Abstract

economic analysis of law means examining legal concepts and institutions with the tools that economists use. economic analysis creates an attitude towards creating opportunities and increasing the insight of legal agents and is considered as a tool. One of the tools used in this research will be the efficiency and cost-benefit tool. Due to the fact that land is an important commodity in the interaction between people, therefore, it is very important to register its boundaries, it seems that the implementation of cadastre can directly and indirectly reduce government costs, and reduce court cases in terms of cost-benefit. have a role in stabilizing the ownership of land and buildings, creating trust in owner-management transfers and optimal use of land and reducing disputes related to land, and of course reducing the volume of property lawsuits and reducing the size of the government registration body after the implementation of the cadastre and the implementation of organizational tasks in the form of the private sector Such as existing notary offices for managing and supervising the land market and transfers, using cadastre documents and information in providing large-scale maps and other location information in the ownership document, electronic response to judicial authorities and courts, notary offices, recording and registration The summary of transactions is sent electronically to notary public offices. It seems that the functions that can use the result of financial cadastre work are all the categories that somehow deal with the value and price of land. With these words and according to the above interpretations, it should be said that cadastral rights need to know its economic and legal infrastructures together in such a way that the complements in the formation of cadastral rights and its effectiveness should be known through step-by-step research.
