Abstract

" data mining" is a complex process to identify correct, new and potentially useful patterns and models in a large volume of data, in a way that these patterns and models are understandable to humans. data mining, which is also called knowledge discovery, is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and summarizing them into appropriate information. Information that can be useful in increasing profitability and reducing costs. This process applies artificial intelligence techniques to large amounts of data to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and relationships. data mining tools do not rely on the user to discover knowledge or information from data, but automate the process of predicting facts. This emerging technology has recently been increasingly used in analysis. This article was based on documents (library method) and information obtained from studies. It is worth mentioning that existing data was used to expand many of the contents,But in general, the dominant method in this study was descriptive and library. The findings showed that data mining techniques in businesses today are very useful and effective and are able to help us identify the hidden information in the data and understand the patterns and relationships between these data. Using this information, you can make more profitable decisions about marketing, sales, process improvement and taxation. In fact, the use of data mining techniques can help us in business and improve efficiency and make better decisions.
