Abstract

STRANGE LODGINGS in the cities are the consequences of increasing rate of the population growth of the urban areas which leads to various problems such as increase in delinquency.The present study has been performed to identify the factors efficient in the emergence of delinquency and the conditions paving the way for crimes in the STRANGE LODGINGS in the cities.Hadi Abad, a rural area in the west of QASVIN province, is the place to be explored in terms of DRUG- RELATED CRIMES The findings of the study demonstrate that the most important hot spot of QASVIN in terms of drug is Hadi-Abad and there is a significant relationship between the crowd density and formation of hot spots in the area.
