Abstract

In recent years, the educational coupon plan has been receiving a lot of attention in the countries of the world. The purpose of this research is to assess the feasibility of educational voucher consequences in the education system of Iran and compare it with foreign countries. The current research method is descriptive and the method of collecting information is library and document. In the current research, all the components and dimensions affecting the consequences of the educational voucher in the educational system have been analyzed. The findings of the present research show that 2 main factors inhibiting and promoting the consequences of the educational voucher plan in Iran were investigated. These factors are divided into different components and dimensions. As can be seen in the tables on the next pages, 1-the main inhibiting factors, 2-the driving factors of the consequences of the educational coupon have been specified in detail. The four components: 1-legal-political infrastructure, 2-financial management infrastructure, 4-human resources infrastructure, 5-knowledge infrastructure are important components on the consequences of educational vouchers in Iran's education system and comparison with foreign countries. The results of the present research based on the studies and based on the existing findings, all the factors and components and dimensions have a significant and direct relationship in the consequences of the educational voucher in the educational system.
