As one of the excellent management philosophies TQM has been applied to improve quality more than before by satisfying and delighting customer, achieving objectives and goals of organizations and answering social needs. Approaching these demands, TQM has successfully integrated a various number of tools, techniques, methods and applicable concepts. On the other hand to apply efficiently and effectively any philosophy, technique, method, model, tool and so, the first step is to deeply and carefully understand history, concept, principles and other aspect of them.
