Abstract:

Introduction: pre-hypertension is a common worldwide disease in 30-50% of the studied population. Diet compliance among pre-hypertensions is one of the most important changes in lifestyle. This study aims to determine compliance dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) among pre-hypertensions. Methods: This cross-sectional study in 2017, using a cluster sampling method, 165 pre-hypertensive patients referred to health centers of Ferdows were surveyed. The data gathering tool was a threeday food inventory questionnaire. Information about the nutrition program was obtained using N4 software and data was analyzed using SPSS software version 19 and descriptive and analytic tests. The diet was measured by using a three-day dietary questionnaire. In order to analyze the data the consumed food substances were converted into gram scale and then the N4 software rendered the data on diet. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS using chi-square and covariance. Results: The average Dash diet compliance was 24. 21± 4. 4. The mean and standard deviation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were Respectively 133± 9. 8, 82 ± 11. Compliance with the diet was accompanied by an increase in the consumption of fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, beans, Nuts and reduced sodium intake Sweet drinks, and red meat and processed. There was a significant difference between the components of the diet plan and the score of the diet plan. Conclusion: Considering the importance of following a diet plan to prevent high blood pressure and its moderate follow-up among pre-hypertensive individuals, it is suggested that theoreticallyfocused interventions be designed to increase compliance with the diet.

Introduction: Studies show that 60% of working women are struggling with work-life balance. Which most of the problems are related to mother-child relationship The present study aims at studying the psychological dynamics of women's employment on their mother-child relationship. The purpose of this study is theoretical explanation of women's employment in mother-child relationship. Methods: The present paper was part of a grounded theory study. The research participants were based on theoretical sampling of 14 married women working in Yazd city and were interviewed indepth and unstructured interviews. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation In this study, open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used to analyze data in so doing, data collection and analysis were done simultaneously. Results: The findings were presented through careful study of the research interview transcriptions, the main propositions, concepts, main categories, and finally, the core category in a long, precise, detailed, and conceptual process. Consequently, this study included 30 concepts, 13 main categories, and one core category, titled as "mother guilt feeling ". Conclusion: The present study showed that although some women employed in the face of the challenges of employment in the mother-child relationship have used positive strategies that have had a positive effect such as "increasing child age and satisfaction". But there were more negative consequences for working mothers. Because they are faced with the duality of roles and responsibilities, working mothers also think that their absence may result in harm to their children when they are not involved with their child. Thus, in accordance with this process and the causal factors, the underlying and the confounding conditions, the phenomenon of " mother guilt feeling " is formed.

Abstract:

Introduction: Elderly are vulnerable individuals in society, and are mostly exposed to mental disorders especially depression. Using non-medical factors to manage the depression, like perceived social support, can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in such a vulnerable population. The current study aimed to determine the relationship between social support with depression among elderly in the eastern cities of Guilan. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational study conducted by the elderly living in the eastern cities of Guilan, in which 168 people were selected from two-stage, cluster random and available sampling. Data was collected with using two standard tools include, Philips social support questionnaires (23 Items), and Geriatric depression scale (15 Items) Data were analyzed using SPSS, version 19, software, T-test, ANOVA and Pearson tests. Results: The mean of social support in elderly living in the eastern of Guilan was 73/25± 9/18 (total score range of 23-92) and the mean of depression for them was 3/20± 3/58 (total score range of 0-15). The analysis of the data indicated that there was a negative significant correlation between social support and depression (p<0/01, r=-0/47). Conclusion: This study confirmed the role of social support in the development of depression in the elderly, so it is important to provide the conditions for promoting social support to reduce depression and thus improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstract:

Introduction: Due to population growth and subsequent limited water resources, the use of treatment plant effluents is of particular importance. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the environmental effects of the treatment plant and also to identify critical points or weaknesses of the treatment plant system and provide corrective action to reduce the severity of the effects. Methods: After visiting the research institute and collecting data (during the years 2017-2018), the energy, consuming materials and output of the system were calculated using the life cycle assessment method. Finally, information on the spread of pollution and consumption was included in the list of index effects. To analyze the obtained information, Simapro software (using ILCD 2011 Midpoint V1. 03 method) version 8. 5. 0. 0. was applied. Results: Based on the research findings, the software depicted the evaluation of the effects in 13 categories and all the information entered in the software according to the impact, has participated in each category of effects, the most effective factors related to chloride, energy consumption and oil. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the main critical point identified in the treatment plant is related to electricity and the sanitary effluent is in a worse condition than the industrial effluent. However, the environmental impact of industrial effluents should not be neglected. Due to the fact that the MBR (Memberane Bio Reactor) method is considered as one of the best methods of wastewater treatment, it is not recommended to change the treatment method, but with continuous monitoring and management of the system, it is possible to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
