The human actions have been described and evaluated by multiple words in the educational context of Quran. The concept of “ Amal-e Saleh” is one of the most important and most frequent concepts in Quran that refers to a high quality of human action in comparison to other good actions. Although the words in Quran describing good actions have similarities with each other, each one has its unique and distinctive meaning. Therefore this study aims to explore the meaning of “ Amal-e Saleh” based on the theory of “ human as an agent” with emphasis on social dimensions of action and to present its differential aspects with other similar concepts. According to the results, the differential aspects of Amal-e Saleh include four dimensions: 1. Rationalism; 2. Faith and Sincerity; 3. Determination and 4. Designing and foresight; while all of them could be abstracted as being “ strategic” . Such an interpretation is not an individualistic concept, but rather indicates the active presence of “ Salehin” in society. Finally the educational and practical implications of this concept for managing the social life have been elucidated.

Nowadays, "Child adoption" has become common due to the fact than many men or women are infertile. Thus, couples accept to bring up a kid who is not their biological child. Child adoption creates a kind of pure legal and not a natural relationship between the child and the parents. It is a decision that is made in response to the innate desire to have children or due to social requirements. Despite its positive effects, child adoption might bring about problems and challenges if it is not carried out properly and within the framework of Sharia. These problems include Hurmah (a term in Islamic jurisprudence which means there must be non-intimacy between a man and a woman who are not related biologically or by marriage) due to lack of biological relationships or relationships by marriage between adopting parents and adopted children, parents' not being responsible to pay alimony and lack of inheritance relationship between parents and their adopted children. Therefore, it seems necessary to conduct jurisprudential and legal studies on the topic. In this study, which adopts a descriptive analytical method, problems and challenges facing child adoption are explained by scrutinizing the rules and regulations in the Islamic jurisprudence and law that are related to the topic. Then, some solutions to prevent the problems of non-intimacy, non-inheritance and non-necessity of paying alimony are introduced or suggested.

The present study addresses the placidity vocal analysis of the language of the Holy Qur'anin the field of sexual deviations. One of the obvious moral manifestations of the Holy Qur'an is courtesy, chastity and verbal subtlety in theology, especially in the field of sexual deviations, and a tone of irony, had statements that it would be a surprise to any reader. This study is based on a descriptive-analytical method that by referring to the views of terminologists and commentators, it explains the Qur'anic verses and the semantic analysis of its words in the holy volume of Yusuf. It is possible to associate the related vocabulary in three groups of observer to persons (such as in whose house he was), observer to perceptions and deviant thoughts (such as She was determined to have him and he would certainly have yielded to her, their sly whispers, greatly admired him and. . . ) and observer to deviant actions (such as And she, sought to seduce him and closed the doors saying: 'Come and. . . ). One of the most important features of God's verbal chastity can mentioned speaking covered (using pronouns instead of the names of individuals), describing Jamal along with spiritual expressions, and summarizing and exploring.

There are different ways for education. One of the indirect educational interventions is "consciuesly ignore", which has been determined less criteria for the appropriate useage and the limits of its use, available for coaches. The purpose of this study is to identify the the anthropological basis and foundamental educational principles of the "consciuesly ignore” as an educational method, and to examine the extent and scope of of this educational method. The research method was descriptive-analytic. Based on the findings, consciuesly ignore as an educational method was considered based on four anthropological foundations and three educational principles. Also, the conditions of its effectiveness in three axes were discussed: the subject and dimensions of disciple or pupil's error(error in three dimensions: insight, desires and action), his personality and ambient conditions(personal characteristics, age and gender), and environmental conditions.

The aim of this paper is to study and pin_pointing the training role of the human hearing and vision abilities and developing their backgrounds according to the holy Quran and Hadiths. Since In Islam, these two God _given graces have been regarded as the main sources for human understanding and perception, using these two human abilities for training and developing human mind and soul are rather important by which the people, s ways living and the attitudes of the human societies change positively and they have been converted from inactive, cold temper to active, warm and progressive temper and nature. Generally, the human training situation in the world proves that man has not used these two human God_given powers properly, as a result of which some problems have accured in the realm of human training and many of the human values have been destroyed. The writer of this paper tries to emphasize and show advantages and powers of human Audio _visual abilities and to emphasize the right ways of using them for developing good human training backgrounds. This paper ultimately presents the direct and well_ depicted, applied solutions for the complicated problems in the realm of human good and positive training and education. The writer of this paper, by using library descriptive analytic approach, tries to pin-point and evaluate the related cases and their results.
