Commentators often have a particular tendency for interpretation, which also derives from their accepted approach and foundations. One of the tendencies that has developed in recent centuries following the movement to return to the Qur'an due to the demands of the age is the social approach to the Qur'an. Family issues and marital relations and parenting are among the most prominent social issues of the Qur'an to which contemporary scholars have a particular interest. In addition to his commentary and elsewhere, al-Kashef's author, in addition to providing an up-to-date explanation of family verses, has presented family problems and issues to the Qur'an and sought to answer and cure them. In this study, the content description and analysis of the family issues that Maghniyeh discusses are discussed. Then, by exploring the family issues of this commentary, it became clear that he regarded marriage as a spiritual exchange and considered the wrong choice of wife as the cause of human hell.
