Abstract

Order can help I.R.I POLICE UNIVERSITY perform its missions and can also aid the heads and COMMANDERs in their jobs. No doubt, plenty of factors affect the personnel in accepting such fact.The present study tries to investigate the role of front line COMMANDERs of I.R.I police Univesity in institutionalizing DISCIPLINE and order among the STUDENTs. The statistical population of the study were 352 male and female STUDENTs and 81 line officers. Interview and questionnaire were means of collecting data. Spss was used to analyse the collected data. The findings show that COMMANDERs significantly influence the process of institutionalizing DISCIPLINE and order.
