Development of Cooperative sector as stipulated in the Constitution and other national laws, well reveal that how important are the different functions of this sector for the economic system of Iran. Inadequat attention to identify the factors that affect the flourish and growth of cooperatives, may thus cause a threat to the development of cooperative sector in the future, in particular due to the growing competition at both national and international levels. This study was thus an attempt to determine and explain the most important factors affecting the cooperatives economy in Iran using grounded theory approach. Grounded theory provides adequate knowledge about the subject under study, or those that have not yet been the subject of a comprehensive research. To select the experts for interview, purposive sampling method was employed. The data was gathered through available documents and articles, as well as interviws with 18 related influential experts with a very good command of cooperativs economy. MAX QDA software was used for data analysis. The result was a theory about the factors affecting cooperatives economy in Iran. The factors were presented under 180 primary codes, 57 secondary codes, 27 sub-catagories and 7 main categories including economic, social, cultural, manag erial, political, envivonmental and thechnological ones, and "the theory was named uthe theory of the growth and development of cooperatives economy".

Looking at how developed country cooperatives are formed, many of these countries have been able to provide food, supply needed labor for industry, conversion and supplement industries, as well as create market for the consumption of manufactured goods, by preventing price increases. Etc. play an essential role. This fact shows more and more attention to the cooperative sector in cooperative development planning for planners. The purpose of this study was to identify long-term sustainability factors in co-operatives covered by the Investment Guarantee Fund in Tehran. In this regard, a qualitative approach was used to identify and formulate the factors affecting the viability of cooperatives and Delphi method was used. The target population of this study is entrepreneurial cooperatives applying for a guarantee in cooperative venture fund. Some CEOs, board members and co-operatives were involved in the elite Delphi process. In this study, the first framework was provided using previous studies and researches, and then by using Delphi method of experts and by judicious and chain sampling, it was tried to prepare the correct model according to the experts' opinion. Be edited. The Delphi 4 stages were followed and finally the approved Board of Experts with four dimensions and multiple indices related to longevity factors of entrepreneurial firms were formulated. These dimensions are: idea, process, environment and factor, each of which has indicators that influence the organization's longevity.

The main issue of this research is to design a model for the development of micro insurance in rural areas in the form of cooperatives. This research has been done in 2 steps as follows. In the first stage, using qualitative study and in depth interviews in the form of grounded theory approach, the requirements for the development of cooperative micro-insurance were categorized into three levels: micro, meso and macro. Micro level requirements include insurer, policy holder and distribution channel; Intermediate level requirements include actuary and macro level requirements include legislation and reinsurance. In the second stage, using quantitative study and structural equation modelling, microinsurance cooperative model was designed in rural areas and then the challenges of micro-insurance development were identified. The statistical population includes three groups of insurance experts in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, the Central Insurance Research Institute and the Agricultural Products Insurance Fund. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Trust in micro-insurance through appropriate training programs among lowincome groups is one of the first priorities at the micro level in order to develop micro-insurance. (2) Data collection items in relation to micro insurance customers, suppliers, products and prices of micro insurance, are among the first priority at the middle level (meso) to develop micro insurance. (3) The formulation of supportive policies (tax exemptions and subsidies) for the development of micro insurance is one of the first priorities at the macro level for the development of micro insurance. In economic challenges the variable “ lack of savings" in poor people as an essential component to buy insurance; In socio-cultural challenges, the variable "lack of rural participation in cooperative insurance schemes" and "lack of trust among local community networks"; In educational-extension challenges, the variables "lack of mass media attention to micro-insurance issues" and "lack of education of low-income groups through custom cases"; In technical challenges, the variable "lack of information about micro-insurance marketing among the poor"; and In the policy challenges, the variable "lack of Agricultural Products Fund attention to the micro-insurance issues" has the highest priority of developing cooperative rural micro-insurance.

Agricultural cooperatives, as one of the most important representatives of the organized participation of rural farmers in economic and social affairs, are effective in increasing employment, Production and promotion of income level and social status of villagers, this research investigating the dimensions of education and training skills, supply chain, technical and economic services, social, support aspects, aims at the feasibility of forming a green and organic based production cooperative in order to create jobs for women and poverty alleviation in Ilam province. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was approved by experts from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Rural Development at Ilam University and its reliability confirmed as acceptable through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0. 86). The statistical population of this study was the villagers of Ilam province with 89895 people. The sample size using Cochran's formula were 200 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through t-test. The results showed that rural areas in Ilam, in terms of education and training skills, supply chain, technical and economic services, social, technical and support aspects, have the potential to enable the women in the related areas to form green and organic based production cooperatives. Therefore, it is proposed that Supportive organizations could provide the grounds for establishing green and organic based production cooperatives in Ilam province.

The purpose of this research is to study and identify the factors influencing the success of productive cooperatives companies in Kermanshah province. This research follows a qualitative methodology and the subjects of the study are university specialists who have a close relationship with cooperatives sector, as well as specialists in cooperatives, labor and social welfare office along with some of the managers of cooperatives companies in Kermanshah. The sampling was purposeful and 12 people were selected as the population of the study. To collect data, interview was used and to analyze it theme analysis was carried out. The results of the analysis revealed that the effective factors on the success of productive cooperative companies in Kermanshah were personal, managerial, economic, social-cultural and educational. The researcher suggests that the managing directors of the companies should be chosen from among people with managing abilities and technical skills and experience. According to the results of the research and the obtained results, it was found that the lack of financial resources and liquidity required and also the tightening of banks in payment of credit and banking facilities, including the main obstacles of long term and productive investment in production cooperatives and consequently prevent the expansion and development of cooperative companies.

Given the water resources and the tensions and conflicts that have arisen in recent years over the use of water resources, it is necessary to pay more attention to the role of local water organizations in order to provide appropriate solutions to control the water crisis. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of water cooperatives in improving the economic and social situation of villagers covered by organizations in Ilam province. The study population included farmers, board members and members of water cooperatives in Ilam province in 1957, of which 320 were selected using Morgan table and random stratified sampling method with appropriate proportions. The data collection tool in this study was a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was examined and confirmed through the panel of experts. Cronbach's alpha was also used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. In this study, in order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics of mean comparison tests and SPSS25 software were used. The results showed that the rate of water disputes in villages with water cooperatives is low; In other words, proper management of water distribution in villages covered by water cooperatives has been able to reduce the conflict between users in the field of water distribution.

The aim of this research was to compare the management of entrepreneurial supply chain in rural production cooperatives and joint-stock farming companies of North Khorasan province. The statistical population of the research included 4500 shareholders and members of 14 active companies. Sampling was performed in a multi-stage conducted and the sample size was determined using Cochran's formula (n=356). To collect the data, a researcher made questionnaire was used. The content and formal validity of the questionnaire were established by an expert panel and its reliability confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient for different components. According to Friedmann's test results, the components of social network management, value added finance resources management have the highest rank, and marketing and sales management, innovation, and technology acquisition management components have the lowest rank in the entrepreneurial supply chain of cooperatives and joint-stock companies, respectively. The correlation test showed that there is a significant positive relationship between all components of the entrepreneurial supply chain of the companies. Among them, the highest correlation was attained between the components of value added finance resources management and sales and marketing management in cooperative companies and between the components of distribution management and production management in joint-stock companies. The results of the mean comparison test showed that production cooperatives performed better than joint-stock companies in conducting the components of input management, production management and marketing and sales management. The results of the Friedman test also showed that the status of the components of the entrepreneurial supply chain management components is not the same among the two groups of companies. To better understand the differences between the two groups, empirical evidence was presented as functional examples in the management of the entrepreneurial supply chain in the form of a template case study.
