Abstract

The purpose of this study is to allocate multi objectives of agricultural, urban and industrial land uses in Mobarakeh county, by considering the conflicts with other land uses for optimal allocation of land uses. In order to standardize and determine the weight of ecological, physical and socio-economic criteria and sub-criteria for each land use, the AHP model was used and after evaluating the potential of area for the intended land uses that obtained by WLC method, all land uses were integrated by using the MOLA method. In the last step, the best patches for each land use were identified by TOPSIS method. The results of this study showed that all the mentioned areas after the integration of land uses include those pixels whose usefulness in weighted linear combination maps in agricultural land use from 0. 98, in industrial land use from 0. 86 and in urban land use from 0. 9 has been more. Also, by considering the constant weight of three land uses, Mobarakeh county has the sufficient capability to develop approximately 1100 hectares for each land use in the future. Besides land potential for each land use, their conflicts with each other have been resolved by using the MOAL method, it can be claimed whether in the process of assessing the potential or allocating different land uses, the optimal land allocation is used for allocate conflicting land uses, much better results It will lead to a move towards sustainable development thinking.
