Abstract

Foreign policy behavior is a reaction to internal and external stimuli that are interconnected in a single chain. Various factors affecting the decision-making process make it difficult to generalize the Foreign policy behavior of some countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze the Smart Power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and present an engineered model of relations between Iran and the US. In this regard, the role of the parameters of power, culture and Smart Power will be highlighted. They had never been taken seriously in political, economic, etc. relations. International Relations engineering with the help of analytical and statistical software using field data in the form of interviews and questionnaires as well as documentary studies in the field of humanities as well as expert panel method is rarely done. In this study, several influential variables in this domain were simultaneously used by the software in a completely innovative and futuristic perspective. Data gathering tools included in-depth qualitative interviews and the results were analyzed using Delphi method and Likert spectrum. The results of this study show that the power and culture parameters have different dimensions and these aspects are different in terms of their dependence & influence on the USA-Iran relationship.
