Political elites have long played an important role in the development of societies in various dimensions (especially the security issue). Historical experience has shown that the advancement or uplift, or the collapse and collapse of each country, is largely dependent on the role of political elites. National security is considered as one of the priorities of the Islamic system in national and regional policy, including security indicators The national focus is on political independence, territorial integrity, political stability, social cohesion, economic well-being. Our main focus in this study is on the role and function of the political elite in enhancing the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The theoretical framework The focus of this study is on the security implications of the Copenhagen school and, in particular, on the security of the Bowen State. Case study B RA in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative consecutively. Validity of the questionnaire was verified by factor analysis and the lower points were verified by Cronbach's alpha (0. 995). The statistical population of this study includes officials, professors, and experts related to national security areas. The sample included targeted 81 students, officials, and experts in the field of national security. Research findings indicate that There is a significant difference between the current status of elite performance and the desired situation.

The analysis of the impact of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on Islamic countries, Muslim Ummah, and its implications, especially in the area of sustainable security, are important issues that require research. The findings of this article confirm the fact that the realization of the "Islamic and Independent Islamic Union" is a prerequisite for the realization of "the sustained security of the Islamic Ummah".

This article examines sovereignty and national security in the light of freedom of information. Freedom of information is one of the rules that has been accepted by the international societies as the human rights and according to international documents available, has the necessary legal support. The principle of the sovereignty of states and the issue of national security are also so important that countries do any attempt to defend their sovereign rights. This issue has led to a controversy between the principle of state sovereignty and the principle of freedom of information. As a result, legal documents, while emphasizing the freedom of information flow, have imposed restrictions on it including protection of public order and security, in order to protect the rights of sovereignty, along with human rights. But some powerful countries have not shown much commitment to the principles contained in this area and have been violating the sovereignty and security of other countries through applying soft war and media spy tools. The research results show that regardless of the importance of human rights and human freedoms, if any of these freedoms are a threat to national security of the countries, they must be controlled and limited; because in the conflict between freedom of information and the rights of the sovereignty, priority is the preserve of sovereignty rights.

The term of "maximization of position" refers to a set of tools or policies through which states strive to achieve the highest position in the international system. As a powerful actor, China has mobilized a collection sources of power in recent decades to promote its position in the international system. The main focus of this article is on how the security and military components can play a role in the realization of this policy; The variables that include ranges from Innovation in the field of militarism to security-oriented goals at the regional level and competing with the US. The main question of this study is: In the context of China's approach based on the maximization of position, how are the security-military components role-playing? The answer lies in the assumption that: military-security factors, namely the evolution of the People's Liberation Army structure, the upgrading of the military and military technology, the security orientation of the Shanghai Organization, and the security confrontation with the United States, had a decisive impact on the China's policy of maximization of the global position. Foreign policy behavior is a reaction to internal and external stimuli that are interconnected in a single chain. Various factors affecting the decision-making process make it difficult to generalize the foreign policy behavior of some countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze the smart power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and present an engineered model of relations between Iran and the US. In this regard, the role of the parameters of power, culture and smart power will be highlighted. They had never been taken seriously in political, economic, etc. relations. International relations engineering with the help of analytical and statistical software using field data in the form of interviews and questionnaires as well as documentary studies in the field of humanities as well as expert panel method is rarely done. In this study, several influential variables in this domain were simultaneously used by the software in a completely innovative and futuristic perspective. Data gathering tools included in-depth qualitative interviews and the results were analyzed using Delphi method and Likert spectrum. The results of this study show that the power and culture parameters have different dimensions and these aspects are different in terms of their dependence & influence on the USA-Iran relationship.

The main objective of this study is to explore and understand Trump's grand strategy for International System. Indeed the main argument here is: what is the relation between Trump's foreign strategy and the strategy followed so far, in different ways, by American former president? It is necessary to note that since world war II American grand strategy has been constituted on three pillars: firm military primacy hegemonic enlargement, support for free trade and promotion of democracy. These have been pursued, with vying degrees in operation and tactics, differently by American president. Among these, however, only military primacy is emphasized by Trump's and the other two are not considered as serving American interests and are cast away in different manners by Jackson there fore, the by pothesis in this study is that the foreign policy advocated by Trump does not serve parse American interests as constituted on the basis of Jacksonism in American leadership, support for free trade, and promotion of democracy for it fails internationalism and Wilsonism. The findings suggest that jacksonism most closely related to trump's foreign policy. This study seeks to explore the argument and the by pothesis in a descriptive analytical framework.
