Iranian engineering services in the construction industry. Using grounded theory methodology as a qualitative method based on primary data of 12 in-depth interviews with experts of the field, a theoretical framework was formulated based on the systematic view of Strauss and Corbin. By gathering data and evidence from analysis of interfirm level, our findings indicate the processes of formation, development, and management of coopetition in the engineering services in Iran. The conceptual model relationship for coopetition strategy in the field of engineering services includes the conditions, contexts, management, tensions, and outcomes of competitive collaboration.

Today, competition in all industries, including the luxury brands industry, has been increased so consumer behavior is crucial to be successful in achieving market share. In order to identify the factors affecting the intention and behavior of luxury brands consumers in this study, the theory of planned behavior was used. The present study is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method. A questionnaire was distributed among 390 consumers of Dorsa leather brand through cluster sampling method. Structural equation method with partial least squares approach was used for data analysis. According to the results of the study, the variables of attitude, internal perceived behavioral control and group adaptation had an effect on purchase intention, while subjective norms, face-saving and perceived external behavioral control did not have a significant effect on purchase intention. Also behavior intention has no effect on purchase behavior. face-saving and group conformity also influence the purchase intention through attitude. Applying the results of this research and understanding effective factors can affect the purchase intention of Iranian luxury brands.

Sport has become the focus of competition between countries because of its unique role in fostering generation, public health, social vitality, business growth and media dynamism. Therefore, it is vital to study this system from the perspective of its interaction with the government, academia, industry and society in general and the development of sports knowledgebased economy in particular. This research is aimed at designing a Quadruple Helix model of Government, University, Industry and Society for development of a knowledge-based economy in Iran's sport industry. In this qualitative research a structural-functional analysis approach has been used. The statistical population of the study comprises of 23 knowledgebased economy experts in Iran’ s sports industry including university professors, managers and entrepreneurs and nine experts who participated in a Delphi Panel. They were selected on a judgmental based. method. Narrative of research evaluated and approved in three sections; sample scientific and legal validity. content validity tool and agreement between the proofreaders. We used a systematic conceptual analysis and descriptive statistics to analyze the data. Based on the research findings, it can be said that the economics of sports could not be achieved without taking into account of the quadruple spiral pattern among government, university, industry and society. In the Helix pattern. in order to have a knowledge-based economy in sports, the four systems must have active institutions, maps, and knowledge-based structures and participate in the processes as defined in this paper. In other words, an ecosystem suitable for a knowledge-based ' economy in sports will not realized unless a quadruple helix model designed and considered.

This paper, is aimed at assessing the learning organization dimensions in Iranian public banks (Melli, Sepah, Keshavarzi, and Maskan). We applied the Watkins and Marsick model, to study the level of organizational learning in above-mentioned banks. The paper, from user view, is an applied and in terms of its goal is a descriptive-survey one. The data were collected through the standardized DLOQ questionnaire which was designed based on seven-dimensional model of Watkins and Marsick. The questionnaire was distributed among 384 of the above-mentioned bank managers and staff working at the Tehran branches. We used the SPSS software, version 21, to analyze the data. The findings of the study indicated that the public banks in Iran could be evaluated as weak and moderate on the continuum of learning Organization and that they were far from ideal learning organizations. Finally, to deal with the nonconformities with the learning organization specifications and reduce the gap between the current state and the ideal state of learning organization, some courses of action were suggested.
