With the expansion of regional and trans-regional powers competitiveness, the Caspian Basin has become a stressful and unstable environment and as a result, the coast guard structure of the regional countries has developed significantly. The present study examined factors such as manpower, buoyancy equipment, force training, structure, geopolitical factors, and military capability in the target countries. This study is applied in terms of purpose. The research data were collected by documentary method. The study population consists of all documents, reports and articles in scientific databases written about the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russian Coast Guard, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. In order to analyze the data, the comparison tables of marine characteristics, differences and similarities between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Coast Guard, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan were used. The results of the study show that Russia has the best coast guard in comparison with the other three countries and can be a good model for the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to enhance maritime control and improve the control and monitoring of maritime borders.

The present research has been aimed to explain the tactics of field artillery against terrorist groups based on mixed research (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population has consisted of all artillery battalion commanders and above. The sample size in the interview phase was calculated 12 persons through judgmental sampling method and questionnaire phase were calculated 50 persons with Cochran formula and Stratified Random Sampling. Data were measured using a semi-structured interview for explaining field artillery tactics and using a 27-question questionnaire to test research hypotheses. The validity was confirmed for the questionnaire and interview by experts. Also the reliability was confirmed for interview with retest reliability (91%) and questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha (0. 90). The result showed; 1) Organization for fighting should be decentralized and firebombed to combat terrorist groups, 2) Artillery fire planning should be detailed at first and followed should be hasty and detailed, and 3) The identification, selection and occupation of the artillery position should be diffused and hasty across the width and depth of the area.

It is relevant. The purpose of this research is to explain and prioritize the dimensions and components of the performance appraisal system of senior officers. In this way, the researcher seeks to answer the question of what priority are the components and indicators of the performance evaluation of the infantry officers. This research is a descriptive and case-based approach in the squatter community. The results show that physical fitness and mental health are the first priority and evaluation tariffs are the last priority. The purpose of the present study was to determine the pathology of FTD Air Force training of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army using the Tricycle model. In this model, organizations are considered from three structural, environmental and contextual perspectives. The main question to ask is what are the disadvantages of FTD training there? Methodologically, this research has a qualitative approach that has been made possible through tools such as in-depth interviewing and first-hand documentation. In the analysis, the conventional content analysis method is used to find the research results. The analysis of the findings of the research shows that the effects on the content (behavioral), structural and contextual (environmental) dimensions do not result in proper outputs to the operational units. And all efforts did not achieve the desired and desired outcome of the training and operational hierarchy. At the end of the analysis, the injuries were correctly identified and appropriate solutions were presented.

The use of new technologies has had a tremendous impact on the breadth and variety of weapons and weapons, so that in today's wars, the ultimate winning power is the ability to make more use of information technology and electronic equipment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of electronic threats on the decision making process of EW operations in asymmetric battle. The present study is a descriptive-analytic and applied purpose study. Documentary and library surveys and field studies are used to gather information and data. In addition to distributing the questionnaire and analyzing it, the effectiveness of electronic threats (communication and non-communication) on the decision-making process of electronic warfare operations has been identified and analyzed. The population under study is the staff members of the 402 EW group. Research findings showed that identifying electronic threats and enemy information gathering systems, improving or modifying electronic information gathering, processing and analyzing threats, assessing the effectiveness of enemy electronic threats (disruption, deception, decryption, tracking, intercept, etc. ) on friendly communications systems, create an electronic support operation process and find ways of dealing, acquiring combat information electronically, technical information on their own electronic warfare systems and target systems. Proper deployment of electronic warfare systems and communication systems Enemy EW actions, Evaluation of the effectiveness of enemy non-communicable electronic threats (radar disturbance, radar deception, radar interception, scientific and technical information, Myths, Cryptography, and Satellite Disorders, Cyber-Disorders) will affect the decision-making process the 402 EW group in the asymmetric battle.

Armed Forces is an institution that provides security, stability, peace and protection of the fundamental values and vital interests of the nation and the establishment of public order for the community, accordingly, should be in the best possible operating conditions. One of the influential factors is the manpower that, if it is of high productivity, will increase the combat power. The present study investigates the most important factors affecting the productivity of manpower. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting information, descriptive-survey data and in terms of data type is small. The statistical population of the study consisted of all staff members of one of the defensive units. Using simple random sampling method and sample size, 160 people were selected using Cochran method with limited population. After designing and determining the validity and reliability of the questionnaire (89), a structural equation model was used to analyze the data using the Smirnov and Kolmogorov tests. Based on the findings of the prioritization of the factors affecting the productivity of manpower, there are: 1-Management factors 2-Organizational factors 3-Individual factors and finally, suggestions are presented.
