Abstract

The formation of an Ideal government is one of the most important topics in the teachings of the Qur'an. The Qur'an explains the dimensions and principles of the Ideal government in the verses. This research has tried to deal with the Qur'anic principles of the Ideal government from the perspective of contemporary Shiite and Sunni commentators, Allameh Tabatabai, Rashid Reza, Seyyed Qutb, in a descriptive analytical method, based on library documents. The most important principles of the Ideal government include the province and the government of the righteous, the implementation of installments and justice, obedience to the first order, democracy, and so on. Allameh Tabatabai examines the explanation of idealism in society and government, relying on the semantic connection of the verses, and considers the Ideal government as a government based on Islam and belief in the infallibles and religious democracy. But Rashid Reza considers the best government for Muslims to be the people's elected system. And they are bound by Islamic law, and if it is not possible to establish it, they can. enjoy a non-Islamic government, provided they recognize the divine law.
