Abstract: 

Optimal allocation of distributed generation units and DFACTS affects the efficiency of these devices; for this reason, in this article, the simultaneous placement of distributed generation and Distributed-STATic-COMpensator (DSTATCOM) are done in the distribution system. The load model is considered as a combination of various customers’ daily load patterns and sensitive to voltage-frequency. The micro turbine, wind turbine, photovoltaic and fuel cell are considered as DG units. The objective functions of the problem consist of the technical index (the voltage stability and the active and reactive power loss) and environmental index (the amount of pollutant DG unit’ s gas emissions). The whale optimisation algorithm (WOA) is used to multi-objective optimize the location and capacity of devices. After applying the multi-objective WOA, the analytical hierarchy process is utilized to select one of the Pareto optimal solutions as the best location and size of devices. The proposed algorithm is implemented on the 69-bus distribution system and actual 101-bus distribution system in Khoy– Iran. The results indicate the significant effect of load models and various DG units on the efficiency of the distribution system in the presence of DSTATCOM. Moreover, the indices of the distribution system are improved considerably after applying the proposed method.

Abstract: 

Pain is an important physiological phenomenon that occurs from birth to the last stages of life. Pain is one of the causes of the patient's referral to clinics and treatment centers. Pain control is one of the major challenges for surgeons and anesthesiologists. Lack of proper pain control lead to hospital-ization and imposes higher treatment costs for patients and hospitals. It causes dissatisfaction with the medical treatment and frequent visits to medicians to control the pain. Medication is not only way for pain reduction; depending on the cause and type of pain, other ways can employ. Electrical stimulation of nerve pain inhibitors through the skin (TENS) is a noninvasive technique to relieve pain. During TENS, pulsed electrical currents are administered across the intact surface of the skin to generate strong nonpainful TENS sensations or mild muscle twitching at the site of pain. This technique inhibits onward transmission of nociceptive (pain-related) information in the central nervous system and appears to be beneficial for acute and chronic pain. In the present study, the effect of TENS on different types of pain investigated and positive outcomes in musculoskeletal relief and post-operative pain suggested, although many systematic reviews were inconclusive.

Abstract: 

Recently, environmental problems on a global scale has been increased seriously. To overcome these problems, Solar cells is important as an energy source and free from contamination. Due to the increasing use of renewables, the use of solar cells for obtaining energy is growing. The cells convert directly sunlight into electricity by the photovoltaic. Photovoltaic energy research and development is generally done in two areas: cost reduction and increasing efficiency. The efficiency of thin film solar cells canbe increased considerably by coupling the solarcells with plasmonic nanoparticles (NPs). this study investigates, through meticuloussimulations, the effects of plasmonic nanoparticle shapes and size on theimprovement of the energy conversion efficiency of CIGS solar cells. Two different shapes including spheres and cylinders were analyzed in this study. It was revealed that the cylindrical Agnanoparticles, of diameter 50 nm, height 125 nm place on an array with period 215 nm exhibited the most substantialenhancement in the optical absorption and electrical currentgeneration. The conclusion attained in this paper has been made throughoptical and electricalanalysis as well as near field imaging studies.

Abstract: 

Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to threatening the health of communities, has also affected on economic and industrial activities in such a way that the epidemic dimensions of the disease are not comparable to previous crises, so it is necessary to address the effects of this issue on various areas such as electricity, which is the infrastructure of the economic artery. If sustainable changes are observed, solutions should be provided to deal with its effects. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effects of Corona on electricity consumption in some countries of the world especially in Iran. In the following, the impact of Corona on the electricity industry and specifically on the electricity consumption in Iran and the other affected countries has been studied. The study of the impact of corona on the world as a whole shows a decrease of about 15% in electricity demand during the short-term corona outbreak, and this value varies from country to country. The relative decrease in electricity demand of the under studied countries has occurred in short term, but with the continued prevalence of the corona and the removal of some restrictions, electricity consumption has almost returned to pre-corona levels. It is worth to mention that at the time of writing this article, the corona pandemic still continues.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a new two-stage OTA is proposed which meeting the needs of high gain, low power and low noise, and designed based on the gm/ID technique with bulk driven method. It is noteworthy that due to the limitations of CMOS technology, CNTFET technology used for the circuit designs. Moreover, to improve the linearity of the circuit, triode transistors used in both stages of amplifiers. The simulation results of the proposed OTA are performed under 1V of supply voltage and 1pF of load capacitors in the HSPICE tool. According to the simulation results, the proposed circuit consumes less than 27 μ W of power and offers a high gain of 98 dB. The CMRR and PSRR values of the proposed circuit are 121 dB and 152 dB, respectively. The input referred noise is 0. 92 nV/√ Hz and the slew rate of the proposed circuit is 111 V/μ s, which shown the better figure of merit (FOM) in compression with the previous works.

Abstract: 

Intrusion into systems through network infrastructure and the Internet is one of the security challenges facing the world of information and communication technology and can lead to the destruction of systems and access to data and information. In this paper, a support vector machine model with weighted and parameters of SVM kernels are presented to detect the intrusion. Due to the high complexity of this problem, conventional optimization methods are not able to solve it. Therefore, we propose a Distributed Self Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (DSAGA). On the other hand, due to the high volume of data in such issues, Auto encoder has been used to reduce data. The proposed approach is a hybrid method based on Auto encoder, improved Support Vector Machine and Distributed Self Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (DSAGA) that it is evaluated by its execution on DARPA data set.
