Abstract

Introduction: The expansion and penetration of media to rural areas and new technologies. Near many economic factors, social and cultural, It has affected the lifestyle in rural areas And these changes physical space of rural areas, Especially rural housing has undergone transformations. Research aim: The present research, It has been done with the aim of investigating lifestyle changes on rural Housing Patterns. Methodology: This research In terms of functional purpose and it is based on the descriptive-analytical nature. The statistical population is 151 heads of rural households, which was conducted as a whole. The direction subject analysis 7 indicators were used in the format of 74 indicators. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and experts in this field. To determine the reliability, 30 questionnaires were distributed in the region as a pre-test, and the reliability coefficient for the entire questionnaire was 0. 95. Studied Areas: The geographical area of this research Kandavan Village is in Oskoo county, East Azarbaijan province. Studied Areas: The findings showed the correlation between the economic effects of lifestyle and Housing Pattern is 0. 587. Social effects and Housing Pattern 0. 562 and cultural and lifestyle effects with a correlation coefficient of 0. 883. The results of the t test showed that the dimensions of the Housing Pattern in the studied villages are in different limits. In such a way that the two components of satisfaction with housing and the architectural plan of the village are not at a favorable level with a negative t value and an average of less than 3. The results of the findings based on the regression coefficient indicate that the lifestyle variable explains 0. 932 of the total variance of the Housing Pattern Conclusion: changes in rural lifestyle, It affects the Housing Pattern And according to these changes, Rural housing undergoes noticeable changes in internal and external dimensions,In such a way that in the new constructions that have taken place in the village, urban and non-native materials are used in the body of the houses. This shows that in today's life, under any circumstances, consciously or unconsciously, the lifestyle changes due to the introduction of technology and the use of media.
